2019年10月14日，螺岭外国语实验学校辰星班军训开始了。人生第一次军训，难免有些好奇，期盼和向往。

不管了，先比一个剪刀手以示我们现在的心情！

一到达银屏山军营，我们就穿上了海洋迷彩军装，一个个英姿飒爽，好不威风！就是教官一来就给了我们一个下马威，以震耳欲聋的声音吼了我们一顿，教导我们要以军人的规格来要求自己。

不管了，先把碧绿的床单铺在自己的床上吧！

作为军人，站军姿是必不可少的一项训练任务。立正，稍息，跨立，单腿蹲下，向左转向后转向右转……指令在操场上此起彼伏，同学们在太阳底下累的汗流浃背，但仍然坚定不移地按教官的指令行事。

不管了，先给自己点个“赞”！

军营嘛，难免要学一些自救的本领。使用灭火器就是其中之一，这可比站军姿好玩多了，一提二摇三拔四对准，同学们一个个玩的不亦乐乎。尤其是看到熊熊大火被自己的灭火器轻松扑灭的时候，同学们内心的成就感油然而生，好似真的灭了一场大火似的。

上过初中的人都知道，在初一的第一个学期会有一次军训，我们也经历了，并且，都留下了最美好的回忆。我就讲几个军训时的趣事，让大家都想起那时的快乐吧！

（一）惊天动地篇

那是军训的第一个晚上，没带手机，没带mp3，整个寝室里充满着一种无聊的气氛，由于刚入学，我们也不是很熟，于是只好干坐着。

想睡觉吧，又睡不着，毕竟这是第一次离开父母，免不了有些兴奋。

楼上寝室的美媚们似乎也是这么想的，她们使劲的跺地。当然，我们也不会忍气吞声，我们寝室的姐妹们齐心协力，拿顶门的棍子使劲往上捅，整个宿舍楼回荡着我们捅楼顶的声音和她们跺地的声音。

结果大家肯定猜到了，就是老师来，骂了我们一顿……唉，天才的举动，永远不会被理解啊！

（二）瞒天过海篇

在经历了上次“大战”后，我们寝室似乎没那么好运，果不其然，我们又闯祸了！

这次故事发生在食堂，教官指着我们，不让我们吃饭！Why？

古话说得好：“英雄嘛，要死得明白。”就这样不明不白的死了，多没面子啊。不行，不能让教官以为我们好欺负撒~于是，响当当的fu仇计划就开始了……

我们首先是装病（一寝室的人），整个下午，我们一个寝室的人都没下去，结果老班就上来了，把我们骂了一顿……

（三）和睦相处篇

军训不是很轻松，因为晚上还要训练。不过，我们晚上训练是摆样子的。校领导一来，我们就装作很认真、很刻苦的样子；一走呢？我们就吃起零食来啦！

就是在这段时间，我认识了大家，和大家和睦相处，有时，还会唱两首歌呢！

（四）依依惜别篇

六天的时间毕竟短暂，转眼间，到了和教官说再见的时候了，虽然我们很捣蛋，但是教官还是把“优秀学员”的称号给了我。

所以，我非常的愧疚……

少年时期是无拘无束的吧，或许是时期的发展吧愁推给了我，我是一个极其反感军训的人，想起九月一日的来临，我愁上加愁，否定的是此次军训我得到了许多。

历时七天的军训眼见将要完毕，脱掉那厚实的军服，没多久大家的士兵职业生涯也会随着着一声一声嘹亮的标语临时拉掉序幕，托着疲倦的人体，痛苦竟有时候让我还在漆黑的夜晚很长时间不可以入眠。

你是否还记得那天晚上收到教师送上军装的激动，你是否还记得和军训教官第一次见面的兴奋，从那一刻起，我终于搞清楚我并并不是反感军训的人仅仅心里的畏惧感浓浓的，一直沒有学会放下罢了。

第一次站军姿，我还快痛哭，殊不知我很引以为豪，由于我懂得了坚持不懈和忍受，在炎热炎日下，我务必身穿军服戴着军帽，昂首阔步立在序列中，尽管我很累，但我告诉自身我是一个兵，做为一个兵最基础的一条便是坚持不懈。

我告别了小学那天真烂漫的生活，即将步入紧张学习的初中生活。然而开学的前几天就是艰苦的军训生活。

军训的第一天，我们排着整齐的队伍走进操场，我站在哪里心想：“我们的教官是怎样样的严厉还是和蔼。”这时只见教官们排着整齐的队伍向我们走来，教官们向我们展示了我们这几天训练的资料。只见教官们向前走着，我心里不仅仅感叹：好威风啊！下头开始分教官了；我们班的教官下王，高高的个子和那双炯炯有神的大眼镜。

也就是因为了钱产生了：人工合成甜味剂(糖精钠、甜蜜素)和防腐剂(苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾)等食品添加剂的使用情况。因此，我十分的想些人明不明白，他们的“产品”危害了多少人?有许多的人因为吃了这些所谓的“卫生、安全食品”而上吐下泻乃至丢了性命的!

不过，我想，除了批评那些只知道赚钱而不顾及他们身体健康、安全的人以外，我们还要提高自己的防范意识!

今天是军训的第七天，主要复习以往的动作和学习走正步。还是腿软脚疼，还是烈日炙烤，还是反复训练……或许由于渐渐适应了这军训生活，时间过得快多了，转眼一天又过去了。我期盼着明天的到来……

几天军训我似乎明白了一条生活哲理：人应该而且能够适应环境。如此繁重的任务，如此紧张辛苦的日子，如此一个新环境，如此一种全新的生活……我适应了，证明我有极强的适应能力。我自信这一点会让我受用终生。

以前我对“服从命令是军人的天职”这句话不是很理解，直到今日，我终有所悟。我们军训时一切听教官指挥，竟没有谁敢违抗命令。这是为什么?也许是如此一个环境吧，或许是怕受惩罚，或许是我们纪律观念强。总之，我能理解服从命令的重要，我也学会了服从命令。

经过几天的训练，大家都认识了，训练时互相监督，默契配合。同学们做着整齐划一的动作，训练有素有着良好的精神面貌，朝气蓬勃，充满活力，不愧是祖国的花朵。在各连队的展示时间里，大家通过努力赢得了其他连队的掌声，我们十分的兴奋、开心、激动、自豪，在心里默默地为自己点赞。作为T6班的一份子，我们理应为班集体争光添彩。

“一年之计在于春，一日之计在于晨”清晨，老师组织我们早读《学子规》：“高新人，最光荣。做学子，倡文明……”教室里传出同学们朗朗的读书声，久久的回荡在走廊里。晨读，学文明礼仪，让我们对今天的自己充满了信心。

家长们也在默默的关心着我们。有一天要开家长会，我听到了一件让我震惊的事，一位家长虽骨折但仍坚持参加家长会。我想，促使她这么做的是她对孩子深深的爱，伟大而又无私。我们的一举一动都牵动着父母的心，所以我们更要懂得感恩，努力学习，发愤图强，以此回报父母。

中国武术，博大精深，源远流长，是我们中华民族的骄傲。它有着独特的魅力，它是传承千年的艺术瑰宝，是刚柔并济的传奇运动。作为炎黄子孙的我们有责任、有义务去了解它，学习它，将它发扬光大。

我有幸进入学校的武术操方阵，这是丁老师花费了很长时间，付出了许多心血编排的体育艺术运动方式。

开始觉得挺有趣的，到后面却越来越难，越来越累，才发现它并不简单。武术操，考验我们的四肢协调能力和灵活性。那一招一式，快、准、狠，就算是每天站在那里练上几个小时，都会让人腰酸腿疼，热汗直流，更别说是要打好这套武术操了。

这是一项磨练人心智，考验人耐力，锻炼人恒心的事。

到后来，我渐渐习惯了这种高强度的练习，并且感受到了大家铿锵有力的气势，这是一种积极刚强，勇敢无畏，拼搏向上的力量和信念，由动作根植心底。

我在老师的指导下一个一个动作纠正，改掉了之前不好的习惯。希望我将来可以加武术操打得更好，称得上是“巾帼不让须眉”和英姿飒爽。

最近几天的下午，我们经常观看高新一中电视台的特别节目《校园零距离》。主持人和记者们个个神采奕奕，妙语连珠；运动健儿们个个摩拳擦掌，斗志昂扬。高新侠们参加各种各样的活动，取得了优异的成绩，拿到了许多好名次。《超级百科》和《噼里啪啦》让同学们在不断的笑声中学习知识，深受大家的喜爱。

我真的十分的羡慕节目中的学长学姐，也很想成为像他们一样的高兴侠。还记得最后一位学长说，我们看到的只是十几分钟，而对于他们来说需要花费一周、两周的时间。俗话说“台上一分钟，台下十年功”，他们为了把最好的成果呈现给我们，花费了不少心血、精力和时间，他们是我们的榜样，为他们鼓掌！

2019届的学长学姐们今年已经毕业了，三年前他们如我们一样是一群懵懵懂懂的孩子；三年后我们也许会像他们一样离开母校各奔东西。所以请大家珍惜眼前的时光，不要忘记，青春就是一场说走就走的旅行。

时光飞逝，日月如梭，转眼间七天过去了，我们的军训生活快要结束了。最后一天是各方阵的汇报演出，学校的各位领导来到了现场观看同学们的展演，家长们也冒着风雨、打着伞进学校观看我们的展演。大家都努力把自己最好的一面展现出来，这是老师和教官辛苦付出的回报，这是家长们殷切期望默默支持的结果，也为我们的军训生活画上了一个圆满的句号。

其实这几天最辛苦的就是训练我们的教官和一直陪伴着我们的老师。我发现教官的嗓子都有些哑了，每天都要管51个人，其中还有几位同学不懂事，我还是比较心疼教官的。程老师和张老师在我们训练的时候一直在我们身边默默地监督着我们、陪伴着我们，每天与我们一起顶烈日、冒风雨也十分的辛苦。在此我真诚的向教官和老师说一声：感谢你们，你们辛苦了！

我们的军训生活已经结束啦，新的学习生活在向我们招手。凡是我应负责任之事，我愿心怀喜悦，追求卓越。新的学期，新的起点，希望同学们保持军训时坚强的毅力和永不言弃的精神，将它们也投入到学习中。

让我们一起努力做一个优秀的高新侠吧！

今年最难忘的就是元宵节了，那天的天气不怎么好，但街上人山人海，大街小巷都挂着五颜六色的灯笼，真是美丽极了。

This year, the most memorable is the Lantern Festival, the day the weather

is not so good, but the streets are crowded with people, the streets are hung

colorful lanterns, it is beautiful.

我和爸爸、妈妈、姐姐、弟弟一起到了中山公园，中山公园的大门在工人叔叔和阿姨们的巧手下被彩灯和其他材料，装饰得特别漂亮。大门上挂着几百个火红的彩灯，就好像红红的太阳，带着微笑，欢迎每个朋友的到来。我们随着人群来到中山公园内，里面的彩灯更好看。我看到一个“美丽的城堡”，代表着美丽祖国的大好河山。还有的彩灯上是叔叔阿姨们用彩纸和其它材料做成的小，朋友在那里跳起了美丽的舞蹈。真让我看得眼花缭乱。

mountains of a country. There are lights on is the uncles and aunts with colored

paper and other materials made of small and beautiful dance friends there. It

really makes me look dizzy.

今年的元宵节，真是使我无法忘怀。

This years Lantern Festival is really something I cant forget.

初到这个陌生的地方，可所谓是人生地不熟的，心中似乎和这里的一切并不是合为一体的，我们，是不同的：我们，是不在一个集体的;我们，放不下之前的点点滴滴;我们，是多么想念初中的时光啊!不知为何，感觉一切都是那么的陌生，放不下母校的一草一木，放不下三年来的一个集体，放不下我们曾形音不离的朋友们，放不下太多太多…

刚开始，懵懂的我只是认为军训是由“热”“苦”“累”三部曲交织汇成的一篇愁苦乐章。任我怎样修改其音符，弹奏其旋律，也无法将其转奏成为一篇和谐乐章，更无法舞动出那属于自己的美妙旋律。

忽然的一阵雷雨，我们在雨水的浇淋下，顿时将刚刚的瞌睡虫打跑了。

让人意想不到的是，原本以为的人间地狱竟然还是可以带给我们快乐的。

虽然，在本次军训中是艰难了点，是苦了点，但是如果这时候不去苦那么我们该什么时候去苦呢?当然军训里我们也有欢声笑语。比如说我门艺术部的几个班坐在一块，轮流表演节目的时刻…

谈到军训：我们由陌路到相识，再由结识到后来的依舍难分。经历了一个虽短暂但却不缺乏情趣的阶段，依旧是品茶之味，似挽余香。

进入学校首先我们就是要进入军训这个人间地狱。

激情的七日，劳累的七日，痛苦的七日，难忘的七日…·持续一周的艰难训练：在烈日下的我们，顶着火辣辣太阳的我们，一阵阵从远方传来的：“立正”“稍息”“起立”“蹲下”…有时，在喊“1、2、3…·”的时候，各各都使出了浑身解数，使出了吃奶的劲，大家拼命的嘶喊着，恨不得自己曾练过那传说中的“狮吼功”，恨不得自己就是那世界顶尖的高音家…

虽在“热”“苦”“累”三部曲中挣扎，即使有烈日的陪伴，雨水的“抚慰”即使有教官的严格监督，即使步伐的艰难行走与奔跑，但是依然可以从中体会到军训的趣味，我们苦中寻乐，依然可以在汗水的背后微笑。

记忆，像一部古老的电影，忽而幽暗忽而明亮忽而干涩。很快，这漫长又短暂得军训马上就要结束了，连续七日的艰难的训练也要一去不复返了，很快我们就要全身心的投入这紧张的学习当中了。

My life in the University of Education

How time flies! It has been about two years since I came to the University of Education. Every coin has two sides. On the one hand, I am quite satisfied with my university life. On the other hand, life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected.

University is not only a place where you can learn something useful from textbooks, but also a place where you can improve your ability to communicate with others.

During the year university study, I can not only acquire a lot of book learning, but also foster various abilities. All types of extracurricular activities such as sports meets, speech contests, different social gatherings and traveling provide opportunities to make friends, many of these friendships may last a long time. I like talking and playing with others, so I own many friends. Sometimes I feel lonely, angry and also homesick. But fortunately I own these good friends. They helped me spend these sad days. I find words cannot express my sincere thanks to them. But I know when they need help; I will do everything that I can do to help those who helped me before.

I like going to the library where you can find these words on the wall: "Knowledge is power." and "Keep silence!" after class every day. Because I know that we must learn every day. I think the life in university of Education is full of freedom, but I never waste time. Life is not easy

for everybody, especially for those who hopes to lead a happy life”, a famous lady once said. That is to say, you have to try your best to learn and to pass exams in order to make your life become better and better with time going on. So I never give up learning even go to the college.

Sometimes I also want to own more free time to do my own things. But we have too many classes. So I think life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected. The teaching method is boring; instead of lecturing, some teachers just "read" lessons. I hate it. I want to more free time in class.

During the time I spend at the University of Education, I not only develops my intellectual abilities, I also develop social skills as well as knowledge and wisdom necessary for choosing a future career.

In short, we should value our life in the University of Education. Although there are many things lacking, the four years in the university is a worthwhile period in our whole lifetime.
