第二天，我们看了一场很无趣的电影，并非是电影本身很无趣，而是我们一天训练下来很累。电影的情节与特种兵有关，两名中国军人受尽了屈辱，被人歧视我们中国人经过了一番曲折，他们坚持到了最后。 当我看到五星红旗飘上了天空，我打起精神来，看向那值得我们去骄傲的五星红旗。因为我是中国人，所以我感到自豪、骄傲，中国人不仅取得了胜利，而且拥有一颗纯上、 坚持不懈、敢于挑战的品质。

第三天，我们经历了团队浮桥，我们都扛起了我们应有的责任。一根木棍的重量，显的那么的轻，可扛起这个责任却有多重。当我爬时，我没有丝毫的害怕，因为我相信我的同学，他们会承担起这个责任，可我也有些不忍心踩踏在同学们的肩上，我只能加快自己的脚步。是啊，这么一点重量我们都知道重，我们会为同学们想，则父母、老师呢？他们每时每刻都在为我们操劳，我们有为他们想过吗？ 过多的，我们只会任性、不懂事，我们何时在乎过他们的感受？他们所肩负的重担比我们要多得多。

第四天，那是我们在军训基地的最后一晚，大家都很高兴。那一晚我们真的很高兴，晚会时，大家的激情已开始。我记得我那晚很晚才睡，我回到房，并没有睡，而是和我的朋友挤在一个床上，小声聊天，聊到很玩才去睡的。

最后一天，结营仪式。很多人都哭了，并不是因为很累而哭，而是因为背深深的感动了。，当我看到我的领袖从我的面前跑过，不知为何我有种冲动，我想上前 去帮她跑完剩下的圈数，或许这也是感动的另外一种表达吧。 大家都流下了眼泪，而我则没有，并不是因为我没有背感动，这种感动是从心底里发出来的，我不需要用眼泪来证明什么。最后一刻，我的眼泪就快掉下来了，但是我又强制了回去。我想，不只是领袖，所有的父母、老师，都是这样的，当我们快乐时，他们都在关心着我们，当我们难过时，他们都会来安慰我们。而他们的心，又有谁去安慰过，反而我们还并没有去感恩他们的关心、帮助，还一味的由自己的任性。

同学们，我想我们这次军训最大的体会就数感恩了，我们应该感恩身边的每一个人，是他们给了我们力量、勇气。我们身边的每一个人，时时刻刻都在关心着我们，而我们又做过什么呢？我们什么都没做到，连最起码的不任性，都做不到。

During the Days of Military Training

The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

According to the report that most children in the family don’t have to the housework, because their parents have done all the work for them. When students go to middle school, it means they are not the little girls and little boys anymore, they have grown up and it is time for them to learn to be independent. Doing the housework and reducing the parents’ burden help the children to be mature, what’s more, the parents should not overprotect their kids all the time, they can give some jobs to the children and lead them to be independent. Doing the housework is not a big deal, but it is the attitude to life.

时间一分一秒过去，正式的军训开始了。首先是站军姿，只见教官两脚张开60度，五指并拢，紧贴裤边，昂首挺胸一动不动地站着，让大家大开眼界。我却没当回事，心想，不就是站立嘛，有什么了不起的，连三岁大的小孩子都会做，哄小孩呀？同学们便嗡嗡地议论开了。

“闭嘴！”教官一声断喝，叽叽喳喳的人群立即鸦雀无声。“下面我们开始训练最简单的站姿，希望大家多多配合！”说完，又给大家敬了一个礼。一开始，大家还是兴致勃勃地按照教官说的做了起来，没过几分钟几个男生则嘻嘻哈哈地闹开了。教官一声威严的断喝，麻雀们就没了声。“现在大家来站立，时间10分钟，谁要是动了，将接受惩罚！”这时大家便按照教官的要求站开了。不一会，我便不住摇晃。没想到看似简单的站立，做好竟这样难。此时我才恍然大悟——站好军姿并不像我想象的那样，对教官更是多了几分敬佩。几个胆大妄为的男生趁教官不注意，竟打起了马虎眼。教官从鼻子里哼了一声，又听见“嘎巴”的一声，原来教官折了一根木棍，拿着木棍一面轻轻敲打着自己的手，一面却虎视眈眈地注视着大家。大家顽强地站着，忍住一切不舒服，发誓坚持到最后。

终于有人受不住了。

小个子陈星辰实在抵抗不住了，身子稍稍动了一下，教官的火眼金睛一下子觉察到了他。陈星辰也心知肚明，立马站好，但教官仍走到他面前，一声断吼：“手伸出来！”此时大家便不约而同地望着他，陈星辰的脸上显现出一丝慌张与害怕，只见他慢腾腾地伸出颤抖的手，小心翼翼地伸向教官。没想到教官却丝毫不讲情面，狠狠地打了两下，陈星辰呲牙咧嘴，眯着眼睛，不断地叫痛，然后立即回转身，用心站好了。

不一会，暴风雨袭来，这是对大家又一个严峻的考验。为了吸取受罚同学的教训，大家一动不动。大雨仍在不停地下着，尽管淋湿了衣服，可同学们笔挺地站着。优秀的表现终于打动了教官，“大家立即回教室休息。”……

生活因有了军训而精彩，辛苦的背后，有着辛酸的泪水，也有丰收的喜悦。其实，困难并不可怕，关键在于我们不能退缩，而要用顽强毅力去克服，千万不要灰心丧气。

一转眼，还是小不点的我长成了花季少年，从小学一下升到了中学，我就又有了新起点，新生活了，我的新生活一开始就是艰苦的军训。

军训开始了！我们都穿上了迷彩服，一集合我们就像一粒粒绿色的“散沙”，（我们没有军训过，排的一塌糊涂）还是教官帮我们排好了队，然后我们开始了痛苦的开端。训练一：站军姿，我们分成了两部分，一边是女生，一边是男生，男生、女生面对面地站着，互相监督，看谁站的不好，谁没有站稳动了。教官还说，谁没站好就罚谁再多站两分钟。因为我们女生都不想多站，所以每个人都没有动，谁料男生自不量力，一会儿有一个人动一下，多加两分钟，一会儿又有一个人动一下，又多加两分钟。一节课中，男生一直在站，而我们女生一直在休息，一下课男生们就摊成了一堆，全身软绵绵的，还有的男生竟然掉下了一大堆“金豆豆”。我觉得：我们班好像男生变成了女生，女生变成了男生似的。不一会儿上课铃声又把我们催回了原来的队列，我们又开始了站军姿训练，教官强调道：如果有一个虫子爬在你脸上，你也不要动。这一次教官要求的更严，我们要站得更标准，抬头、挺胸，一刻都不可松懈，我们的女生效率高，一会儿一休息，可是每次休息时我都会感到下半身每一个部位都在“叫唤”：“累呀！累！”我也感觉到了每一个部位都很酸疼。呀！这才是痛苦的开端呀！我无奈得想道。

这才刚一天，我就全身酸疼，我想以后会更加辛苦。通过站军姿的一天，我感到：苦辣酸甜，有苦才会有甜，我要度过苦，尝到甜！
