一大天早上，我出了门便拥抱了一大堆的雾气，我迷茫的看了看身边的环境，一片白花花的，这让我始料不及，我凭着自己的记忆力找到了车站，我心里一边想着为什么今天雾这么大一边走来走去，后来到学校上地理课，恰好今天讲气候，所以老师便和我们说：“形成雾霾的主要原因是因为我们没有好好地保护环境，导致环境快速恶化，以至于空气中都弥漫着细菌，所以出门一定要记得戴口罩，所谓病从口入。。。”

老师又说了一大堆可我也无心再去听了，下午放学回家，雾还是那么大，我忽然发现了一个问题就是我本来就是个路盲，再加上这样的天气，更找不到家了，我连忙凭着自己的感觉向家跑去，可是好几次却都坐吃山空，我气喘吁吁的坐在小区的石凳上，等待妈妈下班会看到我，半个小时以后，妈妈终于回来了，妈妈看见坐在家门口的我很是惊讶，说道：”在外边干嘛为什么不进屋子?

“我居然坐在家门口半个小时却不知道自己在家的门口，回家看报纸也发现了很多人都找错了家，更离谱的是有的人在那天结婚车队跟丢了，哎，早知道好好保护环境好了，我们一次的污染会造成自然很大的伤害，所以大家还是警醒一点吧，我们这样地不爱护大自然，让她伤了心，受到伤害的反而是我们，所以我们平时的一点一滴都会影响我们的生活，如果我们生活的土地一去不复返，到时候后悔也来不及了，所以，保护环境，请从青少年做起!

又是一个雾霾日，不要外出，减少室外活动，这该死的雾霾似乎想把我们禁锢在有限的空间，感冒、咳嗽、发热，这可恶的雾霾仿佛想把人间变成细菌的世界，以前我们总把恶劣的天气说成是电闪雷鸣，风雨交加，然而雷电有它瞬间的震撼和刺激，风雨又给人无限的憧憬和幻想，唯有这雾霾十恶不赦。我多么希望刮一阵大风吹散这满天的雾霾，下一场大雨把地球冲刷得干干净净。

憋了一整天，我想到外面活动一下，外婆逼着我戴上口罩，说实在的，我讨厌这口罩，它阻碍了人与人的交流，掩盖了人的本来面目。像疑犯，像蒙面人，实在不好受，小区的草坪上，邻居阿姨带着它的爱犬在遛狗，阿姨戴着厚厚的浅蓝色的口罩，那狗居然也戴着大大的黑口罩，看来这雾霾也危及到了动物，忽然我听到高大的香樟树上有几只小鸟在叽叽喳喳地高声鸣叫，雾霾里它们是那么地勇敢。突然，我听懂了它们的叫声，它们在竭力喊着环保口号：减少污染，保护环境，保护我们共同的家园——地球。

近几天，天空都是阴沉沉地，看不到太阳，给人一种冷飕飕的感觉。你看：近处，半山电厂的两个冷却塔，若隐若现;远处的半山，没了踪影。还整天让人精神懒散、心情低落。报纸、电视都在宣传：近期雾霾严重，要尽量减少外出、少开窗户。可见雾霾严重污染空气，使空气质量下降，影响人体健康。我很想了解雾霾对人的危害，于是上网去查了一下，真是“不看不知道，一看吓一跳啊!”

雾霾有数百种大气化学颗粒物质组成。其中就包含：有机溶胶粒子、燃料和汽车废气等。它可以直接进入并粘附在人体呼吸道和肺泡中，引起急性鼻炎和急性支气管炎。对于阻塞性肺气肿、支气管哮喘等患者，雾霾天气会使病情急性发作。如果长期处于这种环境，还会诱发癌。

它对心血管系统有影响。雾霾天气中污染物多，气压低，容易引起心血管系统的急性发作。比如雾大的时候，水汽含量高，如果人们在户外运动的话，会造成胸闷，血压升高等症状。

雾霾天气还会导致近地层紫外线减弱，传染性病菌滋生。由于日照减少，儿童紫外线照射不足，体内维生素D生成不足，对钙的吸收减少，引起婴儿佝偻病，生长减慢。还会直接影响到人们的心理健康，让人精神懒散、情绪低落等。难怪这几天心情会这么不舒畅。

看来，要消除雾霾，我们要减少废弃物的排放;减少扬尘的行动;尤其要做到少开汽车，多用公交出行的方式。为了更好的明天，让我们今天就开始环保行动吧，蓝天、碧水、绿色、清静需要我们自己创造的!

很久很久以前，在一个神秘而又美丽的大森林里，有一个幸福的鸟家庭。健壮的爸爸，

一天清晨，小鸟跟着妈妈出去玩，天气很晴朗，阳光似流水般倾泻下来，树叶上的露珠在阳光的照耀下苏醒啦。小鸟边走边唱，在愉悦的歌声中万物都醒了，他们纷纷打着招呼，说着‘goodmorning’!一切都显得如此和谐，清新的空气中透露着阵阵清香，动物们都忍不住多吸两口。

因为小鸟的一百分做“鸟”一百分成绩，所以爸爸要奖励小鸟，帮她实现一个愿望，小鸟不假思索的说她想去大城市，爸爸若有所思，但爱女心切的他还是答应了小鸟。

一飞进大城市，高楼大厦呲牙咧嘴的嘲笑着这个从森林来的“土鳖”，空气里弥漫着一股恶臭味，小鸟胆怯的一直拽着爸爸的衣角。他们进了一家饭店，店主没好气的“招待”了他们。鸟爸爸和小鸟一出店门，都目瞪口呆了。外面白茫茫的一片，空气中还充满了令人作呕的味道。小鸟害怕极了，她紧紧地抓着爸爸的衣角，爸爸故作镇定，其实内心早已慌了。他紧紧地拉着孩子的手，准备冲出迷雾，可一阵狂风刮来，把他和孩子吹散了。在寻找的过程中，鸟爸爸不幸被突如其来的汽车撞了，不幸身亡。

下雨了，雾霾退了。小鸟跳到爸爸的尸体边，流下了后悔的眼泪。雨水打在她的身上，远处的风铃响了起来，时间仿佛凝结在这一刻了……

小鸟不能让爸爸白白的死去，她需要做些什么。她大义凛然地向繁华中心飞去，再也没有初来这时的那份胆怯了，爸爸的去世，使她成长了。她看到人们在肆无忌惮的排放着污染、浮尘，乱丢垃圾，使环境严重污染，城市里的高楼大厦自以为是，愚昧的阻挡着空气的流动，把好空气阻挡在外面，坏空气储存在这城市里。

小鸟清楚的知道雾霾的危害，他不仅对人类有害，对自然万物都没好处。于是小鸟决定了，她要改变，她开始试着去劝诫、阻止人类错误的做法，并且自己随时随刻在净化空气。

在晴朗的夜晚，抬头仰望满天繁星，你会发现有一只叼着“龟背竹”的小鸟在星与星之间来回穿梭。不要惊讶，请对她送上最好的祝福和敬畏，她是好样的!

世界上最远的距离，不是生与死的距离，而是在雾霾天里你就站在我面前，我却看不到你!为了自然，请大家保护环境!这是我们应尽的责任，如果非要在这份责任上加一份期限，我希望是50亿年!

今天的天气可真奇怪，早晨还是淡淡的薄雾，到了半中午的时候，天边渐渐乏起一层薄薄的雾气，笼罩着远处，我还以为是下了大雾，隔了五分钟。

当我再次伏在窗边眺望远处是，意外地意外发现窗玻璃上多了一些颗粒状的小水珠， 细细的端详，每一颗小水珠里包含着一团小小的白色灰尘微粒，我好生奇怪，窗上的水珠越积越多，慢慢的，小水珠允吸得越来越大，窗外的一切是那么美好，我不禁深深的吸引了……咦？这不就是自然书上所说的雾霾现象吗？我翻出家里一本厚厚的《十万个为什》，哈，找到了，这就是雾霾，它是因为空气中悬浮着大量的烟，尘所造成的，雾霾天对人体的伤害很大，所以说同学们保护好环境吧！

记得书中对“雾”的描写非常美丽，作者们对它从不吝啬赞美之词，提到它我们眼前立刻浮现出虚无缥缈、人间仙境、海市蜃楼…古代诗人也钟情于它，宋代葛长庚《晓行》咏道：雨余花点满红桥，柳絮沾泥夜不消。晓雾忽无还忽有，春山如近复如途。不知什么时候开始“雾霾”出现了，虽然只多了一个字，却让人们如临大敌，避之不及。究竟什么是雾霾呢?

雾霾是雾和霾的组合词，常见于城市，在我国不少地区将雾并入霾一起作为灾害性天气现象进行预警预报，统称为“雾霾天气”。

雾霾是特定气候条件与人类活动相互作用的结果，高密度人口的经济及社会活动必然会排放大量细颗粒物(PM2。5)，一旦排放超过大气循环能力和承载度，PM2。5持续积聚就会出现大范围的雾霾。

写到这里我不禁疑惑，雾霾究竟是如何形成的?查阅了相关资料发现原来“雾霾竟与我有关”，近年来城市的汽车越来越多，排放的汽车尾气量也逐年加大，而它对城市空气中PM2。5的“贡献”竟然达到了60%之多，想想我每天上学、放学、郊游，舒服的坐在车里，不知不觉也成了制造雾霾的帮凶。而国人引以为自豪的烹饪，对PM2。5的贡献也不小，油炸、炒菜时产生的PM2。5最多，只要持续五分钟PM2。5的数值就从开始时的38微克∕立方米，迅速飙升到787微克∕立方米，而蒸、煮的烹饪方式则不然，看样子，我以后的饮食习惯要改一改了。当然形成雾霾的原因还有很多，恕不赘述。

那么雾霾有哪些危害呢?它看似温和，里面却含有各种对人体有害的细颗粒，有毒物质达20多种包括了酸、碱、盐、胺、酚等，以及尘埃、花粉、螨虫、流感病毒等，对人体呼吸系统和心血管系统的危害很严重，它导致近地层紫外线的减弱，使空气中的传染性病菌的活性增强，传染病增多。不利于我们成长，由于日照减少，紫外线照射不足，体内维生素D生成不足，对钙的吸收大大减少。还记得英国伦敦1952年的那场大雾吧!它似无形的杀手，在短短五天内就夺去了4000人的生命，在之后两个月内又夺去了8000人的生命，可见雾霾的危害也给我们敲响了警钟，我们需要的是干净的空气，健康的体魄，请不要以牺牲健康为代价来换取所谓美好生活，少开车，绿色出行，多种树，保护植物。

既然雾霾与我有关，那么治霾从我做起，保护我们赖以生存的环境吧!

雾霾问题深深影响我们的生活?

看着窗外灰蒙蒙的天气，我问爸爸：“这是什么自然现象?”他回答道：“这是雾霾，一种有害物质。出门要戴口罩的，不然会吸入有毒气体，得肺癌，和吸烟差不多。”原来这是有害气体啊。我吃完早饭，准备去上学。在路上，三米内，几乎看不见一个人。雾越来越大，我从没见过这么大的雾。我走之前，顺便在手机上看了一下“天气预报”，今天是“重度污染”，穿衣小助手还提示：出门要带口罩。雾霾里面有一种毒叫做“PM2。5”，对人体有极大的危害。如果把口罩拿下来，就会吸入有毒气体，若不拿，就觉得憋着难受，真是两难呀!

到了学校，上完了第一节课，本以为会想以前一样出去做早操、跑步，但广播播道：“请各位同学在教室里活动，因雾霾天气影响，暂停跑操、早操等活动。”教室里面引起了一阵骚动，大家叽叽呱呱地谈论着雾霾，我认为，雾霾太大了，竟然导致一系列的活动不能举行!我们在谈论中度过了大课间。第二课上完后，迎来了我们最爱的微机课。微机课是要到微机室上的，但是我们要经过有雾地区，又引起了一阵阵纠结。没办法，硬拼吧!我在教室里做了深呼吸，准备途中不呼吸一口气，直接冲过去。我把我这个想法告诉了我的好朋友，她笑道：“你可真行，要跑过两个操场呢!你能憋得了吗?”我无奈地说：“那能怎么办?口罩也不想带，到微机室再装给口袋里，岂不会弄脏了吗?总不能，途中再呼吸几口吧?”“为何不行?只是吸几口，不碍事的。”我还是有所担心：“这空气要是像吸烟一样吸上瘾呢?算了吧，我还是最好戴口罩!”她看了看我，哭笑不得。

微机课前大灾难度过了，我们上完了愉快的微机课。准备去站放学路队。突然，一声惨叫：“呀!你踩着我了!”我只好抱歉地说：“雾太大了，不好意思啊。”直到中午，雾霾还未散去，它就像一个顽皮的小孩，不愿离开他心爱的玩具，依然逗留在这里。

雾霾，真大!人们在埋怨这霾大得过分，可这会不会是自己未爱护环境而造成的呢?我们是否也该自己反思一下?
