I’m an outgoing girl and my name is Shi Yun. I love singing songs,

especially pop songs. My favorite singer is Jay Chou.

As we all know, Jay is a superstar of Asia. He has excellent music skills.

考语文的时候我一直记着老师对我说的话：每一句话要写完整，注意标点符号。考数学的时候很多同学说题目难，我感觉还好，三下五除二就写完了！英语考试，我觉得SoeaSy！试卷里都是我们以前做过的题目。

考试成绩发下来。我语文、数学、英语三科的成绩分别是83分、95分、92分，还算可以，可是离我预计的还差一点，看来我就是太骄傲了。

激动人心的暑假又要来了，但也意味着无比紧张的期末考试又要来了。

星期一早上，连续休息了三天的我正懒洋洋的趴在床上，但又想起今天有期末考试，只好记不情愿的翻身下床。到了学校，我连忙开始埋头苦读起来。

到了英语考试，我那嚣张的气势一下就被压了下去，望着那些我一知半解的题目，我的脑袋不由得死机了，平时可以掌握的单词都没有印象了。这时，教室里安静得出奇，连根钉子掉在地上也听得清清楚楚，这安静的气氛难道是衬托出我的伤心吗？

科学考试开始，也证明马上就能放暑假咯，可还是把高兴的气氛压一压，准备考试。当我看了一眼科学试卷时，我的脸就绷住了，这题目太难了，望着一道道完全看不懂的怪题目，我的脑子就像进了水，好不容易做完，足足有一半的题目不确定，这，太难了。

虽然题目有难度，可我还是希望能进前十名，我一定要好好学习，才不会对题目感到陌生。

Today things are different。 The world has bee too crowded。 We are using up

our natural resources，and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals。 If

we continue to do this， human life on earth will not survive。

We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea， there will soon be

none left。 Yet，with modern fishing methods， more and more fish are caught。We

know that if too many trees are cut down， forests will disappear。 Yet， we

期末考试结束后，面对四个班的成绩，我喜忧参半：喜的是个班成绩比较均衡，优秀率都在百分之八十以上，及格率百分之九十九。忧的是我所教的四个班中的学困生比其他班多几个。感觉自己在平时的转化学困生工作中下了不少功夫，为什么没有进展呢?我静下心来好好反思自己的工作，总结经验与不足，为下学期的工作做一下铺垫：

一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!

星期六，老师在家长群里发布消息。下周一考试，请同学们准备好考试要用的工具，请同学们好好复习。

作业虽然不多，但是要认真对待。老师考试前少布置作业就是让我们有时间去好好复习。晚上我还做了个噩梦，梦到我考试统统都是零分，我被噩梦吓醒了，很久都睡不着。

星期日，我忙得不可开交。我要背诵课文，要把全部生字默写过关，还要做作业，为了保持好的状态，所以早早睡了。

考试开始了，我没想到第一场考的就是我最不拿手的语文。最怕的就是语文，只能尽力了，听天由命吧。接下来考的是我最拿手的数学和英语。我瞬间充满信心，试卷做得飞快，感觉题目超简单。这么简单的题目我一定能拿高分。

考试完，我安静地坐下来等待发试卷。发试卷了，一看成绩我大惊失色。数学只有八十八分，语文和英语分别是九十和九十二分。

我数学成绩平常都在九十分以上的，这次只考了八十八分，我感觉很沮丧。我自言自语：“下学期我一定要好好学习，加倍努力争取每次考试都在九十分以上。”

这次数学考试太差了，下学期一定要考好。
