英语考试记得姚老师说要举行一次英语考试，我心里高兴极了，老师好几次都说要发奖状，这次我一定会得奖的。老师特意留意了单词和句子，我一看太好背了，于是看了几遍，志在必得的样子，觉得明天的奖状非我莫属。可谁知道第二天，我怀着喜悦的心情考完了试，把听写本交了上去……发本子时，只听见最前面的都是100分，唯独没我的名字，我心里一直浮现着记单词句子时，没有什么不会的呀？听见老师喊道：“马昕宇，99分。”我羞愧地低着头跑上去拿了本子，心里有一种说不出来的滋味，就像打翻的五味瓶一样，在课堂上，我伤心的差点哭出来。回到家，我大哭了一场，我想了想，以后必须要认真了，如果再这样粗心大意，我永远不会得到奖状了。是啊！小树只有经历风雨后，才会更坚强。但是，人们常说：虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后！

1。针对单选题及句型转换题中出现的错误，我感觉自我对学生的英语基础知识把关不够严。在以后教学中要狠抓基础知识，多提问多听写，充分利用早读让学生在有限的早读时间内掌握所学知识。

2。阅读理解是学生英语综合潜力的一种体现，是学生的弱项。加强英语阅读方法的指导以及阅读训练尤其提倡学生进行课外阅读让英语阅读成为一种习惯对学生的英语阅读潜力的提高将会有很大的帮忙。

3。英语是一门语言，语言是用来交流的工具，因此英语的交际性显得很重要，在以后的教学中能够进行课前五分钟自由对话，在运用任务型教学法，游戏教学法等多带给给学生一些交际英语的机会。

说不上为什么，大概是心理压力大吧!为此，爸爸总说我没有大将风度，还说考试只是检查一下自己哪儿没有掌握好的小测验罢了，没必要那么紧张…

其实我真的想反驳他——“惧不惧怕考试，当然要根据情况来定。”假如我复习好了，我会认为是表现我的时候了，说实话，确实还没有我打针时紧张。假如我什么都没复习好，作为一名当代应试教育的牺牲者，想到将要面对的轻视的眼神和不满的责骂，能不紧张吗?

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

The proper ways for students to relax I am the monitor of class 3 grade3 in No. 22 Middle School. Recently I have made a survey of the students in my class on ways to relax after class. Of the 60 students at my class, 31 boys and 29 girls, 30 students like watching TV, 12 students like playing computer game, 8 students kike listening to music. To tell you the truth，I don t like the Spring Festival at all. Welcome to our school! Our school is the key middle school in this city.

Now we are in the front gate. Entry in this school, you can see there is a big

football playground on the left and a big resturant on the right. If you’re

hungry, you can have something good in there. The grand teaching building is

right behind the football playground. We spend most time in the classrooms.

Behind the teaching building, there is a little lake with many fish in it. Oh,

there is also a nice library next to the lake. After the class, we can entry the

library freely to read the books we like. This is our school. Don’t you think

it’s great?

紧张而又忙碌的一学期过去了，我想我可以长长的吁一口气了。但还没等放松，那鲜红的成绩便又压得我喘不过气来，政治便是发挥最为失常的一门了。

当讲台上“老班”的声音“侯翔，88分”响彻云霄时，我的血液几乎都要凝固了。“83”突破了我所有大考的分数，高高的抬起了骄傲的头颅，把我踩在了脚底下。天空是灰色的，灰一般的寂静。

政治考试中，后面的大题还是勉勉强强的，漏了5分，可前面的选择题就不容原谅了，两个鲜红的“x”吞掉了整整6分！选择题的错误与平时的读课本还是有关系的。基本知识没掌握，到了该运用片段的时候便好像没有头绪的拼图，总是会错两道的！“天才是百分之九十九的汗水+百分之一的聪明，”我现在只付出百分之一的汗水。

让我现在肠子都悔青了的，便是我的判断改错，因为粗心大王的光临，让我的脑海中骤然抹去了“改错”两个字，草草地判断，便显得雄心满满，记得当时我还得意洋洋的幻想着自己考100分，我真傻！不认真，哪儿来的100分？其实，这6分都可以回答正确的，如果……世界上没有后悔药可卖，把一切“如果”抛去吧！以后的道路上，努力将“粗心”这块大绊脚石踢走！

这次是我念小学以来面临的第一次期末考试，之前都是面试，没有这样正式。我的心怦怦直跳，腿瑟瑟发抖，而且腿还发软，走路都不敢走了，好像有一块无比沉重的大石头压在我背上。

我们先到教室里，老师讲了一些关于考试的注意事项后，我赶紧拿出语文书，开始复习。复习了30分钟以后，老师说1—22号去二（2）班考试，23—43在教室里考试，因为我的学号是18号，所以要去二（2）班考试。我们排好队伍，老师就带我们去楼下二（2）班了，这段路非常近，但对我来说是无比遥远，千里迢迢的路程。

过了一会儿，我们到了二（2）班，我们按学号坐好，一个位置坐一个人，而且是竖着坐的，“离考试还有10分钟。”广播员说道。老师说：“同学们，赶紧复习，争取考一百分。”话音刚落，我就从书包里拿出语文书复习起来了。

“10分钟到了，监考老师来领取试卷。”广播员又说。

不一会儿，监考老师来了，她一进门我就认出她是谁了，她其实就是我们的电脑老师。老师发下试卷，写好名字，紧张的气氛来临了。一写好名字，我的心怦怦直跳。在答卷的过程中，我遇到了好几只“拦路虎”，可它们都没把我难倒，但是做到第四面的作文题时，我又被一只高大的“拦路虎”拦住了去路，我努力去打败它，可它威武、雄壮、高大，“这下你可过不去了吧！”拦路虎说道。

“哼，我一定会过去的。”

我和那只拦路虎展开了生死搏斗，双方胜负分不出来，突然，我灵机一动，想到了我平时写过的作文，只要稍微改动一下就可以了，就赶紧地写上去，写好后读了一遍，感觉自己写得很不错。

上交试卷时，我背上的那块石头终于落下来了。我遥望窗外，阳光明媚，万里无云，我叹了口气，说：“其实考试也没有那么可怕。”只要认真努力学习，就会取得好成绩。
