Every individual faces the problem of choosing an occupation after graduating from university, which is of great importance in ones whole life. An appropriate occupation makes a man work with vigor and zest. Besides, it is beneficial for both the individual and the country。

To make an advisable choice, a graduate should take into account at least two aspects, namely, individual interest and the demand of the society. Only when the two aspects are connected, can a man show his ability and talent to the best advantage. 2. 动词的时态

在记叙文中，记和叙都离不开动词。所以动词出现率最高，且富于变化。记叙文中用得最多的是动词的过去的，这是英语记叙文区别于汉语记叙文的关键之处。英语写作的优美之处就在于这些动词时态的变化，正是这一点才使得所记、所叙有鲜活的动态感、鲜明的层次感和立体感。

3. 叙述的顺序

5. 叙述与对话

引用故事情节中主要人物的对话是记叙文提高表现力的一种好方法。适当地用直接引语代替间接的主观叙述，可以客观生动地反映人物的性格、品质和心理状态，使记叙生动、有趣，使文章内容更加充实、具体。试比较下面两段的叙述效果：

I was in the kitchen, and I was cooking something. Suddenly I heard a loud noise from the front. I thought maybe someone was knocking the door. I asked who it was but I heard no reply. After a while I saw my cat running across the parlor. I realized it was the cat. I felt released.

这本来应是一段故事性很强的文字，但经作者这么一写，就不那么吸引人了。原因是文中用的都是叙述模式，没有人物语言，把"悬念"给冲淡了。可作如下调整：

I was in the kitchen cooking something. "Crash!" a loud noise came from the front. Thinking someone was knocking at the door, I asked, "Who?" No reply. After a while, I saw my cat running across the parlor. "Its you." I said, quite released.

二、写好记叙文的基本要领

1. 头绪分明，脉络清楚

写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个" W "和一个" H "有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些" W "和" H "，但动笔之前，围绕五个" W "和" H "进行构思是必不可少的。

2. 突出中心，详略得当

在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：

One night a man came to our house and told me, "There is a family with eight children. They have not eaten for days." I took some food with me and went.

When I finally came to that family, I saw the faces of those little children disfigured (破坏外貌) by hunger. There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces, just the deep pain of hunger.

I gave the rice to the mother. She divided the rice in two, and went out, carrying half the rice. When she came back, I asked her, "Where did you go?" she gave me this simple answer, "To my neighbors - they are hungry also!"

3. 用活语言，准确生动

记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动，又要表现力强，这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动，其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。

One day Xiaoqiang was wandering away. He was soon lost among people and traffic. He could not find the way back home and started crying. Xiaoqiang told them how he got lost and where he lived. The two students decided to take him home. Mother was pleased to see Xiaoqiang come back safe and sound. She invited the two students into the house and gave them some money, but they didnt take it. She served them with tea but they left.

The other day, five-year-old Xiaoqiang left home alone and wandered happily in the street. After some time, he felt hungry so he wanted to go back home. But he found he was lost among the crowded people and heavy traffic. When he could not find the way home, he started and crying. Just then, two young students who were passing by from school found him sanding crying in front of a shop. They immediately went up to him.

This summer holiday, I had travelled to Hong Kong with many other students. We went to Hong Kong by plane. Hong Kong is very small, but there are many people living there.

In Hong Kong, all of the buildings are very tall. There are lots of shops there and you can go shopping until about 11:00 at night. In Hong Kong, things are very expensive, so we only bought a few souvenirs.

考试过后的第一件事是干什么?很简单，先水平差不多的几个人围在一起把答案对一下。我也相信，干这个的不止我一个。其实也就是安慰自己罢了。话说我们其中考试的时候考的物理，有一道选择题起码有超过二十个人选的是B，当时只有一个同学选的是D。结果最后出来你猜咋滴?全班就他一个满分七十，因为那一道题扣分的68分的同学着实不少。我依然清晰的记着我们物理老师恨铁不成钢的说：你看看你们那位同学能写对，你们为什么就写不对呢?结果所有因为这一道题错的而考到68分的全部抄了20遍!

经过那件事之后我才明白人那句话是多么的正确：真理指掌握在少数人手中。

在一个深秋无月的夜晚里，随着小孩“哇哇”啼哭声，樱花十二剑被黄袍派抓走。

一天天的过去，小孩不知不觉的长在了，樱花十二剑却仍不见身影，小孩他妈知道孩他爸一去不复返，决定教小孩练剑，取江湖之名为智俦(俦是仇的谐音，主要是希望他长大后，通过他的聪明才智来为樱花十二剑报仇雪恨)。

智俦是一个既听话又聪明机智的天才，每天早起跟母亲练剑。

开始，母亲先教他剑术的基本功，由于智俦以勤学苦练，不懂就问的缘故，经过短暂的一段时间，他把学到的不但练熟而且还刻骨铭心，借此让母亲欣慰。

智俦不停的温习学过的剑术，同时又跟母亲学习新的剑术。母亲虽然是一个当时了不起的江湖女侠，但她的剑术总是有限，没有多长的时间就被智俦学去了。母亲为了自己的愿望和对儿子的期望，把樱花十二剑遗留下的唯一财产——《樱花十二剑》送给了智俦。

智俦得之似宝，如饥似喝，不舍昼夜的练剑，在这期间他虽然遇到了不少的艰难困苦，他始终坚信，“没有比人更高的山，没有比脚更长的路，没有走不过的桥，只有被困难击倒的人”。凭着他坚强的毅力，最终练成了樱花十二剑。

他认为，父亲虽然是当地的江湖豪杰，“只是天外有天，人外有人”，我要学会更多的剑术，为报仇打好坚实的基础。

智俦拜别母亲后，打好行包，带着母亲送给他的那把宝剑上路了。智俦翻过千山万岭，来到了一个苹果林，里面住着一位年近八旬的老头，头发发白，胡须微长，手握一剑，还在练剑，智俦被这种精神所打动，报仇的欲望更加强烈。

经过几天的接触交往才知那位老人年轻时就是位江湖之杰，有一手好剑术，被当地人称为“剑仙”。

从那以后，智俦就开始跟剑仙学剑，由于他有一定的基础又加上勤奋好学，经过一年多的时间，把“剑仙”的剑术学到手后便谢辞了师父。

智俦回家之时正是深秋。

和母亲商量，决定在父亲被抓的那天为父亲报仇。

报仇的日子终于盼到了，智俦带上宝剑上路了。

他顺着声音传来的方向慢慢走去，发现一个五十岁左右的江湖人物坐在中间，周围坐着他的属下，在欢乐的痛饮，旁边有一个大铁笼子里有一个人清瘦的人——原来他们在庆祝20周年。

等到他们喝到悠悠然飘飘然不知所以时，报仇之时已到。

智俦从花草中一跃，手握宝剑直刺，没有任何防御的黄袍派头领被智俦用剑尖指着把父亲放出。

怕死的头领命令手下把樱花十二剑放走。樱花十二剑刚来到他儿子身旁，头领已离开了人世界，登上地狱之路。

智俦三口从此相聚。

1月17日，我们进行了期末考试。

早上，我蹦蹦跳跳的来到了学校，准备迎接期末考试。我对我自己很有信心，觉得自己能考个好成绩。

当我来到教室时，我看见同学们都在认真复习。虽然教室很闹，有的同学在看语文书，有的在背课文，有的则在复习词语。我们4-6年级是9：00-11：00考试，有两个小时的时间复习，但是我的心里像放着一只小兔子，这只小兔子不停的跳呀跳，使我的心情非常紧张，万一考不好，这个寒假只有在补习班过了。可是我又想到一考完就放假了，紧张的心情又被我丢到九霄云外去了。时间偷偷的溜走了，一转眼，就到考试的时候了，我们班的监考老师是王老师和何老师，每个班有两名监考老师，一个在前，一个在后。

发考卷了，我顿时有点紧张，因为脑子一片空白。当考卷发到我这里时，我快速的瞟了一眼，太好了，这些都是我昨晚复习过的，我先把姓名、班级、学号、学校写好，然后继续看题。不一会，考试的铃声响了，全班的同学都开始埋头做题。那时，教室里安静得连心跳声都能听见。

时间快速流逝，当我做到一半时，离考试结束还有1小时零10几分钟，噢！不！我做得太慢了，必须得加快速度了。可是，后面的阅读题想快也快不了，因为我阅读的每一道题上几乎都要都要停留3分钟。最后在还剩半个小时的时候，我终于开始写作文了，天哪！要是不考作文就好了。在距离考试还剩3分钟时，我把作文写完了，写了一篇还算可以的作文。结束的铃声响了，语文考试考完了。

语文考试完了，下午紧接着就是数学考试。我最怕数学考试了，因为我数学不太好。发完考卷，然后写班级、姓名、学号、学校，再审题，再等铃声，最后作答。答题时，我能感觉到我所有的脑细胞都在转动，我尽了自己最大的努力去做了，两个小时后，考试结束了，？！

开了散学典礼，然后就放假了，美妙的假期，我来了…

今天是期末考试，我非常紧张，我慢慢地走进教室，原本以为同学们会很紧张。可是一进教室，发现大家却很高兴。我走到自己的座位上，按照原来的样子复习。

第一课是考语文，老师把试卷发下来，我一看，都是平时复习过的。我紧张的心慢慢地放松下来。我飞快地做好试卷，看看没事做，就拿起尺子玩了起来。玩着玩着，我突然发现有一道题目忘记做了。我真是粗心啊，我连忙认认真真地检查了起来。哇，居然有那么多做错的题目。如果不检查，不知道会考多少分呢。时间到了，老师把试卷收了上去，我马上跑去和同学对答案，还好，改过的几道题目都改对了。

第二课是考数学，这次我吸取上次的教训，做完后，我就认认真真地检查起来。我发现有一个要量角的地方忘记量了。我马上去找量角器，可惜怎么也找不到。我仔细地回想了一下，我考完语文后，把量角器放进自己口袋里了。看来，粗心的习惯一时还没改掉。

数学考完了，饭也吃好了。接下来就要考英语了。英语是我的薄弱的环节，可是这一次的试卷相对来说有点简单。我立刻就有了自信，觉得应该可以考好。

考试考完了，我觉得我会考好，果然，皇天不负有心人，我数学考了95.5语文考了96.5,我最害怕的英语,居然成了最容易的了,我下次一定也要考好。

Sharing bike can be seen in every corner of the street, which is very

popular by the public. The foreigners speak highly of sharing bike, because they

can ride the bikes to look around the city and the expense is very cheap. As

people enjoy the convenience of these bikes, the problem comes. We can see that

many bikes have been broken and some are even put in the main road, which brings

trouble to the public. Of course when the media reported the phenomenon,

everybody condemned the negative behavior. Sharing bikes are public property,

all the people have the responsibility to protect them, so after using them, we

should just find a right place to lock them. The small act can present a

person’s nature, so dont let yourself be the rude one.

星期一，是一个重大日子，期末考试，早上来到学校，挤过熙熙攘攘的人群，大步流星的走进四四班，翻开书看了起来。

“叮铃铃”铃声响了，老师把数学试卷发了下来，我先用火眼金睛大体扫射了一下题目，嗯!不难，我便拿起笔做了起来。做完题后又仔细检查了好几遍才交卷。

接下来是考语文，语文题量真大，光作文就900多字，还有2张试题，一般人是承受不了的，我拿起笔，发现一道古诗填空： 非是籍秋风，我立马填上了居高声自远，这可是靠日常积累，要不然就不会了。作文题目很简单，写一封信，我便沙沙做了起来，可还没写完，老师就让收卷，我“龙飞凤舞”地添上几笔交上了考卷。

这次考试让我明白了一个道理：练兵千日，用兵一时，只有平时多读、多写、多背才能考出好成绩，否则就会“卡壳”了。

人最怕的不时身体的残缺，而是思想的残缺

材料中的两父子对残疾运动员获得冠军分别阐释了两种观点，孩子只看到了事务的表象，而父亲的话则触及到了生命的真谛。一个人即使身体是残疾的，但只要他的思想是完整的，美好的，那么他的人生便是值得肯定的。

还记得那用千手观音打动无数人的邰丽华吗?聋哑的缺陷没有分化她的意志，身体的残疾没有使她一蹶不振，从某个角度看，正是这残缺的身体成就了她舞台上曼妙的舞姿，婆娑的倩影。如果邰丽华向残缺的身体低头，向所谓的命运认输，又怎么会在舞台上重演那一幕幕动人心弦的画面呢?

还记的那个摇着轮椅上北大的女孩吗?医生的一次次误诊使得她的病情不断恶化，原本活泼开朗的她从此与轮椅结下了不解之缘。但是她没有再病魔前怨天尤人，她深信身残志坚，无数个日夜里，她一次次又一次地翻着书本，无数次的挥洒着青春的汗水。法语不好，她可以起早贪黑的练习，终于她成功了。她成为了北大破格录取的唯一一位残疾女博士，所有的考官都为她惊叹。残缺的轮椅，向世人演绎了不残缺的梦。

海伦凯勒双目失明却为人类唱响了奋进的《假如我有三天光明》。读懂了病床上的保尔，也就读懂了《钢铁是怎样炼成的》。

考琳麦卡洛在《荆棘鸟》一书中的题记中描述了这样一只鸟，它毕生都在寻找着荆棘，然后将身体扎进最长最尖的荆刺上，在那荒蛮的枝条间放开了连云雀和夜莺都黯然失色的歌喉。作者写到：最美的东西只能用最深痛巨创来换取。荆棘鸟用重创的身体换来了天地为之动容的破碎的美丽。

“左丘失明，厥有国语”，古人的教训言犹在耳。一个人最怕的不是身体的残疾，而是思想的残疾。让我们重新聆听古训，沐浴着前人的教诲，拒绝思想的残疾，用心耕耘心灵的稻田，让它变得郁郁葱葱，而非杂草重生。

拒绝思想的残缺，铸就人生的辉煌。

当我呆在家中无聊的在抽屉中翻腾时，就在不经意间，找到了三份试卷――那是我本次期末考试的卷子，我拿着它，仔细地读着，我的思绪又回到了考试时。

随着“叮铃铃……”，考试的铃声响了，监考老师抱着厚厚的一摞试卷走进教室，把试卷分发给到同学手中后，便宣布开考。

在把班级，姓名写好之后，就开始做题了，因为学校为了防止学生作弊，特意把我们和三年级的学生混到一起，其实这招挺灵，教室中一点说话的声音都没有，只有此起彼伏的写字时发出的“沙沙”声，，随着题型的变化，那声音一会儿被推向高潮，一会儿又落入低谷。大约五十分钟后，我的试卷上就只剩下作文题了，是让我们写有关“关心”的作文的，我冥思苦想了好半天，总算是写出来了。接下来就该检查了，我从第一题――看拼音，写词语开始查起，一直查到最后面的作文题，足足检查了三遍，才放下心来，可还是由于粗心漏掉了一个错题，扣去了0.5分，还有在作文上由于字写得不好看而丢掉了了2分。所以，我最终只得了97.5分。

在这一次期末考试中，我语文得了97.5分，数学得了96分，英语得了97分，由于粗心大意只取得了第六名的成绩，所以我决定要将粗心这个坏毛病改掉。

Desire for No Examination

I have a lot of aspirations。 But what I desire most is to have no examinations。

We are always told that examinations aim to check what we have learned。 But I dont think so。 Examination is not the best way， especially in the primary school。 Examinations， composition examinations in particular， will bring students， teachers and parents a great deal of pressure。 To cope with the examination， some students just remember the model essays by rote。 It will do no good to the improvement of writing。

The students scores can be measured by their daily in-class study and by the completion of their everyday homework。 If we do in this way， all the students and teachers will have a pleasant time every day。

渴望不考试

我有很多愿望，但我最渴望的就是不要考试。

我们总是被告知考试的目的是为了检测我们学到了什么，但是我不这么认为。考试不是最好的方式，特别是在小学。考试，特别是作文考试，会给学生、教师、学生家长带来很大的压力。为了应付作文考试，一些学生仅仅是死记硬背范文，这对提高学生的写作没有什么好处。

学生的成绩可以通过课内的日常学习和每天家庭作业的完成情况来衡量。如果我们用这种方法检查学习效果，所有的学生和教师每天都会度过愉快的时光。
