每当我们迈入浩如烟海的图书馆时，眼前的“书山”不时让我们震惊：在这贯穿古今，兼容中西的著作中，我们怎样阅读，阅读什么?是深阅读，还是浅阅读，在我们眼中，这些都不重要，我觉得，最重要的，就是用心阅读，用心体会!用心阅读，我们能体验中华五千年的香韵，能品味唐诗宋词，元曲明清小说的清幽和旷达，能体验李太白那“安能摧眉折腰事权贵，使我不得开心颜”的豪迈，能体验文天祥“人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青”的正气凛然，更能体验李清照那“凄凄惨惨戚戚”的忧愁与悲愤。

阅读，每个人都有自己的方法，有的人读死书，有的人死读书，有的人品其文化内涵，有的人知其“大意”，有的人浅阅读，有的人深阅读，然而不管怎样阅读，我们只要用心，便能品出其文墨芳香。

五柳先生的阅读方法也许值得我们借鉴，在这个竞争激烈、快节奏的社会中，我们已经没有太多的时间去阅读，不求甚解已经成为大多数人的步调。但是，他也没有完全地用放任自流的方法去面对阅读，在阅读过程中“每有会意，便欣然望食”。无论怎样，我们要有用心去面对的信心。

用心去体验，用心去品味，我们能体验出五彩的人生，能品味绚丽的生活。许多饱学之士，英雄豪杰都受书的影响，他们有的潇洒大方，有的气宇轩昂，精神饱满，在无数人的脸上，洋溢出的更多是阅读带给他们的自信，国学大师季羡林饱读诗书，成了一代享誉文坛，兼容百家的大师，他用心体验了世界，用心品味了古今，使他成为光耀文坛的一颗巨星。

在当今世界，有很多文坛巨匠和仁人志士，他们用阅读看遍世界，用阅读了解古今。阅读也成了一种我们认识世界，了解社会的工具和窗口。

每个人都有自己特别的阅读方式，就像五柳先生不求甚解那样，但无论怎样，要用心去体验，用心去品味，要用心去寻求书中的真理。

用心去阅读，博览群书，用心去阅读，潇洒走世界，只要我们用心去品味，用心去体验，那么整个世界都将在我们的眼中!

性命这一程长路，不能指望孩子一天长大，也很难让糊口中的所有误解立时消除，从冲动到冷静，从狭隘到宽容，缓一缓，等一等，冷却缘由不明的是非计较，让所有的误会偏见都成为对自己胸怀的一种提醒，客观曾经那么简单的存在，人生更须要长养的是等一等的智慧和从容。

岁月匆匆，行路也匆匆，人糊口的不是一场劳碌，风风火火赶过去，辛辛苦苦一场历练，萧索了美景，闲置了好心情，有些事情等一等，又何妨?让人生的考虑有机会沉淀，也减震急于事功的浮躁，面对着糊口的如意不如意，不忘昔时的素心初衷，糊口的脚步慢一点，学会欣赏，学会平常，闲一段流光读清风明月，留一方背影给瓜豆田园。

这茫茫的人海，宽宽的世界，每个人都在学会理解，这世界是大家的存在，而不在于诉说着自己的委屈，疏忽了别人的无奈，更不要因为自己的奢望，而拉远了和糊口自己的距离，这朴朴素素的糊口，把握住心坎的厚重与温度，才是性命最大的价值，糊口从来也不是一种简单的表达方式和存在形式，每个人走过人海都须要秉承一种善意友好的态度，品味着自己的辛苦，也体谅着别人的不易，自己的艰辛须要自己毫无害怕的承担，但心坎世界也要明明了了，别人的不幸和苦难也并不是言过其实，就像这人生，每个人都想活出自己张扬厚实的个性，但迎面走来的、身边同行的也异样是鲜亮温暖的性命。

大事小情一箩筐老是糊口的家常便饭，须要用一种态度去面对。心理学上有个景象叫做酝酿效应，给鸡飞狗跳落地的时间，让选择变得更理性，凡事学会放一放，冷一冷。不和正事较劲，不跟心窄费时间，糊口的艺术就是候着尘埃落地的耐性，在决定向左走向右走之前停一停，不急躁，不固执，让选择的理智有机会醒一醒，既然没法陪这个世界到地久天长，那就选择一份豁达与真诚。

人生在旅途，虽然是急匆匆地向前赶，且慢在慌张中做什么决定，对着挫折常懊恼，且慢抱怨多逆缘，相信一切都是最好的选择，相信糊口总有峰回路转，?那些人生的温暖总蕴藏在糊口的那些不经意间，怎么样的糊口才叫幸福，怎么样的糊口才叫充实，也就在于这且行且珍惜。

We are always told that time is precious so that we shall cherish it. Even

though most of us know the necessity of making use of time, when we start our

plans, we find that time is limited. Where has the time gone, we always feel

confused about it. Actually, it is the lack of efficiency that makes people feel

time is not enough. It is in need of improving efficiency. Most students cant

focus their mind on study because they think of all kinds of temptations, such

as delicious food and computer games. If they can finish task quickly, then they

can do other things. It is the motivation to improve efficiency.

Today was the second day of our Hong Kong visit. I was very happy as

yesterday. But I felt tired a lot. I didn’t want to stay at guesthouse, so I

planted to go window-shopping with my parents in Times Square. There were many

kinds of goods, but you could choose the one you liked best easily。Also, there

were many designer-label stores in Times Square, such as

DNKY、MAXMARA、MAX&CO、BOSS and so on. Among others, there was a famous

bookstore called PAGEONE.At last, I bought a beautiful skirt(你好像是女的吧)and some

books。Then I was exhausted but I didn’t care in the slightest(可以换成not at all

)。

今天是我们香港之旅的第二天。我和昨天一样开心，但是我感到有点累了。我不想呆在宾馆里面，所以我打算和我的父母在“时代广场”去逛街。这里有各种各样的商品，但是你可以轻松的找到你最喜欢的。同样，这里面有许多的品牌店在“时代广场”，例如DNKY、MAXMARA、MAX&CO、BOSS等等。最值得一提的是，这里有一家著名的书店叫PAGEONE.。最后我买了一件漂亮的裙子和一些书。我已经筋疲力尽了但是我一点都不在乎。

我站在人生的渡口，此岸的边缘。满眼是彼岸山水的静谧，浸渍在风吹草低的呼吸;丝丝缕缕的梦幻，凄凄诉诉的百花留香;泠泠泉清，嘤嘤鸟鸣，芙蓉尚盈盈……

我要去彼岸。

有时，现实如同一场迷雾，比梦更长，比风更短，执着的心情，为所求、为所得，掩盖了漫漫上浮起的黑暗。总有人，架起一只牛角的船，以牛角尖的方向，驶入梦魇深处的迷幻。

我还是要去彼岸。

为了那白鹭横江水光接天的彼岸，纵一苇之所如，凌万顷之茫然，我可以不怕一切的险阻与艰难。此岸此时已变得丑陋，在彼岸的反衬下显得如此迷乱不堪，我片刻难安，世界已被彼岸填满，足以扣住我脉搏的彼岸……

我一定要去彼岸。

有时，世界像一口锅，人生与得失煮沸在其中。看不清方向的人们跌落进形形色色的诱惑的罅隙。人生像一壶烧开的水，沸腾着翻滚着燃烧着不停消耗着自己，在沸点的极限上耗尽成壶口百态的烟，使我们老来莫名的感慨万千。何为得，而何又为失呢?

我终于登上了彼岸。

如果说到达的所得能让我短暂欣喜，那么欲望冷却后的冰凉如在心底挖空一个长眠的洞。这空空如也的残缺是所得还是所失?我回首曾经的那个此岸，为何是翠竹摇风暄千林翠鸟的晨曲?又为何竟传来红梅映日吐万树红霞的晚钟?风雨交融，我又站在了人生的渡口，彼岸的边缘。当彼岸成为了此岸，此岸又成为了另一个彼岸时，怅然若失是怎样一个词?

我躺在此岸与彼岸的边缘，当我明白，这便是得与失的边缘。

有时，得与失似乎竟在一念之间，而它们却又是相互依存而在，这便如河的两岸，人生忙忙碌碌，始终都是在此岸眺望彼岸。这世上没有一味的得也没有一味的失，琉璃镜两边的世界如何能择选?岸之得失，且正是人生之得失，人应为该得而得为该失而失，莫在这无穷无尽的困扰上心机算尽劳烦一生。韶光飞逝，才是人生最大的失!

此岸是真实，彼岸是风景。我颓然一笑恍若隔世。且让子夜的音调洗净潮声，让薄雾欲坠的回响将飞走的月色反转，流进我梦的血管。浩浩乎如冯虚御风，而不知其所止;飘飘乎如遗世独立，羽化而登仙。

拥挤的街道上，经常会听到这样的话：“对不起，碰着你了!”“没关系，没关系!”被踩着的面带笑容，没有丝毫责备的神色，有时还挺疼的，不过没关系——那一句“对不起”比红霉素药水还奏效。正是这一句很轻松的话语，让人感受到了一种发自内心的真诚，将对方心里仅存的怨气化作云烟散去。这就是真诚的力量，它就像人的灵魂独白，清除了遮挡心灵的纯洁的污垢，让人与人之间像水晶一样剔透。

亲爱的蝴蝶，我们之间也许久缺少这种真诚。人与人之间的真诚尚且好说难做，更何况我们同属两个不同物种的世界你?朋友相处久了，一个眼神，一个微笑，甚至一个细微的眉头，都能让人感受到一种真诚的力量。在这一点上，我们还需要继续努力啊!

那天我们的闯入时候真的有点突兀，但真的事出有因。作为探险者，我们的本质是探险美丽，面对一个充满神奇魅力的洞穴，我们又岂能轻言放弃呢?至于点燃那支蜡烛则更是无奈之举也!在漆黑的山洞里，我们需要足够的勇气和信心来支撑;倘若没有光的指引，我们都不知道如何迈开脚步了。我们还得感谢光，也正因为有它，我们发现了你，才得以目睹你的美。亲爱的蝴蝶，你真的误解我们了，我们没有恶意。人和自然是好朋友，好朋友自然就需要真诚。我们以一颗真诚的心对你说声“对不起”，可是你却已经悄然离开了。现在很多人之间的关系都结成厚厚的冰凌，除了冷漠还是冷漠，那一份真诚都已经不复存在了。为什么呢?就因为缺乏真正灵魂上的交流与信任。面对你们，我们希望用真诚打开这扇窗，希望博得你们的理解。这份发自内心的真诚，可以打开我们彼此的心锁，它是那么耀眼高贵，更让我们体验其中的那份美好。

来吧，亲爱的蝴蝶，希望你们能理解我们的真诚，共同缔造和谐的生态。

Good afternoon， everyone。

The topic of my speech today is “Being a Good Listener”。

Good listening can always show respect， promote understanding， and improve interpersonal relationship。

Many people suggest that parents should listen more to their children， so they will understand them better， and find it easy to narrow the generation gap; teachers should listen more to their students， then they can meet their needs better， and place themselves in a good relationship with their students; students should listen more to their classmates， thus they will help and learn from each other， and a friendship is likely to be formed。

What I want to stress is that each of us should listen to others。 Show your respect and never stop others till they finish their talk; show you are interested by a supportive silence or a knowing smile; be open-minded to different opinions even though you don’t like them。 In a word， good listening can really enable us to get closer to each other。
