娄星区林业局是我区野生动物资源保护管理的职能部门，长期以来在宣传普及野保知识及法律法规和查处野保案件方面做了大量工作，区内野生动物生存、发展环境得以改善，野生动物物种逐年增多。但目前社会对保护野生动物的认识不足，滥捕、滥猎、滥食野生动物时有发生，区内保护野生动物的氛围亟待加强。因此我们呼吁全体市民行动起来，积极参与支持野生动物保护，为此我们提出如下倡议：

一、 全民动员，奉献爱心，保护和珍爱野生动物。

二、 不非法猎捕、杀害野生动物;

三、 不在集贸市场和其他场所非法销售野生动物及产品;

四、 餐饮行业不将野生动物及产品作为菜肴进行销售、广告，餐馆的名称不以“野味”字样冠名;

五、 客货承运业主自觉拒运野生动物及产品;

六、 广大市民自觉拒吃野生动物及其产品;

七、 广大市民积极举报非法捕杀、贩卖、食用、运输野生动物及产品的行为。

Recently, our efforts to protect wild animals was questioned by the public,

because the news is keep reporting that more and more wild animals was killed by

human beings, especially the very precious one. Innocent animals was dead for

their meat, fur and tooth, it was just used to fill up human beings desire. In

my point of view, the wild animals were protected effectively still has a long

way to go.

Firstly, people should try harder to make a better place for animals. The

land where the wild animals live was deprived by human being. For hundreds

years, people cut the trees to make land for their living and farming, wild

animals homeland was took, they have no choice but run away. What is more,

human beings break the food link in nature; wild animals can not find enough

food to keep alive. There is no doubt that the destruction of nature has become

a big problem to kill wild animal, for instance, a polar bear was starved to

death because of the greenhouse effect, the ice was melt away, the seadog and

fish that polar bear like to eat are far away from them. For those reasons,

people should protect the environment first if they want to protect wild animals

effectively.

Second, no buying, no killing. Some rich people like to wear fur coat, they

treat it as a status symbol, especially for rich woman, they think animal fur is

beautiful and warm, they will never consider that the fur they wear for years is

the skin that animal wear for their whole life, and they knew how bloody when

people took the fur from animal but they choose to ignore it. If people do not

buy the fur and tooth, lots of wild animals will be survived.

In sum, wild animals are our friends, we should give back and protect their

homeland, and stop buying their body part, or our future generations will see

them in zoo and museum.

In Taiwan, because most people do not understand the importance of wildlife, the wildlife is in a poor situation. We Chinese are fond of eating anything delicious, so there are many animals killed by hunters. People enjoy eating tigers, bears, birds, and lions, so there are fewer and fewer birds flying in the sky and fewer and fewer bears running here and there in the forest. 在星期一下午，我和焦益程去包干区捡垃圾，来到教室窗口草地上。只见草地上都是垃圾又脏又臭，还有人不时从楼上窗口往下倒水，溅得到处满是水。我们拿起钳子，慢慢弯下身，夹起一个个垃圾，小心翼翼的放入垃圾桶。正当我俩干得热火朝天时发现了一条死去的鸟，我猜测它也许是被冻死的。“哈哈死鸟可真好玩!”大胆的焦益程夹起死鸟炫耀起来。他夹着死鸟走出草地，还把死鸟摇来摇去，把周围的同学吓得四处逃散。我拉住焦益程，大声说：“焦益程快点停下来!”“我还想玩”，焦益程回答道。我心想：小鸟都死了还折磨它，它可真可怜啊!焦益程夹着它，把它用力的往池塘中丢去。结果死鸟漂浮在水面上，焦益程一看没兴趣，又把它夹回来地面，我一看毛骨悚然，心中愤愤不平，恨不得让他也掉入水中去感受下，洗个脏水澡一下。让人悲痛欲绝的是，焦益程将死鸟扔进草丛中，再用力地扔到远处。焦益程还把死鸟踩住，用力将死鸟的头扭断，结果他左扭右扭，无论怎样都不能扭断。我想：小鸟以前在天空中飞翔是那么快乐，可是现在......最后，我把死鸟埋葬了。

就拿印度洋毛里求斯群岛上生活的渡渡鸟来说，由于它身上的肉鲜美无比，所以遭到当时人类的大量捕食，在十七世纪就已告灭绝。但是如果当时人们有动物保护意识的话，就不会造成渡渡鸟的灭绝。再说生活在我国青藏高原的藏羚羊吧，因为它其外层皮毛下面的被称作沙图什的绒毛异常精细，可以用来织成华丽的披肩，而惨遭偷猎者大肆捕杀。因为织出一条女式沙图什披肩便需要300至400克生绒，这意味着要牺牲3只藏羚羊的生命。所以在上世纪90年代初期，藏羚羊的数目只有65000只到72500只之间，要知道这只有100年前藏羚羊总数的十分之一。所幸的是人们意识到了保护这种濒临灭绝的动物。现在北京已有多名志愿者来到可可西里担当起义务看护藏羚羊的活动。同时国际爱护动物基金会从1999年起每年为我国藏羚羊保护捐赠8万至10万美金用以在可可西里、羌塘和阿尔金山三大自然保护区开展反盗猎行动和针对藏羚羊保护的各种宣传活动。我们人类正慢慢将藏羚羊这种可爱的动物从灭绝的边缘拉回来。

那么多的动物都濒临灭绝，那些捕杀动物的人们一点儿也不知道吗?光拿中国来说吧!中国由于人类对动物的捕杀和人口的增多，有10种珍贵动物将从中国这块土地上消失。这10种珍贵动物是：盘羊、黑长臂猿、亚洲象、华南虎、东北虎、野生双峰驼，还有冠?、黑颈鹤、扬子鳄和河豚。它们即将从中国这块土地上消失，谁听了不会心痛。

人类大肆开发自然，剥夺了野生动物的生存空间，同时又为了人类的享乐而任意猎杀，导致动物的种类逐渐减少。人们难道一点也不惭愧吗?人类也是动物的一种，所以必须猎杀其他动物作为食物。但是人类却也为了自身的享乐而猎杀动物。例如：用美丽的的豹皮做衣服;用象牙雕刻;用狮头装饰房间;甚至有人以狩猎作为休闲活动，大量杀害稀有的珍贵动物。人类这样为了自身享乐而滥杀动物的行为，确实是应该受到谴责的!

有许多人因为能挣钱就随便捕捉青蛙，青蛙体大肉肥，味道鲜美而且还非常有营养，就有人到市场上卖，我感到非常痛心，我也无能为力，只好默默的为青蛙祝福。

青蛙被称为“除害高手”青蛙的又叫田鸡，蛙类大约有4800种，绝大部分生活在水中，也有生活在雨林潮湿环境的树上的。卵产于水中，青蛙是卵生的，卵孵化成蝌蚪，蝌蚪在水里也能捉害虫，等的卵都在水里，一只蝌蚪每天要吃掉100多只孑孓，最后才变成青蛙。它可以捕捉害虫，蚊子、苍蝇、小飞蛾、蝗虫、蝼蛄、椿象、蝇类及稻飞虱等农业害虫为主要食物。都可以吃。在南方有许多人捕捉青蛙，在北方就少一些。一只青蛙一分钟能吃10只，一只青蛙一天捕食的害虫，少则五六十只，多则二百只，如此推算，一只青蛙一年至少要吃掉15000只。因此，青蛙是当之无愧的农田卫士。

一年中有许多节日：快乐的儿童节、团圆的中秋节、热闹的春节……而我要设立一个与众不同的节日——保护动物节。

我从小就喜爱动物。常常吵着买动物书，去动物园，看到一只瘸腿的纺织娘都要伤心，吵着妈妈为你它绑纱布。每次，看到那些可爱、漂亮的的小动物，我就觉得他们真可爱，大自然有了它们真幸福。

那天，我兴致勃勃地收看《动物的生命》。电视中介绍着一个个有趣的动物，这些动物时而奔跑，时而争斗，时而戏耍……可是后来，我看到这样令我心惊胆战的一幕：一群非洲人正在追赶一只黑犀牛，犀牛拼命逃命。突然，一颗从天而降的子弹直射在犀牛的身上，一击命中，一个非洲人走过去，不顾犀牛的悲鸣，用一把匕首把犀牛的角切了下来。非洲人看了看手中的牛角大笑：“这一定能卖个大价钱……哈哈哈……”转身开车而去。我不忍心再看下去，眼前总是浮现起犀牛那无助的眼神，血肉模糊的脑袋。我不明白：“人类呀人类，为什么偏偏要杀死我们人类的朋友——动物，他们也有生命的呀?”突然，我的脑海里产生了一个强烈的念头——对了，我们要保护动物，灵机一动：应该可以建立一个保护动物的节日!

保护动物节来了，这天，每个人的心中都有着“爱护动物”的信念，哪怕一只小小的蚂蚁我们都可以投去爱的目光，那天饭桌上不能有肉类。大街小巷的电视屏幕上要循环播放保护动物的频和口号。大家在这一天要进行慈善捐款，成立“基金会”，用这些钱去建立自然保护区，大家还可以去动物园认养一只动物。好多同学都上街进行宣传保护动物，每个人心中都牢记保护动物的责任……

在地球上，除了人类，还有什么呢?没错，还有动物。可几年下来，动物的数量逐渐下降。人类有没有把动物当朋友看呢?

我们现在不要再破坏动物的家园，这样动物们就可以安心繁殖后代。朋友们，还动物们一片蔚蓝的天空，让小鸟自由地飞翔;给动物一片绿草地，让牛羊欢快地奔跑;还动物一片汪洋，让动物无忧无虑地畅游海洋之中。也许，这样可以安抚动物们受伤的心灵。动物原本不坏，只是人类破坏它们的家园，这些只是它们对人类的“报复”而已。

一天，我到集市去，忽然听到一位老爷爷高声喊道：“卖青蛙喽!卖青蛙喽!活蹦乱跳的青蛙。”接着就听见几声凄惨的蛙鸣，我顺着声音走过去，只见几只青蛙被老爷爷用一根绳子绑在一起，前脚向外伸着，想逃脱。可总是被老爷爷拉出去，竹篓里也装着青蛙。老爷爷眼里是大把大把的钞票，而不是满天乱飞张牙舞爪的蚊子。我望着这场面，听着惨叫，我的心不禁揪紧了。

青蛙的本领很多，它能预报天气，我国有不少的农谚也是反映蛙鸣雨天气的关系的，如“雨后蟾蜍叫，不久大雨到。”青蛙还是捕食昆虫的健将，当青蛙尚处在幼虫的时候，它一天就能吃掉一百多只孑孓，而长大成蛙后，用它灵巧的舌头，平均每天可吃掉七十多只害虫。青蛙还能预报丰收，南宋诗人辛弃疾在西江月中写道“稻花香里说丰年，听取蛙声一片”。

我们学过《狼与鹿》一课，人为了保护鹿却过渡的捕杀狼，鹿成破坏森林的祸首，是鹿和凯巴伯森林走向灭亡。这篇课文告诉我们：自然界的各种事物是密切联系的，不能随意破坏生态平衡，不然会产生无法想象的后果。卖青蛙的老爷爷您想想吧：如果您抓了一只青蛙，就会放掉七十多只害虫，难道您想看到漫天耀武扬威的蚊子和被蚊子咬的遍体鳞伤的我们吗?

平平捉完青蛙，回家了，把小水桶放在桌上了。第二天平平要看看青蛙。青蛙没什么同样，只好听录音机。录音机里说了“请保护青蛙”平平不明白，就到书房里找书，他找到一本《动物百科知识》书，书里写着“青蛙是有益的动物”，我们要保护它。青蛙专门吃田里的害虫，是保卫田野的卫士。

一些人准备取小熊的胆汁，这时，一只母熊挣脱了铁笼，用巨大的熊掌掐死了小熊，然后把头撞上墙壁，死了。也许这是它们最好它们的办法，因为它们解脱了。

看完这一则故事，我快哭了。这么可爱的小熊，这么伟大的母熊，是谁狠心夺走了它们的生命?是人类。口口声声说保护大熊猫的是谁?也是人类。这不是自相矛盾吗?大熊猫是我国的国宝，可一些熊猫看见人类就想逃。这是为什么?因为有人伤害熊猫。

熊猫是多么可爱啊!他们也有生命，它们不是致富的工具。我们一定要保护熊猫，一些熊猫已找到，还有一些熊猫还在受那无尽的痛苦折磨。我们要将心比心，假如自己是它们，受到这种痛苦会怎么样?

在大山里，有一户人家，老刘，他收养了一个孩子，小掳，是个12岁的男孩。有一天，从城里来的一人来抓熊猫，在这山里，有熊猫。

第二天，那两个大人牵着猎狗去寻找熊猫，看见了一只母熊猫，带领着两只小熊猫，在玩。从城里来的那个人说一只母熊猫只能养一只小熊猫，于是等待机会，看哪只小熊猫会跑远。突然一只小鸟跑到了一只胖熊猫的视线里，那只熊猫立刻追了过去，这正是个好机会，他俩人牵着猎狗追赶着，把熊猫逼到了悬崖旁，悬崖旁有棵树，胖熊猫爬了上去，一会儿，树枝快断了，小熊猫掉了下去，掉进了河流中。

那只熊猫挣扎着，不一会就看不见它了，后来又奇迹般的出现了，它立刻跑到地面，向丛林跑去。那俩的人立刻追了过去。小熊猫爬到树上，又跌了下来。这时，下起了雨，他们只好走了。

第二天，那个小男孩砍柴时看见了小熊猫，把它包了起来，藏到了隐蔽的地方，以后每天都来看它。小孩为它弄水，他不喝，竹子，它不吃，接着，红薯、土豆、大米、牛奶它都不吃。后来才明白，它吃带有竹子的奶。给它弄完之后，它咕咚咕咚的喝着，以后，小男孩每天都来看它，和它玩耍，教它本领。

有一天夜晚，老刘从睡梦中醒来，去打柴，看见了一个明晃晃的地方，走近一看，见到了大熊猫和小掳，回家告诉了城里人，他们把小熊猫抓了起来。

晚上，小掳把熊猫放了出来，和他去找妈妈。老刘看见了这一切，又接着睡了。接着，城里人醒来，发现熊猫不见了，立刻和老刘去找了。小掳和熊猫到了河边，河对岸就是小熊猫的家。小掳抱着又重又胖的熊猫跌跌撞撞慢慢地到了河对岸。把小熊猫送走了。

大家一定不要伤害动物，应保护动物。熊猫是国家一级保护动物，请大家不要伤害它们。像小掳那样勇敢和伤害野生动物的人作斗争。保护动物，人人有责。

It is known to everyone that the unrestrained slaughter of wild animals has diminished the number of some endangered species. More and more species are being driven to extinction every year. It is terrible to think that magnificent animals are being sacrificed to human vanity

There are already laws enacted to prevent the importation of rare animals and the products made from their flesh, skin and bones.

These laws must be strictly enforced. Violators of these laws must be severely punished .Moreover, the public must be informed about the natural treasures we stand to lose .If we don’t take immediate action, we will be depriving future generations of our most precious heritage.

In Taiwan, because most people do not understand the importance of wildlife, the wildlife is in a poor situation. We Chinese are fond of eating anything delicious, so there are many animals killed by hunters. People enjoy eating tigers, bears, birds, and lions, so there are fewer and fewer birds flying in the sky and fewer and fewer bears running here and there in the forest. Instead, we often see them for sale at the market. How poor they are! And how cruel we are!

In my opinion, we should try every possible way to preserve wildlife. First, no one is allowed to hurt any wild animal. Second, the authorities concerned should punish those who kill any wild animal. Third, we should pay more attention to those endangered species to protect them from being eaten. If we can do so, nature must become very beautiful.

Many animals are in danger of dying out. As is shown in the chart, we can

see the number of animal species decreases faster and faster and this trend will

continue. From 1980 to 2010, at least 1 million animal species have disappeared.

Worse still, more and more wild animals are in great danger. It is not a piece

of sensational news; it is a fact, a harsh reality. Unfortunately, we may not

see these animals in the near future.

From the second picture, we can find some reasons. Why is the number of

animal species declining year by year? Apparently animals have become victims of

fashion industry. Animal skin has been used to make fashionable clothes and

these clothes sell at a high price. So some greedy people begin to kill animals

in a large quantity. This irresponsible behavior not only breaks the balance of

nature but also endangers the living environment of human beings.

As far as I am concerned, something must be done to stop this illegal

action. We believe "no buying, no killing". First, we must make concerning laws

to protect these animals in danger. Second, we must take some measures to

protect animals effectively. Animals are our friends and part of our

environment. Third, we should raise peoples awareness to protect animals and

our environment. In this way, we can build a harmonious society and ensure a

sustainable development.
