等我回过神来已经有许多小孩围在了妇女的身边，每个人都想玩弄一下这个可爱的小东西，“让我来玩一下!”“能给我摸摸吗”“真可爱”“它的毛真滑!”……到等他们都渐渐散去后我与小相思鸟的目光发生了碰撞，我仿佛能感受到小鸟眼神中的痛苦与哀求。我于心不忍，但总不能坐视不管让鸟儿饱受痛苦吧?当我还在思索时又有一个调皮的小男孩走了过来抢走了红嘴相思鸟，他一边拨弄着小鸟深绿色的翅膀和小小的爪子，向前走去。小鸟似乎在发抖着，更是用一种忧伤的眼神看着我，指望有一位救星。我这才鼓起勇气向小男孩走去小声地提醒道：“快放了它吧，它也很可怜。”

结果真是出人意料，那个小男孩一声不响地推出手，慢慢地端详着这只美丽的小鸟，最后张开双手放飞了这只可爱的小鸟。我们抬头观望，天空中却不见了它的身影，耳边却响起了一清脆的鸣叫，鸟儿，是你吗?是你，在谢谢我吗?

不管怎么说爱护小动物是每一个人的责任。

看鸟在天空飞翔，看鱼在水中游泳。也许你认为世界上有许多动物!但是你知道现在动物不多了，有些动物已经很稀有了，甚至有些动物已经灭绝了。根据生物学家的估计，数千年来，至少有数百种动物被人类猎杀到灭绝。结果，世界上的动物种类越来越少。如果我们不能及时拯救它们，那么我们将是未来世界上唯一的动物。你不要认为我是杞人忧天，如果你不相信我，我可以告诉你。

以生活在印度洋毛里求斯群岛的渡渡鸟为例。因为它美味的肉，它在那个时候被大量的人猎杀，在17世纪灭绝了。但是如果那时人们已经意识到动物保护，渡渡鸟就不会灭绝。此外，生活在我国青藏高原上的藏羚羊被偷猎者捕杀，因为它的皮毛非常精细，可以用来编织华丽的披肩。因为编织一条女式披肩需要300到400克的原毛，这意味着三只藏羚羊的生命将被牺牲。所以在20世纪90年代早期，藏羚羊的数量只有65000到72500只，仅是100年前总数的十分之一。幸运的是，人们意识到要保护这种濒危动物。现在许多来自北京的志愿者来到可可西里，承担起照顾藏羚羊的责任。与此同时，自1999年以来，国际动物福利基金会每年为保护中国藏羚羊捐赠8万至10万美元，在可可西里、羌塘和阿尔金山三个自然保护区开展反偷猎行动和各种保护藏羚羊的宣传活动。我们人类正在慢慢将可爱的藏羚羊从灭绝的边缘拉回来。

朋友们，动物是大自然留给人类的无价之宝。他们是我们的朋友。他们的出生和死亡与我们的人类生活密切相关。对动物的大规模破坏将给人类带来严重的不良后果，造成严重的生态失衡，从而破坏人类的生存环境。让我们从现在开始，从我开始，保护动物，让世界变得更美好!

大熊猫是世界上最珍贵的动物之一，主要分布在我国的四川、甘肃、陕西省的个别崇山峻岭地区，数量十分稀少，属于国家一类保护动物，称为“国宝”。

它不但被世界野生动物协会选为会标，而且还常常担负“和平大使”的任务，带着中国人民的友谊，远渡重洋，到国外攀亲结友，深受各国人民的欢迎。大熊猫身体胖软，头圆颈粗，耳小尾短，四肢粗壮，身长约1.5米，肩高60-70厘米左右，体重可达100-180千克。特别是那一对八字形黑眼圈，犹如戴着一副墨镜，非常惹人喜爱。 大熊猫的祖先是食肉动物，现在却偏爱吃素，主要以吃箭竹为生。

一只成年的大熊猫每天要吃20千克左右的鲜竹。有时，它也会开一次“荤”，捕抓箭竹林里的竹鼠美餐一顿，甚至大摇大摆闯入居民住宅，偷吃食物。大熊猫性情孤僻，喜欢独居，昼伏夜出，没有固定的居住地点，常常随季节的变化而搬家。春天一般待在海拔3000米以上的高山竹林里，夏天迁到竹枝鲜嫩的阴坡处，秋天搬到2500米左右的温暖的向阳山坡上，准备度过漫长的冬天。

每年的四五月份是大熊猫的繁殖季节，雄、雌大熊猫难得同居在一起。但5月一过，便又各奔东西。雌性大熊猫怀孕4-5个月左右，就急着寻找树洞或石穴作为“产房”，它每胎产1-2仔。刚生下的幼仔重量只有150克左右，相当于妈妈体重的1‰。

可是，一个月后体重可达2千克，3个月就能长到五六千克。熊猫妈妈常把小熊猫搂在怀中，轻轻抚摸，外出时也把它衔在嘴里，或用背驮着，亲亲热热，形影不离。等到小熊猫五六个月大时，妈妈就开始教它爬树、游泳、洗澡和剥食竹子等本领。两年后，小熊猫才离开母亲，开始独立的生活。大熊猫的寿命一般为20-30年。 大熊猫的家族非常古老。

大约在一百万年前，它们遍布我国的陕西、山西和北京等地区，在云南、四川、浙江、福建、台湾等省也有它们的踪迹，现在留下来的数量很少，成为科学家研究生物进化的珍贵的“活化石”。 迄今为止，全世界200多个国家和地区都没有几乎濒临绝迹的大熊猫，只有在我国的四川、陕西、甘肃部份地区的深山老林中才能找到它们的身影。

目前全世界的大熊猫总数仅1000只以下，而且数量在不断减少。 根据科学统计有78％的雌性大熊猫不孕，有90％的雄性大熊猫不育，这就给大熊猫的繁殖带来了许多困难。 在动物学上，大熊猫属食肉目。据考证，大熊猫的古代名称有貘、白豹、虞等。在200多万年前的更生世早期到100万年前的更生世中晚期，大熊猫已经广布于我国南半部，组成了大熊猫----剑齿象动物群；今天该动物群的许多种已经绝灭，而大熊猫却一直活下来，所以大熊猫有“活化石”之称。

从前，有一个一年级的小学生小明，他的父亲天天到外面去打猎，没时间管他的学习。因此，他的成绩一直都不好。每天晚上，他的父亲都会捕来几只动物。他的父亲这样残杀动物，小明很伤心。“爸爸，不要再杀动物了，您知道杀动物是一件多么严重的事吗?这样会破坏生物链的，到头来，受损的还是我们呀!”小明说。他的爸爸严厉的回答说“你这么小懂什么?有时间就好好弄弄你的学习成绩吧!如果不打猎，靠什么吃饭?怎么供你上学?”小明说“那我好好学习，每次都得奖学金，你是不是就不打猎了?”“对，只要你的奖学金，我就不打猎”从此，小明就天天都努力学习。果然，在初中的时候学校答应只要他考试得第一名的时候就会给他奖学金。他的父亲也信守诺言，再也不打猎了。

就连一个一年级的小学生都懂的道理，难道那么多的猎人就想不清吗?你们有没有想过，假如你是一只动物，人类无缘无故的就把你杀了，你会愿意吗?肯定是千万个不愿意。俗话说得好“己所不欲，勿施于人。”你自己都不愿意，那动物们会愿意吗?就因为捕猎，现在都有多少种动物灭绝了，你们知道吗?已经800种了，这个数字看起来是不大，但是把每种动物的数量加起来，你们知道是多少吗?你们算过吗?破坏生物链，对人类一点好处都没有。

让我们行动起来，一起保护动物，从我做起。

In my mind，nothing can delight me so much as caring for animals. Wherever I go and whatever I do, I usually keep in mind that animals are angels from the heaven, which bring us endless comfort and pleasure. I have been a panda lover since my childhood. Panda is so lovely that brings fun to people and they are regarded as the treasure of our country. Unfortunately，such a rare species is now faced with the danger of being extinct。What I am eager to do is to raise people’s awareness of animal protection and appeal to more people to care for our earth companies.
