The shortage of housing is one of the most serious problems facing many big

cities in China. Though the government has spent a large sum of money on

housing,the investment has not been very resultful and a housing shortage still

exists. Two generations sharing one room and newlymarried couples finding it

Peoples attitudes towards the solution to the housing problem are

Above all,people are unwilling to live underground with artificial lighting and

solutions to the housing problem.

盼望已久的“五·一”劳动节三天假期又到了，爸爸带我到公园去玩。

路过一家工地，看到好多工人伯伯在工地上忙来忙去，一刻也不停歇，我不解地问爸爸：“今天不是劳动节吗?很多人都放假，他们干嘛不休息?”爸爸说：“因为工人伯伯要赶时间，争取早日完工，所以就放弃了假日，工人伯伯辛苦吧，也很伟大!不光是工人伯伯，还有警察叔叔、医院里的叔叔阿姨们，他们在节目里也放弃了休息，还坚守在工作岗位上呢。”

五一劳动节终于到来了，我吃完早餐后，看到妈妈就忙活开了。扫地、拖地。。。累得妈妈大汗淋漓。我看得真不是滋味，情不自禁得走上前去，“妈妈，要不要我帮您干点活儿呀?”妈妈喜笑颜开地说：“好呀!今天正好是劳动节。”首先，我开始擦家具和玻璃了。我仔仔细细、认认真真地把家里从头到尾、从上到下地用抹布擦了一遍，抹布上粘满了灰尘。这下可把我累坏了，我满头大汗，上气不接下气。但我一想：“大扫除本来就很卖力，但如果我一下都坚持不住，那不是刚才做的也白费了吗?”做事要有始有终。于是我又开始扫地了。我连角落里也不放过，总算扫完了。

仔细一想，还有房间忘记扫了，我进去，熟练地拿着扫把，慢慢地扫起来。就在我正握着扫把柄掏床底时，竟然发现了两只死蟑螂!可见我家有多脏。最后，我装了一桶水，洗了一下拖把，扭干水，开始拖地。我握着沉重的拖把，慢慢地从这边拖到那边，再从那边拖到这边。水干了，我又把拖把冲洗一遍。等我干完了全部的活，再看了看家里，和大扫除之前简直就是天壤之别啊!妈妈看到后还夸我是个好孩子。

今年的五一节，我过的非高兴，过节这几天我做了许多有意义的事玩的也非常开心。这几天妈妈带我去了许多地方，有五四广场、海底世界……其中我最喜欢去的地方是青岛市图书馆。

五月四日上午十点多钟，妈妈带我乘座33路公交车来到了位于山东路和延吉路交界的青岛市图书馆，刚一下车，我便被眼前的一座平顶的巨大建筑物惊呆了，啊!这就是青岛市图书馆，它比我想象的要大多了，我想这么大一个图书馆，里面肯定象我家附近的书城一样有许多人，有很多书。我怀着好奇的心情跟随着妈妈走进了图书馆，一进大门便看到门口有一个很大的图书馆布局指示图，他将整个馆内图书的存放位置介绍的清清楚楚，旁边是自动存包处。

我们将包存好后边根据指示来到了图书借阅大厅，进了大厅我发现这里并不象我想象的那样，里面虽然人很多但非常宁静，大家各自静悄悄的专心阅读着自己借阅的图书。我学着妈妈的样子将我需要的书名告诉了图书馆的阿姨，阿姨很快就通过电脑查找到了我所要图书，随后我抱着借来的图书跟着妈妈来到了阅览室，找到位置坐下学着大人的样子，静静的阅读起了图书。

时间过的很快，不知不觉就过去了2个小时，在这段时间里我看了我借来7、8本图书。这时妈妈悄悄的对我说要带我回家吃饭了，我只好依依不舍的随着妈妈离开了图书馆。在回家的路上，我恳求妈妈答应我以后要常常带我来图书馆看书。今天我的收获很大，从书本上我学到了很多知识，今天是我最开心最难忘的一天。
