Sichuan is located in the Upper Yangtze Valley in the southwestern part of the country. 清明节前的几天，大人们就开始忙了起来，准备打清明麻糍，这是新昌特有的食品，是将糯米蒸熟后放在石臼里，用大榔头打烂，里面包着豆沙馅，做成长长的一条。味道软软的，甜甜的，可好吃了！这可是我们新昌人祭奠祖先的必备品呢。除了这个，通常还会准备一些必备物品：有纸钱、香蜡烛等。

到了清明节那天，大人们很早就忙开了，还上街买祭奠的饭菜，这几样是我们新昌少不了的：有酒、肉、鱼、绿豆芽、豆腐、豆腐干……然后把它烧好放进碗里。
