他总是戴一副黑色的眼镜。他看上去很和蔼可亲，对学习却是很严格的。他总是把我们放在第一位。

他的课是非常有趣的，也经常讲各种不同励志故事。他对我们学习很严格。但无论谁有困难，他都会毫不犹豫地帮助我们。有时他是一个严格的老师，有时候他是一个慈祥的父亲。

Every year on October 4th is the World Animal Day. It is proposed by the

Italian monk St Francis in 12th century. He lives in the forests of Assisi

Island for the long time, building a good relationship with the animals. So he

asks people to express thanks to the animals on October 4th. He sets a good

example for our human beings about how to deal with the relationship with

animals. In order to memorize him and what he does, we make October, 4th to be

World Animal Day. Nowadays, people from all over the world will hold various

activities to celebrate on that day. The aim of this festival is to remind

people to care for all animals and build a harmonious relationship with

them.

“哦!太好了!”你猜我们这是在干什么吗?哈哈!我们国庆节的时候要去爬江南长城。

一路上，五星红旗随风飘扬。不一会，我们就来到长城脚下。只见座高而坚固的排放矗立在长城脚下，上面刻着“雄镇东南”四个苍劲有力的大字。不远处，长而险峻的好汉坡直通顾景楼。我一步一步地走了三十几级台阶，就累得气喘吁吁。正当我们准备放弃时，突然看见一些比我小得多的小孩都上去了，于是我便以小跑的速度冲了上去，不一会就到达了好汉坡顶。此时，我累得坐在地上，我只知道，我虚脱了。望着脚下不停蠕动的人群和被窝踩在脚下的好汉坡，一种幸福感顿时油然而生。

过了好汉坡，不远处就是更加难爬的百步峻。望着高高的百步峻，我的心里不禁涌起了一阵敬佩之情。朝着坡顶的白云阁，我们又出发了。这次，我只能扶着护栏，一步又一步艰辛地向上爬。不久，我就登上了白云阁。站在阁上，我心中又出现了一股自豪感。

过了白云阁，剩下的就是一些下坡了。走过一段路，就可以看见方方的双层敌台。走进去，一股清凉的风拂面而来。我不禁感叹：“真是一处避暑胜地啊!”别看敌台只有巴掌大的地方，里面却可以容纳四十多人呢!敌台的上方就是一个瞭望台，可供士兵在上方射击和观察敌情。

这次游长城，使我更加敬佩我们中华名族团结的品格了!

There is no doubt that learning English is vital for us. On the onehand, English has become an international language that people can communicatewith each other in many countries. On the other hand, if we learn English well,we could get more chance of success.

以往的国庆节假期，我总是跟随父母出去游山玩水，浏览祖国的大好河山，欣赏祖国的秀丽风景。而这个假期，我却有另外的打算，我准备利用这十天来学习游泳。

游泳课正式开始了，第一步就是练习憋气。这也是游泳里面最关键的一步。先深吸一口气，然后把头埋进水里，鼻孔出气，形成许多水泡，水泡越多越好。可刚开始，连头都不敢低下去，由于我的胆小，反而喝了好几口水。陈老师让我胆子大点，不要害怕。又告诉我如果再不下去，就要按头了。我心里想：“按头肯定很恐怖，还是自己下去吧!”一狠心，憋了一口气下去了。成功了!虽然只有短短的几秒钟。慢慢地，我做的越来越好，到了第四天，我已经可以独自游泳了。在这四天了，我从不敢憋气到学会了蛙泳和潜泳。虽然现在只能游短短的几米。但我相信，接下来的日子里，只要通过努力，我一定会越来越棒，也会游的越来越远。

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. 一、优化词汇输入教学，丰富词汇知识积累

词汇是一篇文章最基本的组 成要素。头脑中如果没有一定数量的、且处于鲜活状态的词汇，就无法写出好文章。要写出好的文章，就必须善于从众多的词语中选择和运用最恰当的词语。因此， 加强词汇教学、扩大和丰富学生的词汇量是提高学生写作能力的基础工作。克拉申的“语言输入假说模式”认为：正确和恰当的语言输入将会使语言学习的效果更 佳。

最佳语言输入的两个必要条件：

1)密切相关的

2)大量的。因此，将密切相关的常用词汇、习惯搭配适当集中教学，反复归纳、不断循环和强化是较好的词 汇输入方法，同时也保证了常用词汇在头脑中的鲜活状态，为写作输出提供可靠保障。

二、加强基础写作训练，活化基础知识积累

在学生写作过程中，我们 常常会发现许多学生的词汇量与运用能力不成正比的现象，写作中经常出现词汇贫乏和用词不当等问题。这种问题的出现实际上是学生获得的知识没有有效的活化。 配合词汇和句型教学，教师可以经常以所教学词汇为关键词拟定一些与时事或生活相关的话题，让学生用词、句做翻译练习，一段时间(4-5天)之后，再让学生 用这些词、句进行写作，多写多练以达到活化知识的目的。

三、广泛阅读，拓展知识积累

“熟读唐诗三百首，不会作 诗也会吟”。在大量的阅读过程中，可使学生开拓视野，拓展知识，增加语感，为写作提供必要的语言材料。写作和阅读是互相促进、相辅相成的。有些词汇和句 型，学生只是似曾相识，通过广泛的阅读能促使学生把这些东西运用得更熟练，表达得更准确。反过来，这也会有效地提高学生的阅读理解能力。
