适当的游戏能娱乐身心。娱乐，就是给人带来轻松、快乐，在游戏中获得胜利，同时就得到了成就感。大家不能藐视“成就感”这一在内心形成的产物，它有着强大的力量，能控制整个人。大脑也成了它的奴隶，它想你成功的话，就会让你变得很努力;若它想你失败，你就得乖乖地服从它，最终的结果是一败涂地。
