Video games are harmful to both the inzidual and society in many ways. First， they endanger the young peoples health. Sitting in front of the computer for hours on end is bad for the players eyesight as well as his entire physique. Secondly， they distract the young people attention from their work and study. Absorbed in the games， the player often forgets to go to work or class.
