这段时间我一直在想，游戏的沉迷是什么？怡情又是什么？妈妈和我说了很多，我一知半解，似懂非懂，我的理解游戏沉迷和怡情分很多种，如果只是偶尔玩一下，那么是怡情，而时时刻刻都想着，那就是沉迷了。
