早上醒来，到了做运动的时间啦，这个暑假体重增加了不少，肚子上还多了一个游泳圈，应该减减了。所以爸妈要求我每天早上锻炼身体。为了提高我的积极性，爸妈也陪我一起去。“哎呦喂——”我极不情愿地伸了伸懒腰。

我们跑步到了南城文化广场。

先做仰卧起坐。做好一切准备，双手抱头，深吸一口气。“哎呀哎呀，加把劲呀，嘿呀...”我自己给自己鼓劲，刚开始体力还行，轻轻松松搞定十个，还有二十个，我用舌头润滑了一下嘴唇。一鼓作气，“呀——”我使出我全身的力气“十一、十二…二~~九、三~~十。”最后我连数数的力气都没了。还好完成了今天的任务。哎，做俯卧撑去。

我和爸爸都爬到旁边的草地上，我们两个把双手撑在草地上。刚才的仰卧起坐搞得我全身力气都没了。费了九牛二虎之力，终于做完了二十个，累得我气喘吁吁。

半个小时之后，我已经累得满头大汗，又上气不接下气的跑了回家。

看来我的力气还是不够呀。以后得多多锻炼喽。

“下雪了，下雪了!”我们终于盼来了今年的第一场雪。

前些天还暖和得如同阳春三月，昨天清晨，天气骤然大变，天空中堆满了铅墨色的乌云，就像一张张布满悲愤的脸，让人看了很不舒服。不一会儿，寒风呼啸，让人冷得发颤。傍晚，风停了，就下起了雪。

开始下雪还伴随着雨点儿。我想，可能是小雪花干了坏事，被她爸爸打骂了一顿，正在伤心的掉眼泪呢!北风伯伯为了安慰她，就采用了它独特的方式——冷冻，把小泪点也变成了美丽剔透的小雪花，它们就在北风伯伯的指挥下，欢快地飞舞起来了。天黑了，雪还在不断地下着，仔细一听，只听见“沙沙沙”的声音传进了耳朵里，可能是这淘气的小雪花正在说悄悄话呢!偶尔能听见“咯吱”一声响，一瞧，原来是树木的枯枝被积雪压断了。

大雪下了整整一夜。清早，天终于放晴了，太阳公公早早的爬上了山头。推开门一看，嗬!山川、树木、房子、全都改头换面了，都穿上了冬姑娘亲手做的白棉袄。落光了叶子的柳树上，挂满了毛茸茸、亮晶晶的银条儿，就连松树和柏树上，也堆满了蓬松松、沉甸甸的雪球儿。地上的雪有一尺来厚，脚踩上去就会发出“咯吱咯吱”的声音，仿佛在演奏着一曲欢快的乐曲。一阵微风吹过，从地上卷起一层雪，像一层层银色的细砂，起先还零零碎碎，后来聚在一块，像一朵朵白莲花，无声地落在人们的衣服上、帽子上，粘在了睫毛上、头发上。人们抖一抖身子，只见身上落下一片片洁白晶莹的“羽毛”，像花瓣那样从空中飞落下来······

一群孩子在雪地里尽情地飞跑着，玩乐着，欢笑着，嬉戏着。有的在掷雪球，玩起了打雪仗，你追我赶，互不相让;有的在堆雪人，不一会儿工夫，雪地里便出现了几个大胖娃娃。我看着看着，也忘了走路，和他们一同走进这银装素裹的冰雪天地里闹了起来。

雪，你带给了人们阵阵笑声。你代表了冬季的来临，是冬天的象征。你是宇宙万物间的骄子，是大自然最美丽的使者!

那年的那个冬日，依旧也是个雨日，我到小区里去玩，时不时的呵出一口气，看着那白色的气体往上飘荡，我的脸上充满了童真的乐趣。“嘿，快过来啊！”我往声音的发源地一看，原来是小伙伴们叫我过去玩呢，我想也不想，立马飞奔过去，只不过。“砰！！”一声巨响，我被巨大的缓冲给吃痛的坐在了地板上，脚一下子甩在地上的疼痛立刻蔓延全身，我的眼眶渐渐红了起来，眼泪在眼眶里打转，但我始终没让它掉出来。我用手支撑着地板，使劲的向上爬起来，然后一瘸一瘸的向和我相撞那个人走去。我走进一看，和我相撞的人竟然是个老奶奶，她趴倒在了三轮货车的旁边，我一怔，心里有些忙乱：“怎么办，撞到了他，她会不会跟我父母说？会不会骂我一顿？会不会要求我父母给她医药费？”但我还是有些吃重的把她扶了起来，等到她站稳后，我站在她面前，跟他说了一声：“对不起，老奶奶！”那老奶奶看了看我，脸上变得慈祥：“哎呀！我年纪大咯，没注意到你，你也没事吧！”我摇了摇头，说道：“老奶奶，是我先不小心撞到你 的，你应该不会告诉我爸爸妈妈吧！”“怎么会怎么会！现在有你这种懂事，帮助老人家的孩子已经不少见了，下次记得注意一点，谢谢你啦，小朋友！”老奶奶一脸笑容得对我说道，然后要扶起三轮车，走下小区。我连忙赶了上去，帮忙她一起，送她离开小区。

此后，我仍然记忆犹新，那个一脸慈祥的老奶奶，是她教了我要尊敬老人，帮助老人这个道理，让我在我们小区里帮助许多的老人，获得了老人们的夸赞和夸奖。

最美的还是要数梅花。“雪似梅花，梅花似雪，似和不似都奇艳。”写的梅与雪交相辉映时的情景，远看似一位仙风道骨的老人面对微笑，近来也似仙女穿着七彩霓裳欲要离去。在这梅雪交映的美景，我仿佛就是一棵树，头发长成树冠，胳膊变成树枝，脚下长出跟须，深深扎进冰冷的泥土，冒着风雪，傲然挺立。“风递幽香出，禽窥素艳来”，皑皑白雪中红梅挺立，是不是别有一般境界呢？

冰棱也是美的。那些挂在屋檐下的冰棱是最美的，在阳光的照耀下五彩缤纷，光彩夺目。长长的冰棱就像一把把长剑，一块块水晶，这就是冰的无限魅力。

墙角数枝梅，凌寒独自开。遥知不是雪，为有暗香来。这就是美丽的冬天！
