要学会这门运动说难也不难，说简单倒也不简单，最主要的是要掌握平衡，为了掌握平衡我是吃尽了苦头，开始学急于求成没掌握要领，把自己的腿也摔着了，手也檫破了，还是不能很好的掌握平衡，我真想放弃！这时妈妈经常讲的一句话在我耳边想起了：别人能做到的，你也能做到！就是这句话一直鼓励着我，我开始脚踏实地，一步步循序渐进学习，首先我坐在自行车上，双脚在地上像在走路一样往前走。我试着用一个脚在脚踏板上面骑，另一个在地上走。就是这样练得一两个星期才行。到最后，也就是最关键的一环，那就是将另一只脚也放到踏板上，两脚配合起来，使自行车往前运动。这时别以为已经大功告成了，我又发生尾朝天的状况了，但我并不沮丧，因为“失败是成功之母”只要我再接再历，坚持不懈，相信我就会成功。水道渠成，我现在不但会骑了，而且骑得贼溜啊！

寒假里，我每天都会去骑两三个小时，这不仅能让我瘦瘦的身躯进行了锻炼，同时我也找了好几个朋友呢！瞧！我又跟我的伙伴们去做运动啦！

我骑着了自行车，便和小伙伴们守侯在学校门口，等待着目标的出现。我们的目标并不是别的，而且是那辆车进入学校的篮球场，没过多久，我把它们锁定为我追逐的目标，我要超越我的伙伴，能成为一个赛车手，虽然在现实中，我是超不了他们的，但是在进入学校后，因为这些小车往往放慢了车速，所以，这些车是我手下的败将。过了一会儿，我就超越了他们，我的心情是多么舒畅和激动啊！

我曾经听过一句名言：运动的作用可以代替药物，但所有的药物都不能代替运动！这是法国的一名医学家——蒂素！说的一句话。我常常坐在小板凳上反反复复的思考着这句话的含义。有一次，妈妈走过来看见我愁眉苦脸的样子，亲切的问：“你怎么了？不开心吗？”当我把我的疑问对妈妈说后，妈妈一下子回答了我的问题：“你这个小笨猪，我给你说说吧！你看，妈妈每天早上都去跑步，身体倍儿棒！既不吃药，又不生病！多好啊！”

妈妈的话我一直记在心里！似乎懂得了蒂素说的真正含义。于是，我跟妈妈一样，爱上了体育运动，一活动就听不下来，寄来人说我像一个运动员！我还专门为我的运动计划做了一个安排表：每天早上，跑两百米田径；做一分钟仰卧起坐；打三十分钟羽毛球。中午，单跳绳十分钟；跳远二分钟。下午，短跑十圈；竞走三十分钟；打一个小时篮球。仅看着安排表，就要把人累垮！但是，我感觉很轻松，很快乐！其中，我最喜欢的就是竞走，我感觉竞走与马拉松一样，都不耗费力气，而且腿脚总是噼里啪啦的跟地面接触，而且我还越走越快，比什么都轻松！

妈妈说我是“矮冬瓜”我特别不高兴，于是，我特地在网上查找了一些如何增高的运动，呀！原来打篮球可以增高，要不，我怎么下午会打一个小时的篮球了？另外，告诉你一个惊天地、泣鬼神的大秘密！我还赚没在网上查了一个增高体操，天天在练习！功夫不负有心人，经过我这么多天的努力训练，我的身高终于有了明显的转变。我在别的同学面前，都是雄赳赳、气昂昂得，显得十分神奇！

现在我就和你们说说关于游泳的知识。游泳分为四类，分别是：蛙泳、仰泳、自由泳和蝶泳。其中我认为蛙泳最为轻松，只不过蛙泳游得最慢；而自由泳最为吃力，只不过游得最快；仰泳也挺吃力的，速度也挺快的；关于蝶泳我就不知道了，因为我根本就没有试过蝶泳。

游泳前一定要买好道具，比如：游泳镜、耳朵塞、鼻塞、泳衣、泳裤、泳帽等。

下水前一定要把道具带好，不然会呛水的。下水后也要聚精会神的游泳，才能保证不会呛水。下水后还要注意不要撞到人，撞到人也会有危险。

蛙泳时要像青蛙一样，我是说腿要和青蛙一样，动来动去才可以。自由泳时双手一定要一直往前打，腿一定要上下动才能保证不会沉下去……

Competition and Cooperation

It is generally received that the importance of competition and cooperation cannot be overemphasized too much. Competition is common in every field of life while it stimulates peoples interest in work and helps society to go forward. As competition goes hand in hand with cooperation, cooperation not only lets us get help and understanding, but also makes the world being progress at peace and in harmony. I am convinced that both competition and cooperation are significant and we are supposed to combine them well. There are three justifications to support my argument.

First of all, competition plays an important role in our life. Darwin came up with the natural selection and competition is universal. "Whether the competition for jobs or for promotion, the competition encourages us to go forward and try our best to build a more advanced society. Furthermore, cooperation is an inseparable part of the livelihood. No one can exist alone in the society. Only by the way that we have teamwork with other can we achieve the greater success. Last but not least, we should combine competition and cooperation. There is no doubt that neither competition or cooperation can separate each other. Some examples can make this point clearer. Take the basketball match for example for example. The members of the team cooperate with their teammates to shoot at the basket while them compete with the other team. After considering the matches, we can take the history of mankind into consideration; the history of mankind is a history of coexistence of competition and cooperation.

From what has been mentioned above, we can draw the conclusion that both competition and cooperation are of great importance, and it is wise for us to combine them. As college students, we ought to arouse our awareness of competition and cooperation.

“要活就要动”、“多动一分钟，多活二分钟”……，这几句话大家早已耳熟能详了。但对我来说，它们可不只是标语和口号而已，我喜欢运动，而且常常运动，跑步、跳绳、游泳……等等都是我的拿手项目，而其中我最喜欢的运动是——玩拖曳伞！

去年，我们全家到泰国旅游，在第三天的行程中安排了许多水上活动：充满惊奇，让人大开眼界的浮潜；惊险刺激，乘风破浪的香蕉船；以及海上飙速，风驰电掣的水上摩托车，我都一一尝试过了。但是，当导游叔叔向我们介绍拖曳伞时，我更是按捺不住自己的好奇心，早就摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试了呢！然而，没想到有胆子尝试这项运动的团员竟然寥寥无几，而且我还是唯一自告奋勇的孩童，所以大家都得叫我一声：“黄大胆”哩！

在工作人员的协助下，我穿上救生衣，绑好拖曳伞，然后按照指示开始助跑，在众人的惊呼声中，我眼角的余光竟然瞄到奶奶双手合十，彷佛正在祈求妈祖娘娘照应这个“向天借胆”的憨孙呢！在快艇强力的牵引下，当我跑到甲板尽头前，只觉得双脚瞬间踩空，身体便逐渐上腾，而那种感觉更像是漂浮——凌空漂浮！

和坐飞机一样，映入眼帘的是：地上的景物像袖珍博物馆里具体而微的模型；但不同的是：水清沙白、椰林树影的热带美景，都已跳脱窗框，自由的在我的脚下伸展摇曳；还有清凉的海风拂过我的脸颊，在我的耳边轻声低唱，使我全身的细胞都有一种说不出来的舒畅！我真是爱死了这项运动！

玩过拖曳伞后，我更能体会到莱特兄弟对飞行的热爱，那种像小鸟一样，飞入云端的滋味，如果不曾亲身体验，那真是太可惜了！爸爸答应今年暑假还要带我去玩拖曳伞，随着身体的起飞，把烦恼和压力也一起抛到九霄云外。啊！我真期待暑假赶快到来，让我可以再次凌空飞翔！
