我们的身体最重要的就是健康，而健康就与体育运动密切相关，多做运动，能强身健体，有益身心。所以，我喜欢体育运动。我喜欢的体育运动是跑步，它是体育运动最简单而有最有成效的一项运动。我喜欢慢跑，因为我不想错过，沿途中有很多美丽的风景，有能发触人的好奇心的人和事。如果慢跑，我就能把它们当多一段美好的回忆，而不会擦肩而过。每天早晨，太阳初升的时候，当落叶飘飘悠悠地从树上掉下来，当阳光透过叶缝的那一刻，我爱慢跑，一边感受大自然的恩赐，一边享受运动的无限快乐。套样辛苦了一天，正准备下山时，当树叶不再飘忽，不再飘忽，而落叶满地的时候，我爱慢跑。一边看着太阳公公留下那橘红的弧线，一边眺着远初那碧绿的田园风光。在体育课上，我爱慢跑。因为我想跑在后头，看着看着同学门的背影，我想把他们留在我的眼里，留在我的心里，也留在我的回忆里。大家从五湖四海集在一个班里，也算是缘分，我不想错过这么美好的记忆。

今年是奥运年，是体育运动的象征，我爱满跑，我喜欢体育运动，因为他是我们健康的象征和灵魂的真缔。希望每个人都有一项自己喜爱的体育运动。

4我最喜爱得体育运动

说起体育运动，我最喜欢游泳了。游泳是分种类的：他分为蝶泳、仰泳、蛙泳、自由泳等等。游泳也是奥运会的一个比赛项目。

游泳运动是一项人体在水中这个特定环境下进行的一项体育运动。游泳运动员们靠两臂和腿部动作产生推进力，使人体向前游动。现代游泳比赛在一八九六第一届雅典奥运会上就已被列为正式比赛项目。根据游泳的姿势，就可分为蝶泳、仰泳、蛙泳和自游泳。再正式的比赛中，还有混合泳及混合游接力赛。常常游泳还可以增加人体的肺活量。自由泳还可以成为爬泳。我最喜欢爬泳了。游泳还可以让新陈代谢加快，还可以促进血液的循环。游泳也可以强身健体。

奥运正向我们走来，我们也正在走向奥运。每一个中国人都是九十九届奥运会的主人。第二十二届奥运会的口号是：

同一个世界，一个梦想。我们希望有一个和谐的世界。我们首先要建设好和谐的中国，和谐的家乡，和谐的校园，和谐的家庭。

5我喜欢的一项体育运动

我最喜欢的体育运动是踢毽子儿。我喜欢踢毽子，是在半年前我和我表姐的一次踢毽子比赛。

那天，表姐到我家玩。我们一起写完作业以后，觉得有点儿累，于是表姐提议说：“我们来玩踢毽子吧。”“可是，我不会踢怎么办？”表姐说：“我先来做示范，然后你再踢。”说着，她踢了起来。1、2、3……她踢得可真多呀，一下子踢了10多个，该我踢了，我觉得腿有点儿不听使唤，胳膊也跟着较劲儿，只踢了2个，毽子就被我踢飞了。接下来我们又踢了半天，可我还是没有抓到要领，踢得还是很少。到了5点多钟，表姐被她爸爸接走了。我暗暗下定决心：瑕疵比赛的时候一定要超过她。于是我每天一有时间，就开始练习踢毽儿。

真是功夫不负有心人。这天，表姐又来我家了。我们同样先写作业，写完作业后，我主动说：“我们一起踢毽子吧。”我没和表姐说我在家每天坚持练习踢毽子，这次还是表姐先踢，她踢了18个。哈哈，我悄悄地笑了起来。该我了，我的心“砰砰”直跳，我真怕自己踢不好，21比18，我赢了。表姐看后很吃惊，问我怎么能踢这么多了？我告诉她我每天晚上坚持练习地结果。

现在时间长了，我的进步更左右脚交替地踢法。

踢毽子不仅使我能锻炼身体，还给我带来了快乐，我喜欢踢毽子！

6我最喜欢的一项体育运动

爸爸是个超级篮球迷，从我记事起，每个六、日的早晨，我和妈妈都是被电视里球赛的解说声吵醒的，在这样的环境下长大的我，怎能不迷上篮球呢？每当我听到姚明、麦迪、乔丹等巨星的名字，在电视上看到他们潇洒的身影，我就心潮澎湃。

上个礼拜天，在我的再三恳求下，爸爸终于答应教我打蓝球。早晨的天空阴沉沉的，不时有几朵乌云飘过，我跟爸爸趋车来到了云大的篮球场。爸爸指了指蓝筐，“投几个，熟悉一下球性”这有何难？小菜一碟！我模仿明星们的摸样，起跑，跳跃。投蓝——没中。再来——又没中。我偷偷地环顾四周，生怕别人看见我的糗样，还好，没人注意。我定了一下神，使出吃奶的力气，“嗖”这次干脆连蓝筐也没碰着。我的自信心受到了极大的挫败。爸爸走上前拍了拍我的肩膀，“学篮球，得从基本功练起。”

于是，爸爸教了我拍球，带球两个基本动作。雪越下越大时而刮来几阵狂风，把地上一层雪推向天空，展示她们优美的舞姿。麦迪，姚明等巨星在球场上飞驰的模样在我脑中挥之不去“他们也是这样苦吗？”我一边练，一边问自己“该回家了。”爸爸的呼唤传来后，我立刻抱起球，向爸爸跑去。迎着大雪，我俩回家去了。

雪更大了，雪花不时飞在我冰冷的身上，但我的心却是热的。我终于明白，那些巨星并不是我想的那样不识人间烟火，而是在背后用汗水与失败迎接着辉煌的黎明。我深深懂得要想人前显贵，就得背后受罪，只有吃得苦中苦，才能成为人上人！
