这学期我搬到新房子,在一所新学校学习。但我总是想念我的朋友。我的老房子是比这舒适的新房子。我想回到我的老房子。

Everything was strange for me,so I couldnt study better. I felt nervous in

the first test. And I got bad scores,I felt very sad. The teacher shouted at me.

And then,I felt under too much pressure and very tired. My parents were also sad

with me. When my classmates knew this thing,she helped me,and gave me some

advice. Later,I thought I can be better next time.

我有一个业余爱好——有氧健身操，那还要从2015年初说起。妈妈一直想给我在少年宫报一项运动类课程，来改变我那肥胖、懒惰的体形。妈妈在招生简章上看了许多运动课程，觉得都不适合我。我心想：“这么多课程，想找适合我的，真是大海捞针呀”。突然，妈妈眼睛一亮，发现了有氧健身操的宣传画，看看内容挺适合我这年龄段学习的。有氧健身操其特点是：能锻炼心、肺功能，而且较其他运动更有趣性，动作优美，节奏欢快，有较强的愉悦身心和增强身体健康的实效性。我们一致同意，报了名。

上课的那一天，我走进那间宽敞明亮的大教室，觉得空气特别清新，在教室的中间有一位时尚、漂亮的女老师在练习舞蹈，她染了一头红发，用粉色丝带随意绑了个马尾，肤色很好，五官称得上精致，瘦而高的身体，跳起舞来显得整个人活力四射。等到同学们都到齐了，随着洪亮的嗓音：“集合，站队”。我们上课了，老师给我们做了一下自我介绍：“我姓梁，以后你们就叫我梁教练吧”。

开始学的第一个动作就是简单的踏步，别看这只是一个简单的动作，里面的知识可多了，首先要抬头、挺胸、收腹、提臀，要先迈右脚，全身要使劲，十分钟下来我的腿就酸了，身上也出汗了。老师看我们学的还好，就打开了音乐，让我们跟着音乐做踏步。这下我就惨了，因为我从小就对音乐不感兴趣，没有音乐细胞，跟不上节拍。我只好耍点小聪明，偷偷的看着别的同学做，老师好像看出我这点小聪明，就说：“看来你们都会了，那么你们就一个一个跳给我看”。我因为心里胆怯，所以最后一个跳，不出老师所料，我一个节拍也跟不上，最后同学们都回去了，老师把我留下来，狠狠的批评了我一顿。当时我的两只脚想铁块一样，异常沉重，加之从来没被批评过，鼻子一酸，泪水涌出了眼眶。自从那次流泪以后，我就暗下决心，一定要练好这项运用，我每次上课时都会认真的学习老师教的每一个动作，用心的听着音乐的节拍，下课后还要多练会，老师看见我这么认真，每次都会留下来给我指导动作，并下载了一些音乐让我熟悉节奏感。一个学期结束了，真是功夫不负有心人，我终于跳出了每一个标准动作。教练经常对妈妈讲，我是班里进步最大的一个。不知不觉的我已经离不开健身操了，每到周六的时候，想到该上健身操去了就特别的兴奋。不管是刮风，下雪，我一节课都没落下过。在少年宫的有氧健身操里，我还算小有名气，多次博得老师和同学们的夸奖。

2015年少年宫的汇报演出时，我们终于登上了舞台，穿着动感的演出服，随着舞台美轮美奂的灯光，欢快的节奏，我们跳出了教练精心为我们编排的一套有氧健身操-《跳起来吧》，短短的几分钟，我们得到了观众们一阵阵热烈的掌声，站在台下的梁教练激动的留下了眼泪。这是我最难忘的时刻。我爱我的有氧健身操，它已是我生活中的重要部分，我将来也想做一名健身操教练，让更多的人喜欢有氧健身操。

Among all the four seasons,I like autumn best.

Compared with summer,its very cool in autumn.People can go travel or just have a walk in the day.Leaves begins to turn yellow,if you walk on a road with trees on its both sides,you will see all kinds of yellow leaves on the road,and some leaves are falling and dancing with wind.What a beautiful view.

Autumn is a harvest season.Wheats ,vegetables and fruits all get ripe.Farmers are busy with harvesting.And we children also help our parents at time. Though its very tired,we are very happy.

My favorite cartoon film is "Kung Fu Panda".Because its very funny and interesting.The story was great and the background was beautiful, it really felt like an ancient Chinese city.So many people like it.In this cartoon movie the character who I most like is the panda Arab League valuable.Because it not only unusual lovable and annoys the human to like, moreover is this cartoon movies lead .But I did not deny that other roles also very much annoy the affection, for example tigress (Angelina Jolie), viper (Lucy Liu), praying mantis (Seth Rogen), hoist crane (David cross) and monkey (Jackie Chan).I from this cartoon movie middle school: Each people have the merit and the shortcoming, perhaps you only know your shortcoming, so long as but you look diligently, also will discover that oneself will have the merit.

My Favourite Season There are four seasons in one year, they are spring, summer, autumn and winter. In my opnion ,spring is the best season.First of all, it is very warm. The winter goes away, so the tempreture is higher ,and rather comfortable for human beings. Secondly, spring is very beautiful.
