5.注重课堂“时效性 ”，在优化课堂组织教学、合理设计教学活动，加大训练强度和密度的基础上，注重因材施教、分层教学。既要使大多数学生掌握好基础的知识与技能，同时注重知识的扩展和规律性知识的总结与归纳，让好学生也能获得充分的发展。

6.加强听力训练，营造语言环境。课堂上一定要加强对学生的听力训练，坚持用英语组织教学，尽可能利用多种教学资源让学生接触地道的语音、语调，多听英、美人士的录音材料。
