小刺猬很可爱，它的全身，除了腹部，其他部分全都长满了刺，像一个小刺球。真是人见人爱。

刺猬的刺可是它的武器，每当遇到天敌时，它就会缩成一个可怕的刺球，就连凶猛的野猪也拿它没办法。

刺猬的爪子有老鹰的爪子那样锐利，所以，这还是刺猬捕捉其他小动物的好帮手之一呢!

在瓜地里，它还是远近闻名的“偷瓜贼”，它“偷”瓜的方法可和人类摘瓜的方法不一样哦——每当夜幕降临，小刺猬就会偷偷窜到瓜地里，将瓜皮刺进背上的“钢刺”里，然后，一翻身，就背着瓜溜走了。

刺猬还有一种神奇的本领，就是不仅会游泳，还会在水里抓蛇!刺猬会游泳是因为它生活在灌木丛内，怕热，所以会游泳。它会抓蛇是因为它不仅仅喜欢吃蛇，而且，蛇是软骨组织，是怕刺猬的。

我很想知道刺猬为什么身上有那么多的硬刺?难道是它们为了保护自己，而演化出来的吗?应该是这样的吧?每当看到小刺猬时，我都这么想。

这就是我心目中的小动物——刺猬。不用说我是多么喜欢它了。

我至今才知道什么叫做史上最easy的考试了，因为这张试卷在维恩学校这只不过是一张幼儿园才做的试卷，连双美班都会做那叫一个什么简单发呢？这只不过是一个1+1=2的试卷罢了不过科学也是一样，虽说简单，可杀机却暗藏其中。几个填空，几个选择都坏让我痛心疾首地失去宝贵的分数。这次科学多少？93啊！93！！！！为什么会这个样子？是粗心吗？我觉得有可能是的

考试随风而过，等待我们到来的，是一个个鲜红的分数。考卷，连一克也不到；价格，买一只笔还不够。可是成绩代表着什么？压力？负担？奖励？惩罚？都可能有。这么多的压力都集中在一张纸上，能不成了学生背上的一座珠穆朗玛峰？况且，有八座！体育、科学、英语、电脑、音乐、思想品德，只不过是家后面的一座长冈山罢了。可语文，加上数学，不就是珠峰吗？这后面，我们付出了多少心血？一连串的模拟考，一叠叠的作业本，一堂堂令人想睡觉的课换来的是什么

On Cultivating the Sense of Gratitude

On college campuses across the nation, there is a noticeable phenomenon that we cannot afford to ignore: far too many young college students lack the sense of gratitude, one of the countless traditional virtues of this ancient land with a splendid civilization spanning over 5,000 years. These young adults were not and are not aware of the huge importance of expressing gratitude to those who once helped them, from teachers to parents and so forth。

Personally, I deem that the root cause of students without a graceful heart is that they receive an education not valuing the moral sphere. I strongly believe that joint efforts from folks across society are the final remedy for this social headache. As young university students of the new era, we should make our own contributions to this cause. Imagine a world without the sense of gratitude. This kind of world is doomed to failure. Simply put, we should join our hands to heighten our awareness of fostering a graceful heart. Only in this way can we build our society into a harmonious one. 本次英语考试以中考题型命题，加强对基础知识的考查，侧重考查学生综合运用语言的能力。命题材料贴近学生生活，难度适中。其中听力笔录要点和书面表达失分较多。我所教两个班级19班比20班在人平，及格率和优秀率方面稍高。

从本次考试所反映的现状来看，今后的教学中应注意：

1.加强单词听写和课文背诵的落实工作，多关注课文文本知识。

2.狠抓基础知识，加强写作训练。书面表达能客观地反映学生英语基础知识掌握情况，并且一直是学生的薄弱环节。

3.继续注重英语阅读教学。阅读理解在我们的各种测试中所占分值越来越大，而且选材也更趋广泛化。因此课堂教学中要侧重“篇章”，强调“含义”，将语篇教学贯穿于课文教学和阅读理解教学中，利用语篇教学扩大学生词汇量，增强语感，丰富文化知识，提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。

4.注重兴趣培养，慎防两极分化。从试卷分析中可以看出，每个学校都不同程度地出现了令人担忧的“两极分化”现象。初学阶段一定要注意激发培养学生的学习兴趣，关注学生的情感，营造宽松，民主、和谐的教学氛围，保护每个学生的自尊心和学习英语的积极性。只有这样，掉队的学生才会减少，也才可能大面积提高人平。

5.注重课堂“时效性 ”，在优化课堂组织教学、合理设计教学活动，加大训练强度和密度的基础上，注重因材施教、分层教学。既要使大多数学生掌握好基础的知识与技能，同时注重知识的扩展和规律性知识的总结与归纳，让好学生也能获得充分的发展。

6.加强听力训练，营造语言环境。课堂上一定要加强对学生的听力训练，坚持用英语组织教学，尽可能利用多种教学资源让学生接触地道的语音、语调，多听英、美人士的录音材料。
