四年级时，我被评选为升旗手，要给全校师生演讲。接到这个任务时，我既紧张又兴奋。回到家里，认真地编写演讲稿，写完后又反复朗读，把自己的情感融入到稿子当中，还给爸爸妈妈模拟演讲了好几次。“读得真好，讲得很有感情！”听到爸爸、妈妈的夸奖，我对这次演讲充满了信心。

早晨，我怀着紧张的心情来到了学校，虽然已经做好了充分的准备，但是心中仍十分忐忑。上完两节课后，升旗仪式即将开始，我连忙前往演播室，几分钟的路程，仿佛走了好久，每一步都十分沉重。走进演播室，坐在椅子上，我的心中仿佛揣着一只活蹦乱跳的小兔子。

升旗仪式正式开始了，唱国歌、校歌后，马上就要轮到我演讲了，虽然看着稿子，但是脑子里却一片空白。演播室里没有人，就当是平时在家讲得那样就行。我不断地安慰自己。《演说家》那个节目里的演讲者，在面对成千上万观众时，都毫无怯色，让我深深佩服。难道我真的演讲不好吗？不！别人能做到的我也一定行！深呼吸，我努力让自己的心情平复下来。主持人的一句，“请吴朋霖同学进行演讲。”我立刻投入到演讲中，“我的梦，中国梦……”情感不由自主地随之酝酿出来，声音也自然地铿锵有力。我终于顺利地完成了演讲，回到班里，受到了老师、同学们热烈的掌声……那时的我，充满了自信。

几年的小学时光，让我从一个腼腆的孩子，成长为一个充满信心的少年。以后，我要更加自信地去面对一切，踏踏实实努力，认认真真学习，一步一个脚印地走好自己的人生道路。

Confucius-commemorating rituals are equally crucial. We should make our utmost

efforts to preserve intangible heritages because, without their physical form of

existence, they are in greater risk of extinction.

According to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible

Cultural Heritage (2003), all forms of social customs and habits, folklore,

performing arts, rituals, oral traditions, festivals, traditional crafts and

various knowledge and practices about nature and universe can be classified as

intangible cultural heritages. As a country consisting of a great diversity of

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

spiritual homeland in this age of impersonal science and technology.

当我坐下来准备给你写这封信的时候，有两种感觉一齐涌入心头，一种是忽然之间大脑一片空白，不知该从何说起;一种是千头万绪心中起，想把多年来的心里话都在这里和盘托出。

第二句：相信自己

在学习面前，所谓的“学不会、学不好”，其实绝大多数情况下，只不过是“不相信自己能学会、能学好”的结果，这是事实，不信你就仔细审视一下自己。

第三句：心怀感恩

再次翻开姚xx老师的这本《小学英语情趣课堂教学》时，说心里话真的是很痛苦，像是下了很大的决心。过了两个月的无拘束、无压力的生活之后，发现静下心来做一件事很难，尤其是读书。因为是王老师给我们下了死任务，只好硬着头皮去读。事实证明：有压力才会有动力。这句话说的一点儿也不假。我重点研读了本书的第六章。本章节向我们展示了一些优秀的情趣英语课堂教学设计与课例，精心的教学设计，精彩的教学预设，无不体现了编写教师的独具匠心。设计中体现了人文主义，从教学目标到教学过程，都很巧妙地将传统的“要我学”转换成了“我要学”。

第一部分以北京师范大学新版小学英语教材四年级下册第十单元 Mc’s stre 6个课时的教学内容为例，展开基于情趣教学思想想的教学设计。阅读的过程中，可以看出编写教师非常细心，把课堂上的每个细节都处理的很到位，包括课堂的一些预设，生成。这一单元是一个阅读课，一提到英语阅读，我的脑海中就是bring, difficult。纵观这六课时的教学设计，教师借助插图、对话，并通过肢体语言、声音、多媒体资源、设置有效情境，挖掘文本固有的情趣，给予学生适时的语言支持和铺垫，帮助学生理解语言，理解故事。一步步地帮助学生把握技巧，培养他们的阅读能力。成功地把阅读变成悦读，使它真正地变成一种乐趣。在今后的阅读课上，我会尽力效仿，使它变得不枯燥。

第二部分是姚老师本人执教的展示课例。就像姚老师所说“情趣教学着眼于对学生学习兴趣的诱导”。在教学设计上，教师立足于激发学生的学习情趣，并通过多媒体资源，为学生呈现多个自然又生动的教学情境。另外，姚老师的板书设计给了我耳目一新的视觉体验，能够立足于文本内容的同时，重难点突出，也符合中年级学生的认知特点。

读罢此书，心中感慨万千，作为教师，很佩服姚老师的那份执着，以及对教学认真的工作态度。相比之下,我是差太多了。在教学设计上，我也要有所创新：

1.导入部分需要为所学内容做铺垫，不能华而不实。

2.适当地体现小组合作的魅力，锻炼学生的语言运用能力。根据学生的能力，在适当时机把主动权交给学生，充分关注学生的主体意识，激发学生主动参与的热情。

3.注重教学设计的整体性，连贯性。
