在众多的体育项目中，我最喜欢的是游泳，一个个优美的动作在水中 展现出别样的风采，令人们喜爱和陶 醉。而游泳运动起源于英国，最早是 在江.河.湖.海边的古代人所创，为了 生存，他们需要下水捕鱼，在观察. 模仿鱼类，青蛙等动物在水中游泳的 动作后，逐渐学会了游泳。随着社会 的发展，游泳逐渐成为人们增强体质 的需要。1869年1月，把游泳作为一 个专门的项目，二次大战以后，游泳 在全世界有了飞速的发展。现在游泳 已经成为奥运会上令人瞩目的大项之 一。我一直认为体育不是自己的强项 ，有一年的暑假里，同学约我一起去 水上乐园游泳，我欣然答应了。于是 我带着游泳圈和泳衣去了水上乐园。 当好朋友建大我带着游泳圈时，失望 不已的对我说：“你怎么还带着游泳 圈啊，不如让我教你游泳好了。”听 了这句话我欣喜万分的点了点头。走 入池中，清凉明亮的水闪烁着耀眼的 光芒，如颗颗钻石般闪闪发亮，璀璨 耀眼。周围的人们有的在水中快乐的 游泳，有的人们正在激烈的玩着打水 仗，有的正在玩游戏·····在一片喧闹 中，朋友把我叫到潜水去人少的地方 教我游泳。同学像游泳教练一样熟练 地叫着我游泳，首先，我们要屏住呼 吸，把头沉入到水中憋气，当能够长 时间在水中憋气时，便可以平躺在水 中，屏住呼吸，这时身子就会浮起来 ，慢慢地就可以学会了。我按照朋友 说的方法，一步步的开始练习，起先 ，我反复练了很多遍都没有成功，但 我不甘示弱，在反复练习中，终于学 会了游泳，我终于可以不用带游泳圈 ，像小鱼一般自由自在的游来游去了 ，在学会游泳时，我心里像灌了蜜一 样甜，充满了激动与欣喜。从这件事 中，我体会到了坚持不懈和永不言败 的精神，使我更加热爱游泳，热爱体 育。

游泳还能给我们带来许多好处， 可以增强人体的肺活量，让新陈代谢 加快，促进血液循环增强心肌功能供 给运动器官更多的营养物质，增强抵 抗力，强身健体。

苦短的生命在体育中得到延伸， 张扬，是我们有活力有朝气，运动的 乐趣让人的生命感觉到了快乐现实和 万物之长的自信心，体育可以使我们 不断的发现着自己，超越着自己，生 命因体育的存在而放射着永恒的光芒 。

一年一度的运动会开始了，我报名了100米和60米短跑。

第一天早晨的第一个项目就是60米预赛，我既紧张又激动。“现在请60米预赛的同学检录处检录。”广播里传来了指令，我急忙跑到检录处等待。“5416，”“到！”终于报到我了，我早已跃跃欲试了！接着，我们被带到跑道上，我的心里像踹着一只小兔子在跳，紧张极了。“第一道5416。”我立刻站到第一跑道上，做好准备，等待枪响。“各就各位，预备！”只听见呯的一声枪响，我立马“飞”出好远，与其它同学隔了一大截呢！突然，一个身影跑到了我前面，原来是黄思慧，虽然我们是一个班的，但好胜心驱使着我，让我一定要超过她！我加快了速度，风一般地反超她，于是，我以小组第一名进入了决赛。

下午，有100米预赛，我将面对“战斗力”十足的叶紫。“呯！”枪声一响，我用力一蹬，不好，第二道的地面有点滑，我滑了一下，完了！果然，叶紫已经冲出一大截了。我努力地跑啊跑，超过了一个又一个对手，只有叶紫没有超过了，我心想：算了，第二名也能进决赛，不追了。可是就在这时，我听见了同学们的加油声，我仿佛看见了同学们一张张期待的脸，这又增加了我超越叶紫的决心，终于，我将爆发力完全地使出来了，超越了叶紫。

第二天是决赛，我万分紧张，决赛可是很重要的。加油！我为自己打气。100米决赛开始了，我原以为我能稳稳的拿第一，心里有点轻敌了。枪声响后，我就如猎豹般飞了出去，心想：哈哈，我赢定了！结果在60米处，黄思慧反超了我，我一急，慌了脚步，就再也追不上她了。就这样，我只拿了个第二名，内心说不出的沮丧。下午是60米决赛，我可不能再轻敌了。听到枪响后，我以风一般的速度冲了出去，精神格外集中。20米、10米、5米，冲刺，赢了！耶！我拿了第一！我高兴地跳着，早晨的沮丧早已抛到了九霄云外，喜悦涌上心头。

第三天是接力赛，这可不能只靠一个人的力量，而是靠团体的力量才能取胜。随着枪响，第一个同学冲了出去，第二个同学接棒又飞了过来，第三个、第四个……看得我眼花缭乱。咦？吴亦宁这个替补怎么也上来了？我正想叫她回班里去，棒就传到了她的手上。我才是冲刺的呢！我心里暗暗叫苦。最后，我们班只落了个第三，同学们都哀声叹气，到教室后，老师安慰说：“没关系，下次再来过。”可到现在，我心里的伤心还是没有抚平。

六年级，最后一个运动会，我们盼望着你早日到来！

篮球是在我们班最吃香的一项运动。因为男生女生都爱这项运动，我们的体育课简直成了NBA的赛场，各路女生，各路男生，都八仙过海――各显神通。

你问我爱篮球为什么这么深，我告你吧!那是一节体育课，同学们都在打篮球，有的一个三步上篮，又被一个绝世封盖盖了下去;有的一个三分儿远投，却又打住了篮框弹了出来;有的一个耍了个胯下，却不小心给带丢了。哇!这是什么?配合得这么好，胯下，上篮，传球，三分，进啦!仔细一看，这是篮球队的呀怪不得呢，打的这么好，从此我就爱上了篮球。

早在2006年的时候，老妈就给我报了一个篮球班，那里什么都学，比如：砸板练习，胯下运动，投篮练习等等，在那里我学会了很多篮球的技巧，在同学们中，我算是打得好的。由于多练习，臂力就日渐大了起来什么投三分呀，都不是问题。

为什么把篮球列为我的最爱呢?因为它包含了我2年学习的成果，有谁为了一个自己不爱的课目自愿学两年呢?

篮球，不仅是我的最爱，也是常泊宁的最爱，因为他就是校篮球队的一员，他和我一样，也酷爱篮球，我一直记恨他，因为他投三分比我要准一些，个子比我高的多，篮球玩的比我好!

我酷爱篮球，因为它注入了我的心血，它让我有了一种把篮球玩好的责任心，我也有这个信心!

每一个地方都有自己的特色菜，每一道具有诗情画意的名字的菜，都能令人垂延欲滴，回味无穷。我眼中的美味也有许许多多种：山珍海味，名贵佳肴，特色小吃或农家土菜……但令我回味无穷的，还是“番茄炒鸡蛋”。

这一道菜一听名字就知道有番茄和鸡蛋。我最讨厌吃的就是鸡蛋，特别是蛋黄，因为鸡蛋第一口吃时还可以下咽，但越吃就越腻，令人无法下咽。但第一次见到“番茄炒鸡蛋”时，却还是被那鲜艳的色泽给诱惑住了：缓缓欲滴的番茄汁，天女散花般的碎鸡蛋，饱满红润的番茄，诱人的香味……

我忍不住拿起筷子夹起了一瓣儿番茄，刚一入口，那番茄就如水般似的，立刻化开了。微微一嚼 ，那沁人心脾的汤汁就立刻溢了出来，传到五脏六腑。我又忍不住继续夹了一块碎鸡蛋，鸡蛋本来是又干又腻的，但是和着番茄，那种感觉竟然不翼而飞。那碎鸡蛋上还滴着几滴番茄汁，一入口，不仅不使人感到腻味儿，反而觉得更加有食欲。

这就是我眼中的山珍海味，我眼中的“美味”，尽管它只是一道很普通的家常菜！
