我从小就有许许多多喜欢的运动，它们像天上那闪闪发光的小星星，怎么数也数不清。但是，我最喜欢的一项运动就是爬杆。

我之所以喜欢爬杆这项运动，是因为我在上幼儿园的时候，我是我们班女生里最淘气的一个，大家都叫我“淘汽包”。而我爬杆这项运动也是很多女生不敢做的，全班只有两个女生敢和男生比，我就是其中一个，这让我很自豪。

我记得那是一个阳光明媚的早上，我和两个男生比赛爬杆。虽然我是个淘气包什么都敢跟男生比，但是我从小就有点恐高，所以爬着爬着感觉越来越怕，只好灰溜溜地滑了下来。我低着头说：“我……我……我输了!”其实我的心里有一百个的不服气。

放学后，我一回到家，就冲到我家后院那根栏杆前，开始慢慢地练习。不知不觉地，我已经爬到了最高处，我一往下看，“啊……吓死我啦!”我从没有爬过这么高的地方，大豆般的汗珠从我的脸颊直往下流。

怎么才能去掉我恐高的毛病呢?我坐在秋千上闷头苦想着。这时，爸爸过来问我怎么了，我把事情的经过讲给爸爸听，爸爸告诉说：“只要身体保持平衡，不要向下看，你就不会害怕了。”我按爸爸的话一次又地尝试着，可是我每次都会情不自禁地滑下来，我回想爸爸跟我讲的话，把眼睛闭着，身体保持平衡，我又试了几次，哦……我成功了，我从栏杆下来后，好开心!我第一时间把这个好消息告诉爸爸。

第二天，我和那两个男生又在幼儿园展开了一场激烈的爬杆比赛，比赛开始后，我的好朋友都在下面鼓励我，而我的心里却像十五个吊桶打水七上八下。两个男生猴子似的往上爬，可他们都没能爬到最高点。我也不甘示弱，终于我没有辜负好朋友们对我的期望，我赢了，我的好朋友都围着我为我喝彩。两个男生也只好认输。

从那以后我和爬杆结下了不解之缘。爬杆给我带来了健康，带来了快乐。

我是一个热爱运动的人，跳绳、砍包、踢毽子、跑步、羽毛球等等都是我比较喜欢的运动。但我最喜欢的还是跳绳。

跳绳不但可以锻炼身体还可以当游戏来做。它有很多跳法，例如：单摇、双摇、单编、双编、一带一和蹬三轮等等。有的跳法很有趣：蹬三轮跳的时候左右脚交替跳，真像蹬三轮车;有的难度特别高：双编和双摇就需要长时间的练习和专业的指导才能学会;有的难度低：单摇难度低，适合中老年人锻炼身体;还有难度中等的：单编和一带一都不难，很好玩。我尤其喜欢一带一的跳法，要想玩好它就得两个人相互配合、团结一致、节奏统一。在玩的过程中不但给我们带来很多乐趣，还增加了我和伙伴之间的信任，提高了相互的协调能力。所以我非常喜欢这种跳法。

记得2014年4月底我们学校举行的跳绳比赛，现在想起来还是记忆犹新。

那次我参加的是单摇、单编、一带一比赛。那天全校的师生都站在操场上观看比赛。比赛还没有开始，我的心就紧张得怦怦的跳个不停。一带一比赛开始了。那天是我带孙爽一起跳的。轮到我们上场时，一二班的同学和老师沸腾了，都在大声喊：“加油、加油……”，尤其我们班的赵明远同学都快跳起来了。有了同学和老师的鼓励，我的心一下子就平静了下来。开始跳了，我用力地摇着绳，为了统一起跳节奏，我们一起小声地数着：“一二、一二……”。就这样在同学和老师的欢呼声中结束了比赛。我们共跳了135个取得了年级第二名。虽然没有得第一，但是我也很开心。通过这次比赛，让我感受到了运动的乐趣。

运动让我有一个健康的身体，我要一直把运动进行下去。

今天我们学校举行了一年一度的体育运动会，所有的年级都要参加。所以今天的学校热闹非凡。

由于天气原因本来上午举行的运动会只能推到下午举行了。中饭过后，所有的班级都在操场集合，每个班都形成一个方队，都有自己的服装，最可爱的是一年级的动物方队，他们个个都穿上了动物服。还有鲜花队，健美操队和呼啦圈队都挺有自己的特色。

比赛还没正式开始，操场的四周就站满了家长们，有的是来看热闹的，有的是来参加亲子比赛的。第一项比赛是跳绳，我参加的也是这个项目，我既紧张又兴奋。老师一声哨响我们就跟机器一样蹦起来了，1，2，3，4，……86，嚓得一下我绊到绳子了，哎！好可惜啊，名次是得不了了。参赛的同学在继续努力着，旁边的啦啦队也在不停地“加油！加油！”

接下来的跳远比赛和拔河比赛也都是精彩及了，同学们个个都使出了吃奶的力气谁都不想落后。家长们也个个情绪高昂，欢呼声一波接一波。

愉快的时光总是容易过去，不知不觉中我们比赛完了，我们得回教室，只剩下高年级的项目了，他们得接着比铅球，接力赛等等。回到教室我们都还听见他们的欢呼声。

这真是个愉快的运动会，名次不重要，重要的是这种团结拼搏的体育精神。

小狗的经历危险也有几次。第一次是掉进了河里，幸好被人发现拉了上来，喂给它吃药，不久就好了。还有几次是被毒狗的人毒了几次，幸好也被及早治疗，才得脱险了。从那以后，它就能嗅出那些食物有毒，哪些食物无毒。后来，我家的狗再也没中过毒。它够机灵吧!

游泳真的是一项好运动，不仅可以让人长高，也可以让人变瘦，而且失足落水后，也有办法游到岸边，虽然我不常跌进水里，但是还是要小心为妙，真是“不怕一万，只怕万一”。

游泳不仅是好游戏，也是一项好运动，但是还是有注意的事项。第一，不可以在游泳池里大小便，如果在游泳池里大小便，不仅会污染水源，假如呛到了喝到那种 水，不是很恶心吗?第二，禁止跳水，跳水除了参加比赛外，可不能随便乱跳，不小心撞到头怎么办呢?所以这点也很重要。第三，请穿泳衣，戴上蛙镜，游泳时如 果穿正常的衣服，它不但会膨胀，还会增加重量，这点要切记。

运动是人生活中不可缺少的，如果不运动的话，可能会变成大胖子，而且一动起来就会满头大汗。不仅运动要规律，饮食也要均衡，这样子就可以保持好身材了!

Last Thursday and Friday, our school held the 40th sports meeting.It is one of the biggest activities each year in my school. All the students badly expect to it.All games in the sports meeting werevery exciting and running was the most intense.Class 4 Grade 3 did the best in the sports.They got the highest scores.My class won the third but it was the best in the six classes of my grade.Liang Wen and Qiu Lu are my classmates. They both won first in the running competition and high jump competition.There were other classmates got scores in other games.Although they didnt won the first, they tried their best.Friendship first, competition second.Winning was not our only purpose.The most important was that we were happy in this activity.

爸爸妈妈从幼儿班开始就带着我学这个班那个班，每个星期都排得满满的。我学过打鼓，学过跳舞，学过图画，学过书法，但我最喜欢的是学游泳。

我6岁还是幼儿班中班的时候，由于个子小，总排在前排，不是第一就是第二……不知道听谁说，“游泳可以长身体”于是爸爸妈妈就带我去学游泳了。

我所在的游泳班共有16个同学，大多比我小但都比高，我只认得方翔洋，他是我幼儿班的同学，我们形影不离，有时连上游泳课也忘了听老师的讲课，所以在训练时，经常被甩在后面，游泳老师向我爸妈告了状，妈妈就生气说：“让你考虑一天，要么就好好学，不然就停了算了”。我想，爸爸妈妈为了我学游泳不但要接送，还要化钱，再说游泳是我喜欢的运动，现在刚入门，很多姿势还不会呢。所以。我就向爸爸妈妈说：“不要停，我一定好好学!”

我上课不再讲话了我按照老师讲的要领去做，越学越感到有味道了，有时训练时还游在高个子的前面呢。三年来，我学会了自由泳，仰泳，蛙泳，蝶泳等。我现在对游泳特别有兴趣，学习再忙，也不会把游泳停掉。有一次，我没有完成作业，爸爸生气地说：“如果学习忙不过来，那干脆把游泳停了。”我哭着向他保证，以后一定完成作业，奶奶也为我求情，这才送我去游泳。我除了学习以外，还学这学那，当然感到忙感到累，但想到爸爸妈妈比我更忙更累，他们都是为了我，所以我应该少看电视少打游戏，挤出时间把学习搞好，把游泳学好，让爸爸妈妈高兴。

How glad I am that summer has come!

I like summer best because I can have a very happy time then. Every summer I stay at my uncles house in the country for some time and enjoy the life there. I can also catch worms that are not found in cities. In addition, we can see many kinds of birds. I think the country is certainly a better place than the city for vacation.

Summer is my favourite season.

Sports do us good in many respects (TS). It goes without saying that taking exercises can build up our physical strength. In collective sports like basketball, volleyball, or football, we will learn the importance of cooperation. While taking part in sports game, we will try our best to win and arouse ourselves the competitive spirit. Sports can also help us relax after a period of exhausting work. However, as the saying goes, "there are two sides to everything", and sports is without exception. We may hurt other players or ourselves if we are not careful enough when participating in sports activities. What’s more, excessive or severe training can do harm to our health. My participation in sports tells me that sports can make us healthy both physically and psychologically. It is also a good way for people to know each other and can promote friendship between people. So long as we are carefully enough, sports can do us nothing but good.

我喜欢“连拍”，按着快门手不要放开，连续五十张，你会发现，每张照片都不一样，都有各自的动作和表情，简直就像卡通一样，让人目不暇给。

我喜欢帮家人拍照，姐姐不喜欢我拍她，我就偷偷地拍，弟弟很配合，是我的最佳模特儿，我追着他，他有点厌烦了，我就转移目标，跑去拍妈妈，妈妈事那样忙碌，在厨房忙着准备我们的晚餐，还利用空档整理家务，还有时间洗衣服？我追着妈妈，光是拍照，就快把我累死了，奇怪耶！妈妈怎么都不会喊累？

在家门口等着，爸爸快下班了，当他推开门的一瞬间，我按下快门，连续五十张，爸爸被我吓到了，大惊喜的表情好可爱。

这时，全家人都受不了了，异口同声的说：“停！你不准再拍了啦！”

我是班里的领操员，也是班里的体育委员。当然，我喜欢运动，足球、羽毛球……样样拿手，但我最喜欢的运动是悠悠球。

在我6岁的时候，爸爸就给我买过一个悠悠球。当时，我还不知道怎么玩，以为是踢着玩的，通过我仔细研究，终于发现它是套在手指上玩的。渐渐地，我会持久了，于是，我开始学上线花式了。第一招——大吊车。麻烦来了：第一、转速不够。第二、线搭不上，老是做到一半时球被线绕起来，急地我焦头烂额。但我还是冷静下来，用力地一抛，再快速地把线搭上去，耶！第一招成功了。我顿时欣喜若狂，也顿时有了做第二招、第三招的决心。于是，我的学习进度很大，一会儿就学会了风火旋转、沙漏斗、天外来客……

几天后，我已经把基础30招全学会了，持久的时间也更久了，可以和邻居许章哥哥一起比赛了，但许章哥哥使出绝招“星际回收”我只好认输。后来我也发明了我的绝招“神龙弹跳”把许章哥哥打了个措手不及。2年过去了，我把中等绝招15招全学会了。

我会了很多悠悠球招式，我的悠悠球也很多，他们已经能装满半个袋子了。

他们当中，外型、轴承、功能各不同：有的外面两瓣是圆的，有的外面是扁的；有的里面是kk轴承，有的里面是普通轴承；有的外面是活动的，你可以握着暴旋外环或侧轴玩，有的外面是固定的，你只可以溜着玩，不能做其他动作了。我的雷霆s和别人借给我的光子精灵是这样的，你可以握着暴旋外环或侧轴玩，但我的速霸和雷霆外面是死的，你只可以溜着玩。

我最想要的悠悠球是超级光子精灵s，它的轴承是高精度kk轴承，还有暴旋外环加侧轴的超级设施。它产生的气流很大，所以，它能在大气中稳定的旋转。

现在，我的悠悠球已经能装满一个袋子了。技术也提高了很多，还可以玩6a的“指上飞碟”了。
