最近几天，天空都是阴沉沉地，看不到太阳，给人一种冷飕飕的感觉。你看：近处，半山电厂的两个冷却塔，若隐若现;远处的半山，没了踪影。还整天让人精神懒散、心情低落。报纸、电视都在宣传：近期雾霾严重，要尽量减少外出、少开窗户。可见雾霾严重污染空气，使空气质量下降，影响人体健康。我很想了解雾霾对人的危害，于是上网去查了一下，真是“不看不知道，一看吓一跳啊!”

雾霾有数百种大气化学颗粒物质组成。其中就包含：有机溶胶粒子、燃料和汽车废气等。它可以直接进入并粘附在人体呼吸道和肺泡中，引起急性鼻炎和急性支气管炎。对于阻塞性肺气肿、支气管哮喘等患者，雾霾天气会使病情急性发作。如果长期处于这种环境，还会诱发癌。

它对心血管系统有影响。雾霾天气中污染物多，气压低，容易引起心血管系统的急性发作。比如雾大的时候，水汽含量高，如果人们在户外运动的话，会造成胸闷，血压升高等症状。

雾霾天气还会导致近地层紫外线减弱，传染性病菌滋生。由于日照减少，儿童紫外线照射不足，体内维生素D生成不足，对钙的吸收减少，引起婴儿佝偻病，生长减慢。还会直接影响到人们的心理健康，让人精神懒散、情绪低落等。难怪这几天心情会这么不舒畅。

看来，要消除雾霾，我们要减少废弃物的排放;减少扬尘的行动;尤其要做到少开汽车，多用公交出行的方式。为了更好的明天，让我们今天就开始环保行动吧，蓝天、碧水、绿色、清静需要我们自己创造的!

我的家乡是一个偏僻的小山村，但是我喜欢它喜欢他那雨后泥土得清香，那里得人们热情好客，鸟儿在枝头愉快的叫着溪水潺潺流过，在深圳我和我曾见过这样如此美丽的景观，河水的污染，对动物的残酷杀害这种种迹象都表明了城市人多么的不友好不懂得爱惜生命。

看着这青草幽幽的小河忍不住想要脱下鞋子，把脚轻轻的放入这小河中。啊!真凉，真清，真舒服。便在水中与可爱的小鱼小虾们一同嬉戏，在大片的番薯地里，偶尔找到了几只青蛙。

拔了几个番薯，到旁边挖了一个洞，做起了考番薯来，香极了。望着这碧蓝的天空，吃着香喷喷的番薯，踩着脚下这柔软的溪水，听着蛙大哥的演唱。

到了吃饭的时间，虽然不像是在自己家里，没有大于大肉吃，但是有他们热情得招待就以经很满足了!过了一会儿，大姨端上了一碗粟米汤。玩了一天肚子也饿了，便大口的喝了起来，啊!家乡的玉米果然是甜，幼嫩又多汁，香滑爽口，又端上了一盘子的大白菜，听说是大舅到田里拔回来的，特别好吃叫我赶快尝尝，我夹起了一块冰清玉洁的大白菜，别看他样子丑，那味道可不是能用语言表达出来的哟!又脆又双有一种爽而不腻的好口感!

这就是我要介绍的家乡了，一个偏僻但美丽的好地方!
