他，一周4次驾驶高铁动车组往返于哈尔滨和大连之间。下班后，又要驻守高铁信息台，为司机传递运行信息。之后还要赶到哈尔滨铁路职工培训基地，给上百名学员讲解动车组驾驶课程。

他叫邢云堂，是中国铁路哈尔滨局集团有限公司三棵树机务段动车组司机，“全国劳动模范”“全路首席技师”“铁路工匠”、享受政府特殊津贴。他是黑龙江省第一代高铁司机，高铁驾驶证编号为“007”。

46岁的邢云堂，火车驾龄足足24年。从时速80公里的货车，到时速300公里的高铁动车组，他驾驶过的车型不下10种。对标停车一把闸，误差不超过20厘米，他成为“业内”传奇。24年来，他安全走行400余万公里，相当于绕地球赤道100多圈。

1991年，18岁的邢云堂怀揣开火车的梦想，考入原沈阳铁路机械学校内燃机车乘务专业。4年后，被分配到哈尔滨机务段，成为一名火车司机。2007年，邢云堂通过动车组司机选拔，参加素有“魔鬼训练营”之称的封闭式学习，一年后，他如愿成为黑龙江第一代高铁司机。

黑龙江省冬季最低气温达零下35摄氏度，动车运行时，车头卷起的积雪如同一条雪龙涌来，附着在钢轨上，极易造成车轮空转、牵引力丢失等问题。没有经验，邢云堂自主创新采取“回手柄”减少50%牵引力和“比例制动”方式控车，解决了高寒禁区驾驶高铁这一世界难题。

2012年1月，我国首条高寒高铁哈大高铁开始联调联试。面对没有高寒高铁驾驶标准，缺少应急处理经验等诸多难题，邢云堂在2月份低温试验中，每天从20时到次日凌晨的“鬼呲牙”时段，驾驶动车组在哈尔滨西至德惠间无数次“转圈”跑，收集极寒天气下动车组运行各种珍贵数据。

邢云堂主持编写了《CRH380B动车组司机作业指导书》《哈大高铁应急处置指导书》《CRH380型动车组故障处理指导书》等教材，填补了高寒地区高铁司机作业标准空白，成为高寒地区高铁司机必修书目。

哈牡高铁开通后，39处隧道镶嵌在林海雪原上，积雪反射的强光异常刺眼，容易造成动车组司机进入隧道后瞬间“失明”。邢云堂科学制作风险提示，消除了这安全隐患。

在外人眼里，邢云堂是个闷葫芦。可一聊到动车组，他就打开了话匣子：各种高铁的车型、原产公司、性能特点如数家珍。

2016年2月，以邢云堂名字命名的“技能大师工作室”在三棵树机务段挂牌成立。邢云堂带头攻关高铁行车安全课题，优化动车组故障处理措施等难题，完善了“冰雪天气动车组操纵注意事项及行车办法”等资料;开发安全风险提示APP手机软件，制定哈佳铁路站台停车对标方案，让站台过长停车难对标问题迎刃而解;他创新教学方式，把机车操作违章作业项点以动画方式呈现，通过微信平台推广，让枯燥的教学易于接受，得到学员好评。
