一、存在的问题

1、重教书，轻育人。教师作为人类灵魂的工程师，不仅要教好书，还要育好人。作为语文老师，我醉心于提高本班学生的语文成绩的提高，满足于学生语文方面的进步。平时与学生的分析讲解较多，但与学生的谈心少了，对学生的家庭思想等情况忽视了不少。对学生中出现的诸多不良现象，我也甚至有力不从心的感觉。教书与育人，这是不可分割的两个方面，细细想来，这种做法让我心有不安。

2、缺乏依法执教，特别是遇到一些屡教不改的学生时，教语文兼班主任的我心躁气急，对此类学生恶语相击，伤害了学生的自尊心，大声训斥，使师生关系很尴尬，这实在是一种不尊重学生人格的表现。不仅损害了老师的形象，还违背了“为人师表，语言规范健康，举止文明礼貌”。

3、小成即满。我发现自己习惯于自己跟自己比，特别是老把现在跟以前比，觉得一切都很好，安于现状，进取力度不大，甚至有时还为以前取得的那丁点的成绩沾沾自喜。通过深入学习，我发现这是很危险呀，这种思想那可要不得，感觉“满”了，那就晚了，你思想不解放了，没有了进取心，你会被时代所淘汰。{学,,师风师德之感}.

时代的发展要求我们一定要顺应潮流，这个潮流实际上就是客观规律，逆流而行，太危险。

4、在如何做好课堂落实自主、合作、探究学习方面还需加强：(1)要明确自身的职责，帮助学生检测反思自我，寻找、搜集和利用资源，设计恰当的学习活动，发现所学东西的个人意义等;(2)要为学生开发和提供充分的课程资源;(3)要为学生确定新的教学观：首先要帮助学生确定能够达成的目标;另外教学方式要服务于学生的学习方式，密切联系学生的生活世界;同时还需要激励学生完成富有挑战性的任务;及时反馈，建构沟通的桥梁;不要限制学生思考的方向;帮助学生发现知识的个人意义;强调理解而非死记结论;最后必需经常提示本课程与其他课程关系，引导学生创设融洽和谐的学习氛围。

5、在“在对待自我，新课程强调反思”这句话的理解上，还不够深入：因为反思是教师以自己的职业活动为思考对象，对自己在职业中所做出的行为以及由此所产生的结果进行审视和分析的过程。教学反思被认为是“教师专业发展和自我成长的核心因素”。新课程非常强调教师的教学反思，按教学的进程，分为教学前、教学中、教学后三个阶段。而恰恰在这方面，我不太擅长。反思的范围缺少广度，反思的内容不够深入。

二、今后的改善

通过对照检查、分析，使我更加认识到自己存在的问题，在今后的工作中，我一定改善以下几个方面：

(一)在帮助学生方面

1、对学生少一点斥责，少点失望，少一点冷漠，多一份理解，多一份信任，多一份关切，尤其关爱学困生，积极与他们构建一个和谐的师生关系，这样才受到学生的喜欢，才能感化每位学生，学生就会信服于你的道理，学生才能在爱的海洋里吸取更丰富的知识。关爱每一个学生是一个教师的职责，应尽职尽责教育学生进步。

2、时刻要求自己“育人先做人，正人先正己”，也就是你要求别人做的，自己首先要做到。

3、以身作则，要以自己的言行去感染每一位学生，使学生从小树立正确的人生观、价值观和道德观。

4、帮助学生检测和反思自我，明白自己想要学习什么和获得什么，确立能够达成的目标。帮助学生寻找、搜集和利用资源。

5、帮助学生设计恰当的学习活动和形成有效的学习方式。帮助学生发现他们所学东西的个人意义和社会价值。帮助学生营造和维持学习过程中积极的心理氛围。

6、帮助学生对学习过程和结果进行评价。帮助学生发现自己的潜能。

(二)在自身修养方面

1、刻苦专研业务知识，不断提高自身的知识修养，时刻牢记“要给学生一杯水，自己必须有一桶水”。

2、在教育教学过程中，我除了面对学生外，还要与周围其他同事发生联系，要与学生家长进行沟通与配合。课程的综合化趋势特别需要与全体教师之间的合作，不同年级、不同学科的相互配合，齐心协力的培养学生。不仅要教好自己的学科，还要主动关心积极配合其他教师的教学，从而使各学科、各年级的教学有机融合、相互促进。同事之间一定要相互尊重、相互学习、团结互助，这不仅具有教学的意义，而且还具有教育的功能。另外还要处理好与家长的关系，加强与家长的联系与合作，共同促进学生的健康成长。

3、转变作风，积极工作。坚持科学的态度和求实的精神，兢兢业业地做好教育工作，树立强烈的时间观念、效率观念、质量观念。严格要求，自我加压，始终保持与时俱进、开拓创新的精神状态，自重、自省、自警、自励，时时处处严格约束自己，正确对待个人得失，不计名利，不讲价钱，不图虚名，不事张扬，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，全心全意为教育、为人民服务。

4、加强语文业务知识学习，努力提高综合素质。加强业务知识的学习，一是从实践中学，向广大的教职工学习，学习他们先进方法和思想，二是勤于从书上学，学习自己的专业知识，学习教育教学理论，业精于勤，信服于人。三是向挫折和教训学，不断加以改进和提高，以致完善自我，丰富人生。

5、我还要继续正确地对待群众提出的各种师德师风建设的意见，从群众意见中看清自己平常没有察觉或没有引起重视的缺点和不足，虚心接受群众的意见和建议，解决好自己的师德问题。

师德建设是与时俱进的，我会坚持以科学的理论武装自己，坚持以先进的教育理念提升自己，坚持以自觉的育人精神引导自我，我会充分发挥课堂主渠道育人功能和为人师表的作用，把师德工作渗透到教育教学的全过程。教育大计，教师为本;教师素质，师德为本。我会努力成为“信念坚定、思想过硬、知识渊博、品格高尚、精于教育、善于育人”的好教师。

New Year! Happy family! Everything goes well!

真不知道妈妈在生下我以后是怎么想名字的，居然想了个这么复杂的字——懿！天哪！整整22个笔画，在中国文字中可以说是少有的。可怜小小的我从识字开始就要认这个让我头晕的字，可怜还不会横竖撇捺笔画顺序的我居然要装出22笔的懿字来，更可怜的是我好不容易装好这个字时老师在那儿报：陆——壹——恣！郁闷抓狂啊！从此我恨死了这个“懿”，简单地写个“艺”多好，要不，就写个“一”那就更简单明了了。这个“懿”呀！害得我写完自己的名字时，人家小朋友都已经做了两三道题了，速度又被拉了下来！真是没有一处让我顺心喜欢的！

终于有了自己的qq，终于有机会给自己取个名字了。看到同学们的名字一个个酷得一塌糊涂，我一定要取一个让自己满意的名字来！我找来词典翻来覆去竟然无从下手，找来同学的q名想组合一个又没有合适的。天哪！原来取个名字竟然这么难！想当初妈妈给我取名字也一定思来想去的难，对了，就去查查这个“懿”！我很快地找到了这个让我头疼的“懿”，美好（多指德行）赫然印在纸上。蓦然间，我明白了妈妈的用心良苦，妈妈希望我做个德行美好的人！这也是妈妈常常对我的教诲，妈妈的话恍如犹在耳畔回想，妈妈常说学习固然重要！但做人尤为重要！做个有道德的人，做个有责任感的人，做个遵守公德的人！原来妈妈的教诲都包含在了这个“懿”中了！

最后我还是请来妈妈给我的qq起个名字，妈妈想了想说：“你属兔子，就叫小兔儿吧太单调，还用上你的名字中的“懿”字，这样你的同学一看就知道是你了，你永远是妈妈的宝贝，在妈妈眼里永远是长不大的宝宝，就叫‘小兔儿懿宝’怎么样？”“小兔儿懿宝宝，小兔儿——懿宝宝，小兔儿——懿——宝宝”我在心里反复念了三遍，已经明白懿的内涵的我已经不觉得懿字讨厌了，现在加了宝宝可亲切了，真好！我高兴地亲了亲妈妈。就这样，小兔儿懿宝宝这个名字在腾讯qq上注册成功了，我有了我的第二个名字，而且依然有我头疼的“懿”字！但我不再头疼，相反特别地爱这个字，珍惜这个字了！
