5、在“在对待自我，新课程强调反思”这句话的理解上，还不够深入：因为反思是教师以自己的职业活动为思考对象，对自己在职业中所做出的行为以及由此所产生的结果进行审视和分析的过程。教学反思被认为是“教师专业发展和自我成长的核心因素”。新课程非常强调教师的教学反思，按教学的进程，分为教学前、教学中、教学后三个阶段。而恰恰在这方面，我不太擅长。反思的范围缺少广度，反思的内容不够深入。

二、今后的改善

通过对照检查、分析，使我更加认识到自己存在的问题，在今后的工作中，我一定改善以下几个方面：

(一)在帮助学生方面

1、对学生少一点斥责，少点失望，少一点冷漠，多一份理解，多一份信任，多一份关切，尤其关爱学困生，积极与他们构建一个和谐的师生关系，这样才受到学生的喜欢，才能感化每位学生，学生就会信服于你的道理，学生才能在爱的海洋里吸取更丰富的知识。关爱每一个学生是一个教师的职责，应尽职尽责教育学生进步。

2、时刻要求自己“育人先做人，正人先正己”，也就是你要求别人做的，自己首先要做到。

3、以身作则，要以自己的言行去感染每一位学生，使学生从小树立正确的人生观、价值观和道德观。

4、帮助学生检测和反思自我，明白自己想要学习什么和获得什么，确立能够达成的目标。帮助学生寻找、搜集和利用资源。

5、帮助学生设计恰当的学习活动和形成有效的学习方式。帮助学生发现他们所学东西的个人意义和社会价值。帮助学生营造和维持学习过程中积极的心理氛围。

6、帮助学生对学习过程和结果进行评价。帮助学生发现自己的潜能。

(二)在自身修养方面

1、刻苦专研业务知识，不断提高自身的知识修养，时刻牢记“要给学生一杯水，自己必须有一桶水”。

除了这件事，还有更惨的呢！在学课文《蟋蟀的住宅》时，有的同学把我叫成“陈蟋蟀”，还问我需要给我一间房子或一些现代用品吗？我想：他们是不是把我当野人了？
