Nowadays, the environment has been polluted seriously. Take my hometown for

example, when I was very small, I could swim in the river and catch fish, but

now, the water is very dirty and there are full of trash. The government has

plant trees. I take part in this activity all the time and the trees I grew last

(三)渗透情感与学生建立良好的师生关系

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

(四)赏识教育让学困生树立自信心

自尊心是一个人对自身的评价，对自身存在的价值和态度的体现。任何学生都有自尊心和荣誉感，每当自己在学习上取得点滴成绩时，总希望得到老师的表扬，学困生更是如此。差生由于羞怯心理，往往在课堂上不敢开口，因此，我对学困生从不大声呵斥，而是具体深入地分析他们之所以差的原因，然后对症下药，循循善诱，在加强辅导的同时，根据学生的发展情况进行有弹性的鼓励。实践证明：利用语言表扬、神情暗示、肢体示意等多种方法，给予学困生以的鼓励是行之有效的，能使他们对自己充满自信，树立学好英语的信心。

一、指导思想

天有不测风云，在星期六的下午，下起了一阵雷雨，将一个没带伞的我变成了一只“落汤鸡”。

我看见她走到离我大约5米远的小吃店前停了下来，嘴一张一张的，却听不到声音，我有看到她用手指指嘴，这时我才知道她不但是个瘸子，而且是个哑巴。她大约年过七旬，我们都知道年过七旬的老人正是享受儿女关爱的时候，而这位老人却......忽然听到这家店主严肃的说：“给，别在这耽误我们做生意，到别处吃去。”说着，给这位老人少许馒头。哦，这位老人饿了，哦，她想饱餐一顿，店主说，只见这位老太太一瘸一拐的走开了,当她没走几步时，我看见她跌倒了，我的心咯噔一下，她会不会摔坏啊？人们依然走动着，他们丝毫没有注意到这位老人。难道真的没注意到有聋有瘸的老人吗?虽然她是一个乞丐，但乞丐也是人啊！正在想着朋友气喘呼呼的跑来了，大概是心有灵犀吧，他立刻明白我的意思，后来我们竟不约而同的说：“走，帮帮她。”

我们走到老人面前，把老人扶了起来，我看到老人眼神中充满感激，我打心眼的高兴，尽管她不会说话，我下意识的摸遍了身上所有口袋，可只有1元钱。朋友说他有5元，随后朋友说：“我扶她，你去买东西吧。”朋友真不愧是我的知心朋友。

我揣着6元钱飞快的跑到刚才我坐的那家小吃店，给老人买些吃的。当小吃店的女老板知道我是为这位老人买吃的时候，她也感动了，说：“小伙子，你买的是4元的东西，我只收你2元，为你的爱心......”我说谢谢阿姨，真是只要人人献出一片爱，世界将变的多么美好！

我把买到的东西双手递给了老人，我们并扶她坐路边，她感激的嘴一张一张的。

Great changes have taken place in my hometown these years. There used to be old and low houses on the streets,but now you can see people live and work in tall buildings. In the past, you could always see rubbish everywhere. But now the environment is clean and tidy. Many trees are planted on both sides of the street, so the air is very fresh.There were not any buses in my hometown, so most of us used to walk to work or go to school by bike.However, life is much better now.
