一、指导思想：

二、基本思路：

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

But to me, a friend is someone I can rely on.

When I was eight years old, I met, my best friend, Jennifer. Her personality was different from mine.

She#39;s very resolute and brave. When I was sad, she was the person who would sit next to me, comforting me.

When I was happy, she was the person with whom I could share my joy. As of now, we have been friends for eight years.

So I have chosen a travel agent to help me with my journey. They offer Qantas flights the entire journey with free meals and three-star or four-star hotels for accommodation.

The first day:

I will take the Qantas Airways non-stop international flight (QF106) to Sydney, the capital of South Wales and Australia’s oldest largest city and port, to star the trip to Australia, overnight on board.

The second day:

Upon arrival, I will take a bus to visit St. Mary’s Church, Hyde Park and other interests. Then, I will visit the world-famous, Australia’s most beautiful building----the Sydney Opera House. There will be professionals conducting a detailed explanation in the House. By the

evening, I can visit the well-known Darling Harbor; enjoy the Sydney Bridge and a western-style dinner on board.

The third day:

After the breakfast, I will start from Sydney to Wollongong by bus. We drive to the Sea Cliff Bridge, the most beautiful and special part along the road. I can visit in accordance with steep cliffs and built up to 655 meters of overhead bridges to appreciate the beauty of the Pacific. Then I’d go to the cleanest beach of the New South Wales State; visit the first brewery in Wollongong and have lunch there. In the afternoon, I plan to go to Flagstaff Hill and enjoy the quiet and beautiful environment. At last, return to the urban area.

The forth day:

I will take a flight to Cairns, a city which is rounded by palm trees. It’s a tourist city, where there are magnificent mountains, dense rain forests. The forests are the world’s oldest, largest tropical rain forest. I can novel amphibious vehicles traveling around the forests, experience exotic enjoyment. What’s more, I can watch the indigenous people’s wonderful dance performance.

The fifth day:

Take a bus to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Terminal and take a ship to the world-famous Reef. Located off the coast of the north-eastern Australia, it is the world’s largest coral island, which stretches over 2000km, including thousands of coral reefs and shoals, known as “the eighth wonder of the world”. I would watch the colorful sea view, taking a submarine. And I have enough time to enjoy a wide range of water sports. (Including a buffet lunch on the island)

The sixth day:

I would fly to the capital of Queensland----Brisbane. Then I’ll take a visit to the South Bank Parkland where the 1988 world exposition had been held. Go to the City Hall located in the King George

Square. It is the central symbol of Brisbane. Then I will drive to the Gold Coast, which is known as a paradise for tourists. After arrival, I’d visit the Fool Terminal.

The seventh day (the last day):

After breakfast, I will go to the Warner Movie World, which is a theme park of an area of 1.68 square kilometers. I can enjoy the

roller coaster and see a different film production process, great

effects and super performance and a lot of cartoon characters. Then I will go to a farm to pay a visit. There I can experience a real farm life and get close to the koala, kangaroo and take photos with the cute creatures. (I need to pay for the lunch.) At last, I will take the QF505 to Sydney and the QF105 back to Hangzhou.

It is my plan to have a journey abroad. It will cost about 12000 RMB for the agency and I need another sum of money to support my self-consumption and other costs. Now I am excited about my upcoming travel to the very place that I have longed for for a long long time. I can not wait to go there .With my well-prepared plan, I firmly believe that I will have a wonderful journey in Australia.

actually laugh at themselves, living with these poison air. Even in the daytime,

class and let the students stay at home. It is obvious that haze is a great

Last summer I went to Vietnam with my parents. We stayed at a small village outside Saigon. The air and water was very clean and there were many kids playing in the mud along with water buffalos. Though it’s a very poor country, the kids seem to be happy. They live with their farmer parents in little houses built with dirt and straw and help out a lot in the rice field during the day. They don’t have TVs or Internet, but they enjoy a lot playing outside. It was a very memorable trip that I will never forget.

只要一听到“卢沟桥的狮子——数不清”这句老北京俗语，我就会立马想到那座历经百年沧桑的卢沟桥。

那是一个三九严寒的日子，我们一家三口来到了卢沟桥。走上这座古老的石桥，我就惊奇地发现用天然岩石雕刻出的一个个形象逼真的狮子坐在两边的桥栏杆上，这些石狮子光溜溜的，像一块经打磨过的瓷板。我出于好奇，开始从桥头的第一只石狮子数起，一、二、三、四……这些狮子可真不好数，如果你不细心观察每一只小狮子，那你就很有可能遗漏掉许多小狮子。这些小狮子可以说是“无处不在”它们可能藏在母狮子的怀里，也可能藏在母狮子的爪中，你要找到它们可不容易，你稍不留神就会漏掉、输错。我只好瞪大眼睛，紧盯每一只小狮子，就这样一直数下去。我刚数完一侧桥栏杆上的小狮子就已经累的精疲力竭了。终于数完了！一共472只，我坐在桥边的青石板上，喘着粗气心里想：我数的怎么和电视上报道的不一样？哎，卢沟桥上的狮子真是数不清！

这些数不清的狮子形态各异，造型奇特，没有一个是重样的。那些狮子形象逼真，造型各异，活灵活现。这些狮子，这座古桥，制作工艺精湛，是我国所有劳动人民智慧的结晶。

在桥头的两侧，各有两个华表，上面蹲坐着两只狮子，好象在日夜守护着卢沟桥……

People always say that life cant goes on well all the time, because we

will meet all kinds of difficulties. When we are students, we want to get

improved and do well in the exams. When we graduate and find a job, we need to

finish the task that boss has assigned. Even the time comes to retire, we still

在这个晴朗无云，阳光和煦、温暖的日子里，全班终于要一起去经历这令人永生难忘的”毕业旅行”。记得九月中旬老师宣布要去毕业旅行时，全班同学每节下课都 会七嘴八舌的讨论着，谁要跟谁同一组，谁要跟谁同一间房间睡觉…等等。终于等到毕业旅行当天，大家踏着兴奋又期待的步伐来到学校，也终于见到了我们的 领队─小丑。

搭上游览车，我们来到了第一站─自然科学博物馆，在里面看到了许多特别的、稀有的动植物，珍禽异兽和恐龙，尤其是前所未闻的大王鱿鱼，真是令我大开眼界。第二站是地震博物馆，首先映入眼帘的是络绎不绝的游客及学生，个个屏气凝神、小心翼翼的观察着倒塌的情形，它们传达了地震的强大威力！真是震撼全场。最后我们来到了溪头会馆，也就是我们所要住宿的饭店。傍晚时分，将要举行今天的压轴项目”青春晚会”，今晚大家使出全力劲歌乐舞，我也跟着大家不由自主的唱着、叫着，全场”疯”到最高点！最后师生彼此谈心，真情流露，在感动的气氛中划下句点。

第二天一大早，我们要去溪头爬 山，深吸一口大自然的芬多精，令人不觉神清气爽。一路上崎岖蜿蜒，首先来到了大学池，一群人浩浩荡荡的 前往”空中走廊”，经过长途跋涉，我们登上了空中走廊，由上往下俯瞰，真是有点恐怖！最后我们来到妖怪村买了纪念品后就上游览车，准备朝下一个目的地车坐火车站出发，我们先去”明新书院”，再去搭小火车，一路上山明水秀，沿途，我们饱览南投的美丽风景。晚上，我们住在剑湖山大饭店，这一天同学们个个兴奋不已，因为明天要去剑湖山玩，大家都熬夜玩到天亮，在这段期间，我们这个房间和别房的同学一直打电话，三不五时就听到电话铃声响起，真是有趣！

第三天，我们来到剑湖山，大家像脱缰野马般分散到各地，首先我们先玩摩天轮，这座摩天轮可是剑湖山世界的地标呢！再来去玩了咕咕飞车，最后玩了最刺激的G5─以140kw马力攀上65公尺的高空，再以110公里时速、超越人体5个G的重力加速度，垂直向下俯冲进入宇宙黑洞，刺激无比！冲下去时，我的灵魂彷佛被震出来，脑袋顿时放空，那种感觉真是奇怪呀！

时光匆匆流逝，三天的毕业旅行就这么结束了，大家都依依不舍的离开剑湖山，我们在车上唱卡拉OK，我们的领队小丑哥哥也”共襄盛举”，这次的毕业旅行令我永生难忘，也吸收了许多新知识，增广了我的见闻，和全班一起出游真是一次难忘的学习之旅！

每年的农历五月五日，是端午节。传说这是屈原投汨罗江的日子，为了纪念他，人们将五月五日定为一年一度的端午节。因为这天恰好又是弟弟的生日，所以对我们来说，这是个特殊的端午节。 May 5th of the lunar calendar each year is the Dragon Boat Festival.It is said that this is the day when Qu Yuan voted for Luojiang. 早上刚起床，便闻到了一股香喷喷的味道。糯米，牛肉，大米，小米……不用说，这是准备包粽子，在我们这里，端午的一大习俗就是吃粽子。奶奶是个十分讲究的人，所以这天起的格外早，给我们准备好早饭后，便去地里拔了几棵艾蒿。然后放在大门口，一边一棵。如果仔细一点，会发现许多人家的门口都有几棵艾蒿，具体什么含义我也不太理解，只知道插艾蒿也是端午节的一大习俗。

早饭后，我们便去了蛋糕店。姑姑要我和弟弟随便挑一个。我盘算着。弟弟说：“咱们几个人啊?”我说：“小孩就三个。”见我们一时拿不定主意，姑姑边给我们挑了一个稍大型的，我和弟弟拿着蛋糕，叫上妹妹，开心的回家享受去了。

我们把大人的给分出来，还省下一大半呢。我们便一人切了一块。看着喜爱的节目，一会儿，妹妹偷偷的用指头抹了一把奶油向弟弟脸上抹去。弟弟瞬间变成了一个大花猫，还没来得及反驳，我又用同样的方法给弟弟摸了一脸奶油，给另一半脸找了找平衡。弟弟反驳起来，追着我和妹妹满院子跑，直到我们大汗淋漓累得跑不起来，才肯停下来消停一会儿。因为很热，我们干脆把冰箱里装雪糕的那一层抽出来，把空调打开，那简直是一种无与伦比的享受。

奶奶从外面回来了，我们三个同时喊。我和妹妹喊奶奶，弟弟喊姥姥。于是我们俩便顺手将带着奶油的盘子一边一个给弟弟贴到了脸上。异口同声道：“就你特别!”弟弟急得在原地直跺脚，我和妹妹便在一旁哈哈大笑，再看看奶奶，在一边笑的直不起腰了，我们沉浸在了那无穷无尽的快乐之中……

我们终于过了一次有滋有味的端午节，虽然没有赛龙舟那样令人激动的场面，也没有一场盛大的酒会，但那却是一个令我们难以忘怀的端午节，是一个专属于我们这些孩子的端午节。

我们在盼望着下一个端午节的到来!

十月一日，是国庆节，也是我的生日。

爸爸妈妈一早就带我去桐乡玩。

我们首先来到桐乡的新世纪公园玩。开始，爸爸不想带我去那里玩。我就说：“不去那里，我们去哪儿玩呢?”妈妈说：“今天是他生日，就让他去玩吧!”于是，爸爸就去买了三张门票。

我们进了公园，先来到荷花池观看。我看到池里有白莲、红莲。池里还有几只可爱的小鸭子在戏水。

后来，我们来到溜冰场看。我看到有十多个人在那里溜冰。有的人不小心摔了一跤，旁边的人看到了就哈哈大笑。有一个笑的人，自己不小心也和别人相撞，摔了一跤。大家都笑他。我也笑了起来。

接着，我们来到了蹦蹦床那里玩。我爬上了蹦蹦床。刚上蹦蹦床，我就接摔了一跤，正好坐到了一只小球上面。小球滚动，我就摔了一个朝天跤。我不想玩了，就从一把小梯上爬了下去。

来到一处滑梯前，我看到有一架大公鸡滑梯。有的小孩子，从一个红色的东西上滑下来，从另一处走上去。我也像他们那样走上去滑下来。后来，我又到钢丝上蹦蹦跳跳。这时，我这个人像在天上飞一样，我以为自己真的在天上飞呢!一不小心，我又摔了一跤。我摔得非常痛，就说：“不玩了，我们出去吧!”爸爸就带我去肯德鸡店吃东西。

那里门前有一个假人，假人张开嘴好象在说欢迎光临。走进店里，我看到有很多桌子和椅子。它们排列整齐。有一位阿姨迎上来问我们吃什么。我说：“来一个全家桶吧。”不一会儿，那位阿姨就端来了全家桶。我们就高高兴兴地吃了起来。

吃完，我们就回家去了。

这一天，我过得非常高兴、快乐。这真是一个令我难忘的国庆节呀!

要看丰富的色彩——饱含生命的色彩，最好在秋天。

看看绿色的田野，在金风中是怎么慢慢变黄的。过程有些缓慢。就像女人十月怀胎一样。大地是母亲的子宫，一年四季都在孕育，生生不息。她在阵痛中收获，包容所有勤劳的人们。养育他们。一棵棵嫩绿的秧苗泥土，在播种者的精心护理下，慢慢茁壮。由嫩绿变深绿变苍绿，最后是金黄。先前裸露着黄泥的田野，渐渐的密不透风，屏障一样层层铺满乡村。如此的生机勃勃，如此的生命力，似乎没有什么可以比拟。除了心生敬畏，由不得你有别的杂念。但我们现在已经没有了敬畏之心，尤其是城市人，从来不懂得“粒粒皆辛苦”，即使有敬畏之心，恐怕也不会去敬畏一片田野，一垄庄稼。

在一个又一个节气里，秧苗长成了秧子。然后扬花、抽穗。青色的谷粒在太阳下一天天饱满，一天天发黄。绿色的田野这时转成了金黄，沉甸甸的稻谷低着头，无声地等待着一次远行。风来了。风无形无色，但它走过就留下了形状和色彩。谷的姿态树的姿态草的姿态，都是风走过后留下的形状；春天的绿芽夏天的葱茏秋天的金黄，都是风走过后留下的色彩。

风带来几只鸟，它们落在金色的田野上，叽叽喳喳。有时这些鸟飞进谷田，并不是为了寻食，伫立被风吹动的田野上，只是了望风景，就像他们喜欢伫立树梢了望风景一样。

安静的时候，还有阳光的声音，露珠的声音。阳光照在田野上的声音是内敛的，如果不是细心人，很难听到阳光的声音，一缕缕落在秧苗上，落在青色的谷叶上，落在静谧的水田里。

夜幕，阳光的声音渐渐消失，露珠从水田爬上来。田埂上的野草、菜地里的青菜、田野的谷叶上，都缀满了露珠。它们精灵一样，在夜色的万物上跳动，在草尖上安静地歌唱。推开门，月光跟着进来。窗棂上，是清清的月色。待到黎明，天空的第一缕光亮，又将从这扇窗棂进来，像一束追光，一束我们人生旅程里，身处黑洞时、能够照亮我们生命的一束光。
