这一次旅游要坐4个多小时的飞机呢，因为我们要从“鸡肚子”那儿飞到“鸡头”去。我等呀等呀，飞机终于开始下降了，我往窗外一看，怎么一点白色都没有呀？可能是云太厚，遮住了。又过了一会，我们下飞机了，我往外面一看，心顿时凉了半截，原来真的一点雪都没有，还下着雨，我凉了半截的心结了冰，失望到了极点。好冷呀！我马上跑回妈妈那里多穿几件衣服，还围上围巾，戴上帽子，绑紧鞋带，这才好了点。

这次是我经历过的最冷的一次，也是最难忘的一次旅行。

第二天，雨停了，地下的积水结了厚厚的冰。我心想，虽然没下雪，但好歹还有冰，真不愧是哈尔“冰”呀！妈妈带我去哈尔滨的滑雪场，可我很怕冷，有点不想去，想留在酒店里。但最后我还是贴上暖宝宝跟爸爸妈妈还有穿得像只大企鹅，只露出一双眼睛的弟弟一起去了。“滑雪很冷，我又怕，还是想留下来”我说。“不用怕，你运动就能出汗了”妈妈说，“而且，那里不只是滑雪，还有特别有趣的滑滑梯玩呢！”来到滑雪场，我看见四周白茫茫的一片，非常漂亮。滑雪的滑坡不高也不陡，但只准大人们玩。这时我看见滑雪场右边有一个又刺激又好玩的滑梯，都是用雪做的。但是滑梯很不平整，也很长，我又害怕了。我的朋友欧阳毅鼓励我说：“不用怕，你试一下，如果真的害怕的话，就去玩旁边的积雪吧！”

我鼓起勇气，坐在一个像车轮一样的东西上往滑下去，我发现虽然滑下去的时候心里有点害怕，但是根本不用担心会撞到。于是我一口气玩了12次。这个游戏的确好玩，但麻烦的是滑下去了又要把那个像轮胎一样的东西自己拉上去。对我这样瘦小的体型来说，这可是非常艰难的。不过我越玩越带劲，还出汗了呢，真的一点也不冷了，还想把手套，帽子给脱了呢！我开始喜欢上哈尔滨了。

哈尔滨的冰雕也很漂亮。今年是龙年，有特别多关于龙的冰雕，个个都栩栩如生。有的张牙舞爪，有的嘴吐龙珠，形态各异，真好看！除此之外，还有关于屋子，桥，塔，皇宫的冰雕，还有一个啤酒冰雕，特别有趣。我更喜欢哈尔滨了！

这次是我最难忘的一次旅游了。哈尔滨真好玩！

上午玩好了，中午我们就随便找了个地方匆匆吃了中饭，稍作休息又开始了接下来的行程。下午我们去看了战马旗八的表演参观了故宫的内部构造。晚上我们去了泼水节，人们在里面互相泼水在最后我们全身都湿透了。第二天我们陈车返程。

这是一个美好的周末，美好的回忆，快乐的周末。我喜欢这里。我轻轻的挥手，上了车告别这里的一切。看着这座城市向后奔去。

Everyone should give his mother a present when his mother’s birthday is

coming. It is 25th May Sunday. Today is Han Mei’s mother’s birthday. So she

wanted to give her mother a special present. What present should she give? Maybe

a bunch of flowers a birthday card are the best presents. A card is cheaper. But

it is bad for trees. The more I buy cards, the more trees will be cut by people.

在体育课上，她是体育委员，那可爱俏皮的马尾辫，一双明亮的眼眸和响亮清脆的声音就令人难以忘怀了。“四列横队！”只要何灿一声令下，整齐的队伍就立即出现在老师眼前。一次，在跑步中，我被人撞了，一摔就是个狗啃泥，嘶，真疼，我的手臂被擦破了皮，血正不断流着呢。我可被吓坏了，两个同学连忙把我扶起来，何灿也在一旁关心的问“疼吗？我带你去医务室看看吧，别感染得更严重了。”说完，就立即把我扶去医务室了。

在学习上，她可以管理我们，也可以是老师的小助手。如果教室里闹了起来，何灿就会变身成为一瓶“杀虫剂”，哪里有“害虫”，哪里就会有“杀虫剂”，不过多久，教室里就鸦雀无声了。老师的东西剌在办公室里了，何灿会第一时间帮老师去拿，卷子不够，何灿也会第一时间去帮老师复印，这样热心更让老师对她印象深刻呢！

论成绩，你肯定比不过何灿这个学霸，九十六、九十七、九十八、一百分！令人十分惊叹，这简直不是一个正常学生该有的能力啊！何灿可是几乎每天都会去社团训练，忙中抽空才有时间和大家一起学习，可是她依然有着令人惊讶的成绩，何灿的确令人佩服和难忘！

这件事我不记得发生在什么时候，我只记得这件事深深地刻在了我的心版上，记在了我的脑海里，怎么抹也抹不去……

记得老婆婆走路时总需要拐杖来扶持。有一次，不懂事的我把拐杖藏了起来，害得老婆婆那天东找找西找找，把家里翻了个底朝天，还是没找到。就在老婆婆想出去找找时，悲剧发生了－－老婆婆被门槛绊了一跤，摔倒在地。此时的我还躲在门背后为自己的恶作剧得逞而偷笑，浑然不知自己已经闯祸了。

邻居正巧从我家路过，看到了倒在门口的老婆婆，赶紧吧我的爸爸妈妈从厂里喊了过来。爸爸见到老婆婆已经不省人事，叫了辆三轮车吧老婆婆抱到车上。火速赶往了医院。妈妈则在家照顾我，等爸爸带回来老婆婆的消息。现在我已经知道大祸临头，想躲也躲不了了，便吞吞吐吐地把事情的经过一五一十地告诉了妈妈，妈妈当时气极了，马上给我吃了一顿“麻婆豆腐”。

不一会儿，爸爸来电话了，说老婆婆要住院，叫妈妈带上我和钱，赶紧去医院。来到医院，把住院手续办好了，把老婆婆安顿好了，妈妈爸爸才松了口气。此时的老婆婆正在挂着盐水，左脚绑了纱布，看着我的眼神依旧那样慈祥。我逃避着老婆婆的眼神，我不敢面对，我的心里充满了内疚和歉意。

妈妈把我做的“好事”告诉了爸爸和老婆婆，我等待着爸爸和老婆婆的斥责。意外的是，他们并没有斥责我，而是选择了沉默。沉默中，我仿佛看到了老婆婆把好吃的都给了我，仿佛看到了老婆婆冒着雨在学校门口等我放学……这平常的一幕又一幕在我眼前浮起，让我的心灵为之一动。想着想着，我的眼眶湿润了，哭着扑到老婆婆的怀里，断断续续地说着：“老婆婆……我……我错了！”老婆婆什么也没说，但我从她的眼神里知道老婆婆笑了，笑得很欣慰，很高兴。

哇！旅行的日子终于来临了，为了能顺利出发，我们必须要在六点四十分之前到达学校集合，也许这对其它同学来说，只是小事一桩罢了，但对于喜欢赖床的我，可说是难上加难，所以我只好去拜托闹钟大叔，在六点半以前准时叫我起床，这样我才不会迟到拉！

说到旅行要参观的景观，不禁让我雀跃不已，因为我们要去的地点是我从来都没有去过的深圳呢！这个机会，我一定要好好的把握，否则就得等到爸爸、妈妈有空的时候，才能载我出去玩。尤其是旅行是和老师、同学们一起出去玩的回忆，这种机会不多，应该要好好把握，现在就让我们带着一颗愉快的心，准备出发喽！

在车上的我们，每一个人都是高高兴兴的，迫不及待的想要赶快到达目的地，无聊时，会看看窗外的风景、唱唱几首歌，或者和同学聊天、吃零食、玩扑克牌？……等。活动多采多姿、五花八门，一点也没有快晕车的感觉，时间过的好快，转眼间儿童乐园就呈现在眼前，我马上以迅雷不及掩耳的速度，跑向其中一个主题乐园，好好大玩特玩。我发现每一个区域的游乐设施、餐厅、商店……还有服务人员的穿着，都是配合着主题的特色、style，让这些游客都有身临其境的感觉，他们为了满足客人的需求，在吃的、穿着各方面下了功夫和技巧，这个主意让我深深的佩服，也难怪会吸引这么多的客人。

第二天我们要参观的地方是象山，一下车后，白茫茫的大雾加上北风飒飒的吹起，让人不但看不到眼前的景象，还冷的直发抖，恨不得能立刻窝在被窝里取暖；不过天气接着渐渐暖和起来，雾也慢慢散开，连太阳公公也出来凑热闹，有些同学热得赶紧把身上的外套脱掉，简直跟刚才的景象截然不同，有天壤之别。突然，我瞧见远方开了好几朵杜鹃花，身为爱花使者的我，赶紧呼朋引伴一起拍照留念，并且好好研究一番，虽然我们已经精疲力尽，但看看美丽的花朵，一天的疲劳，转瞬间烟消云散，心情也开朗起来。花对我们有很多益处，大家不妨也到象山来一趟赏花之旅吧！

第三天我们来到了民俗文化村，那里有空中缆车、马雅探险、幽浮……很多好玩、刺激的游乐设施，除了游乐设施之外，还有介绍传统风俗、文化、建筑置身其中，亲临其境、课本中所学都一一体现，让我觉得受益良多。

快乐的时光，总是很快的流逝，告别了民俗文化村之后，就准备踏上回程的旅途了，还好最后短暂的迷途羔羊被找了回来，为我们的旅行划上一个美好的句点，这趟旅程成为我生命中最难忘的、最美好的回忆。

草原的天气可谓变化无穷，先前一分钟还是阳光灿烂，但一下子却又是乌云密布，化成煤层。而乌云笼罩不到的地方却是阳光明媚，阳光透过云层，像是悬在半空中的一匹薄纱。云彩有的化成一棱棱，好像透视片上的肋骨，有的散成一座座岛屿，也有的被风吹成细长条的，好像半透明的银鱼，在蓝色大海中遨游。

每到寒暑假，弟弟都会吵着要去外面玩。爸爸妈妈不理，他就会一直吵。

再往里走，我看见水上有一座小桥。我问爸爸：“这是什么桥呀？”爸爸说：“这是断桥。非常有名哦。”这时一阵风吹来，非常凉快。再往里面走，池塘里种着许多荷叶和荷花，荷花散发着淡淡的清香，引来了游客的观赏，让人看了还想再看一遍，让人流连忘返。

再往里走一点，又有一座桥，是拱桥。洞非常大，能停下几只小船。说起船，刚好那里就可以划船。我们付了钱，就坐上了船。飘了一会，我像是走到了另一个世界一样，那里一点也不热，阵阵风吹来，让人心旷神怡。

飞快就到了下午，要回家了，我们依依不舍地走了。

The Laba Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday celebrated on the eighth day of the twelfth month of the lunar Chinese calendar. "La" is the name given to the 12th lunar month and 8 is pronounced as "ba" in Chinese, which translated is "Laba." There are several legends about the origin of this festivity and we could not tell which one is true. But what we know today is that this festival started as a sacrificial offering to ancestors. It was also a time for the ancient Chinese to pray to heaven and earth that there would be a bountiful harvest. Many people hoped for good luck as well for the coming year.

农历十二月初八是中国的传统节日——腊八节，腊代表中国农历的十二月，而八是eight的发音，因此，这个节日被翻译成腊八。关于腊八起源的传说有很多，我们已经不能辨其真假。时至今日，我们确定的是这个节日起初是为了祭祀祖先，祈求丰收以及为即将来到的一年祈福。

Traditionally, the Laba rice porridge is the most important element of the festival. Generally, the porridge contains eight ingredients which can include glutinous rice, red beans, millet, Chinese sorghum, peas, dried lotus seeds and some other ingredients, such as dried dates, chestnut meat, walnut meat, almond, peanut, etc. The porridge must be boiled for many hours and then offered as a sacrifice to the ancestors. This must be done before noontime. Also, it is tradition that family members eat the porridge together. Then they leave some as a symbol of hope for a good harvest the coming year.

从传统上讲，腊八粥是腊八节最重要的元素。腊八粥通常由八种材料做成，这些材料可以是黏米，红豆，小米，高粱，豌豆，莲子和一些诸如红枣，栗子，核桃仁，杏仁，花生等谷物。粥要熬制数小时，然后作为祭品祭献给祖先。这个祭祀活动一定要在中午之前完成。之后，家人们坐在一起吃腊八粥也就成了传

Another custom is the soaking of Laba garlic. Garlic is soaked in vinegar for more than twenty days starting from Laba festival. Then when the Chinese New Year comes, the garlic and vinegar is used alongside jiaozi on the table.

腊八节的另一传统式腌制腊八蒜。从腊八节那天起，就将蒜泡在醋中二十多天，这样，到春节的时候，就可以在餐桌上与饺子同食了。

For most people, they will choose to travel during holiday because they

want to relieve themselves from the high pressure of work. However, it happens

quite often that people often ran into traffic jams on the way to travel. Some

people think that we can relax ourselves by traveling no matter of how many

people there.

Some people would rather to stay in home than going out to travel because

they think there are too many people swarm into the scenic spots. In my point of

view, I would rather to stay indoors rather than going out to travel. Reasons

are listed below.

(1)别人帮助我

We became friends by accident. One day Jack was playing basketball on the playground. Amazed at how skillful he was, I made up my mind to play as well as him. I was grateful when he agreed to teach me. Every time when I wanted to give up halfway, it was Jack who encouraged me. Gradually, I mastered the skills and became confident enough to challenge the best players in our school.

(2)我帮助别人

It happened on a Friday when I was seated in a crowded bus, heading for my school. It was just at that moment that an elderly lady with her little grandson stepped onto the bus. Immediately, I offered my seat to them without hesitation. The elderly lady expressed her great appreciation to me and we enjoyed a pleasant short trip together.

(3)做家务表示对父母的感恩

Being a 15-year-old middle school student and feeling my parents have done so much to me, I have been considering what I can do for them to show my gratitude. Last Sunday, when my parents went out shopping, I decided to take this opportunity to do something helpful for our family. Not only did I clean the bowls and cookers, but I put all the messy things away. Tired and sweaty, I was about to open the door to throw rubbish when my parents showed up at the door. They were amazed to see what I had done and praised me. From then on, I determined to work harder to do more for my family.
