《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

6、终日灰暗的天，阴沉的让人窒息，天空中一颗星也没有，我只好数月亮来打发时间：“一个月亮，一个月亮，还是一个月亮。城市的油菜显得那么精神，精神到一种病态的碧绿，自来水煮沸后的开水也失去了井水那美丽的涟漪和馨甜的甘爽，母亲费尽心血煮出的美食也唤不起我的胃口，只是像一台机器一样机械的吞食，早以失去了当时的惬意和舒爽。

于是，便出现了开头的那两句话：我真的怀念儿时的扬州，儿时的记忆。怀念，怀里揣着的思念;思念，思念却回不到从前。我辞别了扬州，却留下了一念挂牵。

7、永远忘不掉，我们曾经一起走过的日子，多么酸，又是多么甜……只是，很怀念曾经的日子，苦也作甜，痛也会笑。我们都是一个人走在人生的道路上，默默的，彼此不闻不问，形同陌路。而现在，不管是我赢了还是输了，你们都是什么也不说，而我也再没有听到过你们的鼓励和安慰，只有我的一声声哀叹。我本来就不太在意，被你们这么一安慰，我半天说不出话来，在那儿闷笑了半天。

8、谁知道呢，那在寂寞中漂流的一只只孤单的怀念之船，也许正是今日的诺亚方舟?在她的诗集历尽艰难终获出版之际，我愿表示我的关切和共鸣。偏偏这个时候，舒可文突然中了诗魔，不可遏制地以悲凉的心情歌咏怀念的主题。在怀念遭到否定的时代，诗人们纷纷沉默、改行或自杀了。诗原是怀念之物。所以，尽管史诗的时代早已结束，甚至民谣也衰弱了，作者仍要从民谣里偷一把麦秸，编一只怀念之船，渡她穿越世纪末的冰川，去寻找消逝了的童年和故土。

9、怀念让我们学会如何把太多的感性隐藏在理性的背后，怀念让我们懂得在这斑斓起伏的大千世界拥有一颗平常心是多么的重要。怀念让我发觉曾经有多么美好的东西在瞬间却已灰飞烟灭。

10、怀念可以从一个全新的角度审视自己，重新拾起那些很久未曾出现过的感觉。认识到许多深刻的哲理，怀念，是一种快乐。越长大越怀念，怀念过去美好的回忆。而回忆只能代表过去，“百川东到海，何时复西归?少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲。”又吟《长歌行》这首五言古诗，由怀念过去想到人生易逝，越发觉得我们少年人要珍惜时光，努力向上!
