“年年岁岁花相似，岁岁年年人不同”。每逢大年三十，家家户户都要吃年夜饭，年夜饭是团圆饭，也是喜庆饭，俗话说得好，打一千，骂一万，三十晚上吃顿饭。

饭要一口口吃，菜得一道道做，三十的早上，爸爸妈妈匆匆忙忙去超市买了许多菜，有活蹦乱跳的鱼虾，有横行霸道的大闸蟹，有金灿灿的小南瓜，有神气活现的大公鸡，有碧绿的橄榄菜，还有凉拌菜，看着这一堆的菜，就知道年夜饭够丰盛了。我在家可是小小艺术家，有着丰富的想象力，摆凉菜可是我拿手的，我把同一种凉菜摆在一个盘子里，每一盘尽量摆出新颖的造型。我把竹笋摆成一排排，起名叫“小小竹排”。把蒸好的小南瓜放在盘子中央，上面盖上妈妈切好的鸡蛋饼，四周放上香菜，一朵向日葵就盛开了。把妈妈炸好的小黄鱼摆在盘子的右下方，把豆腐干切成细条，摆成一座龙门，哈，鲤鱼跳龙门了，最后把妈妈事先调好的汁子浇上，看着这一道道菜，红的红，绿的绿，黄的黄，不仅色彩搭配和谐，而且造型也很美，真让人垂涎三尺!

八宝饭是年夜饭中必不可少的一道菜，我把从超市买来的半成品直接放在碗里蒸上半小时就行了，蒸汽腾腾，象征着来年的蒸蒸日上。厨房飘来一阵阵肉香，哇!是妈妈在炖我最爱吃鸡肉!掀开锅盖，就想拿筷子夹，可妈妈说：“现在还不行，鸡得慢慢地炖，平时随便做做，烧糊了也无所谓，但年夜饭讲究的就是过年的那份虔诚的心呐!烧到最恰到好处才好!” 我也只好咽咽口水，等待神圣的时刻到来。

听，家家户户传出的砧板声，大街小巷传出的爆竹声，再夹杂着处处的说笑声，此起彼伏，洋洋盈耳，交织成除夕欢快的乐章。啊，年夜饭在每个人的心中永远是甜蜜的!
