这个暑假，我参加了社区组织的保护环境活动，这次活动主要是针对一次性用具展开的。

在社区里，我们经常能看到大家拎着塑料袋，使用一次性的纸杯，在小餐馆里，大多数使用的都是一次性筷子，还有快餐盒等等。因此，社区领导针对此现象，展开了一次环保活动，由小区里居民自愿报名参与。

我们将使用一次性用品对我们人的身体和对社区的环境所产生的影响一一列举出来，然后打印出来。早上我们站在小区的不同入口，将传单分发给居民。假如他们有时间，我们会为他们一一做解答。傍晚，我们在社区的空旷处举办了一次活动，主要是让大家上去讲讲对一次性用品的认识，最后活动的领导对使用一次性用品的弊处进行总结，并告诉大家如何从自己的身边进行环保，呼吁大家不要使用一次性用品，一起保护环境，保护我们的地球。虽然这一天的时间活动让我觉得很累很辛苦，但我从中锻炼了自己，并且学到了很多课堂上学不到的东西。也通过这一天的实践，使我有了些关于保护环境的心得体会。

这次活动让我深刻的体会到，当今社会保护环境的重要性，和如今环境问题的严重程度超乎我们的想象，同时也明白“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”。社会实践使我们找到了理论与实践的最佳结合点。也知道了保护环境光是口头上说是没用的要靠我们的实践行动来证明，通过实践活动才能更深刻的了解如今环境问题的严重性。

在我们亲自打扫社区街道卫生，分发环保传单时。发现虽然有些人对环保，对低碳并不陌生。可是他们在生活中却往往不知从何入手，因而并未采取什么切实的行动。甚至有些人，在我们上前宣传时，会远远的避开，一脸冷漠、事不关己高高挂起的样子。或许我们的环保意识的确有待加强，我们并不能再停留在口头上，而是加强实践，注重树立精神上的榜样。

Also,there are some people who don`t pay attention to hygiene and they can`t stop littering the rubbish casually or spitting everywhere all the time.And in addition, there are a few factories often cutting down the trees, discharging chemicals and dirty water and so on.And it causes many problems like the Greenhouse Effect.If they do these day by day and our life will be harder and harder,so we have to stop them. To stop them we can put up commonweal advertisements and tell them the detriment of destroying the environment.So we can start from now to make a beautiful life.

世界原本是美丽的，而被人类污染的世界是丑陋的，世界上有的河水是绿色的，里面有很多垃圾，而且非常臭呢！世界上有些地方的大路和小路上都是垃圾，一开车就踩到没吃完的食物和没喝完的饮料，把牛奶盒压出牛奶味，会招惹苍蝇，还会变得很臭、很恶心。

世界很大，也就代表垃圾也很多。扔在地上的香蕉皮会让人摔跤，草地上的大树也成为受害者，吃完就随手一扔，很容易扔到大树。大树会很容易发臭，有蚂蚁爬来爬去，严重的还会枯萎。

爱护环境有个小故事。有天早上，我在校园的操场上看见一个男孩子，吃完了零食就随手把包装袋扔在了地上。我赶紧跑上去，说：“你这样做不对。会破坏校园环境。”我还叫他把垃圾扔在垃圾箱里。小男孩看我一眼，就立刻跑开了。我弯下腰拾起包装袋放进了垃圾箱。老师表扬了我，我很高兴呢！

其实我觉得环保不光是大人的事，也是我们小学生应尽的责任和义务。其实，绿化家园，保护生态，不是一件遥不可及的壮举。环保，从自己做起！行动，从身边的一点一滴的小事做起！

地球是我家，保护靠大家；爱护地球，人人有责。为此，我向大家提出以下建议：

1、不滥砍滥伐树木，不随意毁坏自然资源；

2、尽量节约纸张，不把没用完的笔记本随意扔进垃圾筒筒；

3、随手关紧关好水龙头，一学浪费一滴自来水；

4、尽量不使用一次性筷子；

5、不随地乱扔垃圾，特别是废旧电池及塑料袋;

6、不污染水资源，不把脏水、废水和有毒物质倒入河中，保护水中小生命；

7、随手关闭电源，人不在时不开启电灯、电视等家用电器，尽量节约每一度电；

8、不滥捕滥杀野生动物，与动植物和谐相处；

以上几点建议，虽然不成熟，也不全面，希望大家携手努力，从我做起，从身边小事做起，人人行动起来，保护我们身边的生活环境，保护人类的共同家园——地球，让地球妈妈恢复原来美丽壮观景象，让我们的明天更加美好。

今天我从小区里看到了这样一幕。

是我感悟到：保护环境，是我们最基础的事，难道连“保护”两字也做不到吗？你想想，如果将垃圾扔到河里，可能会让河水污染，甚至会让鱼儿们死亡；如果将垃圾扔到空中，或许会污染空气，使天空雾蒙蒙的。

今天我在此呼吁大家保护环境！保护环境？为什么？因为现在的环境已大不如从前，如果我们还不保护他，那害的终是我们自己。

不仅如此，由于人类放肆破坏环境，现在有了一种叫“PM2。5”的可吸入颗粒物。它们传播在空气中，每吸一口气都会有“PM2。5”，而它们极小，是头发丝的二十分之一不止，因此它们可以轻易地在我们身体游动。几乎排不出，它们长期在人类身体居住，使人类出现血管缩小等不良现象。而雾霾里就有许多“PM2。5”。

俗话说，大自然不需要人类，人类却需要大自然。和大自然相比人类是渺小的，可人类依着数量多，运用垃圾、废气等，不断破坏大自然。而大自然将资源给予我们，却受到我们的攻击，大自然也会反击，它利用自然力量可以把我们的生活击毁，而人类不停地破坏，最终受害的还是我们自己。地球一没，全人类都得亡。

那我们要怎么保护环境呢？首先，我们要尽可能地反复利用资源，垃圾分类，最好环保地处理掉垃圾。尽量“绿色出行”，少坐私家车，出门坐公交。出门“五宝”，餐具、环保袋、饭盒、水瓶和手帕，尽量不用一次性物品，减少垃圾。不说人人，只要是全世界70%这样做，我们的地球一定会再次湛蓝。

虽然这件事已经过去一年了，但是，这件事让我学会了，如果世界上都扔一块垃圾在地面，那么整个地球就会变成一片废区，所以我们每个人都要保护环境，保护地球，世界才会更美好!

“节约用纸”这个概念对我们来说，比起节约水电来似乎遥远了一点。很少有人清楚节约用纸和保护生态环境有什么直接关系。如果我说节约用纸也就是植树造林的话，也许你听了这话会觉得有些荒唐。然而你知道一张纸从何而来吗?造纸的原材料主要是树皮等植物的纤维。一棵树往往需要长几十年才能被人类利用。人类是无情的，电锯声中，几十年长成的大树轰然倒地。那些木材，运往造纸厂，变成了一张张纸。纸给人类带来了方便，但同时给森林造成了极大的影响。由于人们盲目的砍伐，现在树木也越来越少了。

树木对人类的贡献仅仅是可以用来造纸吗?不，树木还是制造氧气的“工厂”，树木能够吸收有害物质。如果没有树木，就没有氧气，那人类也就无处安身。树木还可以涵养水源，防止水土流失。5万亩森林的贮水量就相当于100万立方米的小型水库。

林木的消失危害巨大。许多高山原本覆盖着成片林木，郁郁葱葱，一望无际。但是，由于人们的破坏，现在有许多地方已成为真正“黄土高原”。大地脱去了外衣，裸露出了黄色的皮肤，由于没有了树木，大量的泥土流失了。近几年来山体滑坡，泥石流等自然灾害时刻威胁着人们的生命安全。大量的泥沙堆积河床，一遇洪水还可能造成河坝决口改道，造成洪灾。如此大的危害，我们怎能无动于衷?植树造林迫在眉睫。

每年的3月12日是“植树节”。这一天，许多人都拎着工具去植树。植树造林是一项艰巨的任务，也是一项永远的任务。我们可以在心中播散“节约用纸”的种子，种植“植树造林”的树木。

“多用一张纸能花多少钱?”难免有人会这样嘀咕。其实，节约就等于创造财富。从相关资料了解到：目前，我国每生产一吨纸就要耗费7棵大树、100立方米的水。如果每人每天浪费一张纸，全国就要浪费约2700吨纸、27万吨水。相反每节约5000张A4的纸就等于节约1立方米木材，如果全国每人每天节约1张纸，一年就节约4745亿张纸，一棵二十岁的树可造3000张A4纸，如果这样算来就可少砍伐1581666棵树，“这个天文数字多么振奋人心啊!从这一点可以看出节约用纸也就是植树造林。

多么惊人的数据呀!你节约用纸吗?你知道如何节约用纸吗?很多人用纸只用一面，用完后就扔掉了。他们认为只要有钱，就可以买到数不尽的纸，也不在乎这一两页的空白纸。但是，这是多大的浪费啊!如果每个人都这样浪费，那这个世界还会有森林吗?所以，为了保护森林，保护绿色植物，我们要努力做一个节约的人。用纸要尽量最大限底地利用它，而且还要想方设法地回收利用。

Today the quality of our natural environment has become an important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

春天到了，燕妈妈带着小燕子从南方飞回来了。

Good environment can make people feel happy and fit 。 To improve the environment means to improve our life。

We should plant more trees and flowers around us 。 We shouldn’t cut them down 。 We should stop factories from pouring waste water into the river and waste gas into the air。
