有这样一个小故事：三个工人在砌一堵墙。有人过来问他们：你们在干什么?

第一个人抬头苦笑着说：没看见吗?砌墙!我正在搬运着那些重得要命的石块呢。这可真是累人啊……

第三个人满面笑容开心地说：我们正在建设一座新城市。我们现在所盖的这幢大楼未来将成为城市的标致性建筑之一啊!想想能够参与这样一个工程，真是令人兴奋。

十年后，第一个人依然在砌墙;第二个人坐在办公室里画图纸——他成了工程师;第三个人，是前两个人的老板。

可见，一个人的工作态度折射着人生态度，而人生态度决定一个人一生的成就。

虽然成功是由多种因素制约的，但态度是首要解决的问题。有人在做过万人次以上的调查后发现了态度和成功的一些规律：成功的第一大类要素与他们的态度有着直接的关系，如积极、主动、果断、毅立、奉献、乐观、信心、雄心、恒心、决心、爱心、责任心等这样因素大概占80%左右;第二类要素，属于后天修炼所得，叫“技巧”，如善于处理人际关系、口才好、有远见、创造力强、技术好、工作能力强，这类要素大概占13%左右;第三类属于客观要素，如运气、机遇、环境、长相、天赋等，这类要素大概占7%左右;同时，还归纳了这三者的关系：第一，态度与技巧是因果关系。第二，成功需要持续的好运气。

所以，我们做任何事情，成败的关键在于我们做事的态度，关键在于我们是直面困难、解决困难，还是回避困难、在困难面前放弃。这是一个态度问题。

在实际的生活当中，我们常听到这样的抱怨：“工作很累，钱挣的很少”，“做同样的工作，为什么他挣的比我多呢?”，“领导为什么只重视他，委以他重任呢?”诚然，这样的情况实际中确实存在。带着情绪工作，肯定不会有出的表现。试想，左手边站着一个态度积极向上、右手边站一个灰心丧气、凡事都摇头的员工，领导会做出什么样的选择?

工作和生活需要热情和行动，需要努力，需要一种积极主动、自动自发的精神，这就要求我们以积极的态度对待工作对待他人对待生活。有积极的态度才能够担负起责任，才能够团结，才能够开拓创新，才能够应对各种复杂的问题。

态度决定选择，态度决定思路，态度决定一切。让我们从现在开始，以积极的态度来勇于超越自我，不断完善自我，丰富我们的人生吧!

Competition is a common phenomenon in our social life. We compete when we play games and when we try to do better than others in our study. There is constant competition for academic degrees, jobs, customers, money and so forth. In a sense, competition is one of the motive force to the development of society.

In fact, the only way our world reward people is to give laurels to the winners, not to the losers. What is more, by attempting to compete at different activities, we learn to win and lose, gain experience and know our strengths and weaknesses. Competition prepares us for the tough things in life.

To go ahead, to acquire possession, we should be competitive. To us, industriousness and ambition are positive values.

Whether in games, in study or in business alike, the aim is to win the game, the degree, the trophy, and the contract. Learning to be competitive is clearly the best preparation for life.

大作文就是面对人生的两种态度，先列个提纲，写作文老师给分的时候，作文是没有标准答案的。但是我们给分的时候考虑四件事儿，第一，你写的字数够不够。第二件事儿你写的跑题了没有，我觉得今年的大作文跑题的可能性不大。倒是英语(二)的作文非常不好写，一个是电子字典，一个表格，表格里，不同的年龄人对企业有一种态度，这个不好写。大作文一个是字数够不够，第二个看你跑题了没有，第三看卷面是不是干净，不要写的一塌糊涂。老师给分最重要的一点，看你用词造句有没有一定的难度。不管怎么说，英语考试已经过去了，大家应该集中力量，不管考的好还是坏，就像这张画一样，抱着这种态度，因为已经过去了，咱们应该乐观的向前走，咱们应该准备好明天的考试，我觉得才是正事儿。这个考的好不好已经是过去式了。还有一件事儿需要鼓励大家，如果你觉得这个作文好写你也不要太骄傲，你觉得好写别人也觉得好写，如果你觉得特别难也不要泄气，你觉得难别的人也好不到哪儿去。最后考研是看一个平均分，如果大家都是40分，45分就是高分了，如果大家都是60分，那50分就算低分了。所以，它是一个选拔考试，大家也不要过分的在意，咱们应该集中力量把下一步工作做好。做过的就让它过去，以后有时间再慢慢总结。郭老师是这种看法。

态度可以改变人生。一部美国励志电影《风雨哈佛路》，讲述女孩的不完整的家，接着是女孩埋葬妈妈后开始奋发向上的历程。而这部电影的成功之处，是因为有树立了一个和主人公相同年龄的女孩做对比，他选择了逃避，同样有着悲惨的家庭背景，却放弃努力，靠政府资助混日子。而主人公在经历奋力拼搏后，如愿的进入哈佛大学。虽然说，根据真正的传奇女孩的故事改编，但，人可以看到那种力量。以积极的态度面对种.种不幸，他一路前途光明，而用消极态度对待人生的伙伴，却只能被世俗的黑暗所困扰。所以说，态度可以改变人生。

态度可以改变意念。曾经有这样一个故事，三个人看蜘蛛爬墙，第一个人认为蜘蛛笨，于是变得聪明，而第二个人感动于蜘蛛的坚强，于是开始变得坚强第三个人看着蜘蛛一次次爬上有一次次的掉下去，想着自己也一样像蜘蛛一样碌碌无为，于是变得消极。同一只蜘蛛，影响了三个人的意念，也从此影响到了他们的路途。不同的意念产生不同风的结果，而不同的意念又是因为态度的不一，所以，态度可以改变意念。

态度决定成败。经常听老师说，细节决定成败，过程决定结果。是的，而细节，又可是粗略的就能观察到?每个班，总有成绩好于成绩不好的学生，但无一例外，都是同一个老师教出来的。这么说来，学习成绩好于成绩差都完全取决于自己。没有坚决认真学习的态度，又怎会有出群的高成绩。虽然有社会事物的变迁，学习的好坏与未来的工作几乎已谈不上什么联系，但这是一种态度问题，同时，由学校扩大至社会，那个成功人士，没有用严谨认真的态度对待自己的工作?

Therapid development of the Internet in China has brought us great convenience in our daily life and work. We can send e-mail or even talk to our friends or parents via the Net. We can get whatever we need on line. So some people think we can learn all we need on the Internet.

But I do not agree with this opinion, because sometimes I find many students play the computer games, or talk about love affairs through the Net, which makes them fall behind others in study. In my opinion, the Internet should be a good tool for us to communicate with others rather than an invention for fun.
