city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited

that evening.

This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The

plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would

never forget the trip.

If I were to leave my home for a year, there is one thing I definitely

would take with me: my cell phone. With my cell phone, I could call my friends

or family if I ever was lonely, needed advice, or just wanted to talk.

From the report we can see that in 20XX,40 percent of people stayed at home for holidays. But now the proportion has reduced to 9 percent. More people go out for fun. The proportion of camping and traveling abroad was increasing steadily, from 10 percent in 20XX to 38 percent in 20XX, and 12 percent in 20XX to 26 percent in 20XX respectively. People enjoy the fresh air, clean Water and green hills when they go camping in the suburbs. In 20XX,38 percent people enjoyed going to the seaside while in 20XX only 27 percent prefer to go there. Why did those changes appear? I think there are several reasons. First, it s because people can afford traveling. Second, people prefer to pursue a high-quality and colorful life. On the first day, I just stayed in the hotel and rested. On the second day, my brother and I went to Nanjing Road. It’s the busiest street in Shanghai. When we got there, there were lots of people. We walked from one shop to another. I bought two T-shirts and two pairs of trousers for the coming summer. The T-shirts and trousers I bought are all white because white is my favourite colour. My brother also bought some clothes. On the third day, my mother took me to Jinjiang Entertainment Centre. It was full of people. I played many kinds of gamesthere. I had a good time. The other days, I went to some other interesting places, such as the Oriental Bright Pearl TV Tower, the Huangpu River and Shanghai International Conference Centre. I didn’t forget to do my homework in the evening. I had a full and happy holiday.

Last summer vacation,my family and I went to Qingdao by train.There was always sunshine and fresh air,which made us so comfortable.We went to the seaside,the sea was as blue as the sky,and bathing in the sunshine on the beach, was really an enjoyable thing.I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with my little sister.There we bought many interesting souvenirs,I was planing to send them to my friends.We ate many tings there,such as fish,prawn,and so on.They are very delicious.Then we lived in a clean and tidy hotel,and the price was not so expensive.I like Qingdao very much,and if I got a chance,I hope to come here again,it is such a beautiful and interesting place.

We got to Hong Kong early in the morning. It had taken us about 2 hours to come here by plane. It is really an exciting city and very different from Taiyuan. My uncle showed my mother and me around Hong Kong. We visited Hong Kong Park.
