The peacock impressed me so much, it looked homely when it laid down the ground, but when it stood up and opened the wings, it was so gorgeous. People said peacock was proud, indeed, it would not please people. I had a good time in the zoo.

Last May 4th was my birthday.I had a party at my home.

My relatives and friends came to my home in the evening.And I got a lot of presents from them.My mother prepared a big birthday cake for me.

There are even candles on it.After singing the song “Happy birthday”，I shared the cake with my friend and relatives.Then we watched TV and listened to music.Same of the girls danced with the music.We had a good time that day.

Now I want to say “Thank you my friends.Thank you my parents！I ’m so happy！”

苦之乐

以苦作乐，自古以来就是中华民族坚韧不拔的原因，全世界的人亦是如此，著名雕塑家米开朗琪罗在他的日记中写道：我能在苦难中创作，因为他给我灵感，也给我乐趣。似的我们应在苦难中看到快乐，这样才能逆流而上，冲破困境。

杨坤在《空城》中这样唱道：“任由你，自由的，耗在我苦中作乐。”可谁知这看似洒脱的歌词中有多少忧伤。杨坤在出道前一直是一个默默无闻的歌手，找不到出人头地的希望，但是他咬牙坚持住，他在苦痛的生活中找到了创作的乐趣

，不断努力，不断创作，才有了现在我们熟悉的杨坤。

在时间的长河中，有许多小人物在穷困潦倒中度过一生，可是出人头地的只有那么几个， 只是因为那些人只会在苦难的生活中抱怨现实罢了，并没有在苦难中真正地找到乐趣并为之奋斗，反观那些成功的人，他们无一不是在一次次跌倒中爬起，感受着生活中点点滴滴失败的快乐，慢慢地爬向顶峰，正因如此，在逆境中我们才要奋发向上，感受快乐，冲出困境。“ 吾庐独破受冻死亦足。”杜甫在苦难的人生之中找到了济世之乐，成就不朽诗圣之美名。“佳节又重阳，玉枕纱橱，人比黄花瘦。”李清照在对丈夫之死的无尽悲痛中找到了相思之乐，流芳千古。“寄意寒星荃不察，我以我血荐轩辕。”鲁迅在无尽的战争之苦中找到了振兴中华之乐，获“民族魂”的美誉。

印度诗人泰戈尔在《生如夏花》中写道：“我听见声音，来自山谷和心间。”这首诗包含着对生命的无尽热爱，但见过太多亲人爱人生死离别的他心中已经伤痕累累，可是什么撑起了他对生命如此的热爱？是他那种永远不放弃在苦中作乐的顽强精神。

可作为二十一世纪新青年的我们是怎么做的，只是学习的艰苦就让我们难以承受，整天喊苦喊累，我们应该学会以苦作乐，也许在艰苦的学习生涯中每天都会有汗水与泪水，一不小心就会迷失了方向，但我们仍要抱着以苦为乐的精神坚持下去，因为我们是祖国的希望。

农民工在艰苦的工作中想起家人会露出微笑，在暴雨天被雨水击打的大树看到树下躲雨的人会直起腰，我们也应如此，有一句话说的好：痛并快乐着。

March 12th is Tree Planting Day. This year our school bought enough  the trees before that day . On that day , we didnt had classes . The teachers and our classmates planted trees around our the school.

We began to planted trees as soon as we got to school . some students dug the holes . Some students put the trees into the holes.

Some students put the earth back to the holes. Then we pushed the earth hard with our feet . At last we watered the trees as much as possible.

From then on we looked after the trees carefully and the trees grew very well . It made our shcool more beautiful .And How happy we are !

沧海桑田神州巨变。在祖国万千人民的努力下，中国不再是那个东亚病夫，日益变得强大起来。我家有一本，只有三张照片的相册，而这一本小小的相册却记录着祖国翻天覆地的变化。

第一张照片是黑白的很模糊，而且还 发了黄。照片中奶奶穿着一件打了补丁的粗布熬脸上带着羞涩的笑意浮着一颗和他一样，瘦弱无力的桃树身后是一间简陋低矮的小茅屋，那时的生活并不太平百姓们吃不饱，穿不暖的。

第二张照片的生活，明显要比以前好了很多。奶奶说：‘’她照这张照片的时候33岁，我爸爸六岁那时候的生活好过多了，大家都忙着种田，小摊小贩们骑着自行车到处叫卖生活，渐渐走上了正轨，不在用挨饿受冻了，生活的很幸福。‘’

第三张照片是去年照全家福时，单独给奶奶照的。 奶奶穿着红色的印着福字的唐装，脸上洋溢着温暖而又惬意的笑容。身旁的桃树上已经挂满了果实，长的枝繁叶茂，身后的砖瓦房也变成了三层的小楼房，奶奶说：‘’现在多好啊，不愁吃不愁喝，冰箱彩电，电话手机，各种家电应俱全门前的水泥路已经变成了沥青马路，正是这全靠国家的英明领导青年人的不断创新才有我们现在的生活啊！‘’

合上这本相册，我不禁为国家翻天覆地的变化，而感到骄傲。在21世纪的今天透过熊熊燃烧的奥运圣火，让世界再一次认识了中国，告诉这世界，我们已经变得强大起来了。

一个国家的发展，不但需要国家的英明领导，同时也需要那些不断创新不断努力的，有志青年，他们为了自己的梦想，国家的创新努力奋斗。

梦想是一个人前进的动力，所以人一定要有一个梦想，并付之努力。小时候刘若鹏，希望能穿上一件隐身衣，这个曾经被别人嘲笑异想天开的梦想，却在他不断的努力之下实现了。刘若鹏在研制材料的过程中试验了，几万种材料，比当初爱迪生发明灯泡时试验的材料，还 要多，但是，一次又一次的失败并没有使他放弃，她坚持了下来找到了超级材料，实现了自己儿时的梦想，同时又为国家的军事方面做出了，卓越的贡献。

有人说将来我要成为一位战士去保卫祖国的和平，有人会说将来我要成为一名医生去救死扶伤。现在的我们应该怎样努力去实现这样的梦想呢？其中很重要的一点，那就是一定要坚持。当然学习也很重要。在上课时要认真听讲，回家要认真完成作业。在空闲的时间里，可以多看一些课外的名著，来增长，我们的见识。

一个人的个人习惯是非常重要的。我们应从身边的小事做起，做一个遵纪守法的好公民，红灯停绿灯行，守交通规则，当然只有自己遵守是不够的，要号召周围的人一起做起来。在路上看到小纸团玩笑伸出手捡起它扔进垃圾桶，在假期的空闲时间里去看望社区中的孤寡老人为他们送上一些温暖快乐……这些在生活中平常至极的小事却能给，社会增添一份美好。

在建设美好社会的过程中，有些人默默无闻的，做着自己的工作，毫无怨言，为社会增添了一份美丽。

每天清晨骑车去学校的时候，在路上，都会看见几个橙色的背影弯着腰捡着地上的垃圾。他们拿着微薄的工资干着繁重的工作，为城市增添了一份美丽。一天清晨，我骑着自行车，行驶在路上，看见一位清洁工人弯着腰捡着地上细细小小的小纸屑，小只限很多，我看见清洁工人一次又一次的弯腰，头上布满了汗水。我停下自行车，帮那个清洁工人一起捡小纸片。那个老人抬起头来看了，一眼说小姑娘，谢谢啦。现在的人乱丢垃圾得看着满地的小纸屑。‘我看着老人，不好意思地笑了笑说：‘’应该的。‘’

同学们，当我们要往地上丢垃圾的时候，请想一想有一群人要在清晨就开始清理垃圾到日暮，而你。捡起垃圾，却只是举手之劳。

世界需要有人去爱她。让我们一起行动起来吧，心动不如行动。

道路无止境，目标在前方。

一生中，我们一直在奔跑，人生就是那条无止境的跑道。在这条道路上没有终点，只有自己设定的目标。没有目标的人会迷失方向，有目标的人才会拥有成功。

获得成功的前提是确定一个你可以为之去努力的目标，这个目标要切合实际，能一味的空谈，更不能来回更换。目标虽不是一成不变的，但也不能随心所欲的去更换。目标多并不比目标少好，目标多会使你心烦意乱，而目标少则更容易使你集中精力。就好比你在做家庭作业，作业很多，但是你不知道从哪一项入手，你在这一科写几个字，又在那一科写几个字，到头来远远没有逐一完成的效率更好些儿，因此我们在选择目标时要学会筛选。

目标选定了，更重要的是为之去努力。

学校就是成长道路的一个路段，学业有成就是一个简单的目标。我们在学校教室中怀着成功的期盼努力学习;我们在跑道上迎着明媚的阳光向前奔跑。这是一个完成目标的必不可少的过程，这个过程有可能会枯燥无味或疲惫不堪。即使是这样也不能轻言放弃，因为只有付出辛勤的耕耘才会有等价的收获。“努力”二字说起来容易，做起来难。很少有人能迅速地认识到如何去努力，为什么去努力。有些人看起来很勤奋啊，但是我们知道那是瞎努力，因为他没有把目标和努力结合起来。由此可见有目标不能缺努力，有努力不能缺目标。人人都应当首先明白自己的人生目标是什么?自己一直的努力是为了什么?

道路无止境，目标在前方，这个道路应当是有努力构成的。目标虽远，但依旧可以抵达。

新年新计划(My plan for the new year)

The new year is coming!Now,its the time to make plans for the new year.Here is what I will do:

1.I will get better grades.Im good at English and Chinese, but I need to improve in my Math.Ill study better!

2.I will break my bad habits.I often get up very very late. To get early is good for my health. So Ill get up earlier than usual.

About ten years ago when I was an undergraduate in college， I was working as an intern at my Universitys Museum of Natural History. One day while working at the cash register in the gift shop， I saw an elderly couple come in with a little girl in a wheelchair.

As I looked closer at this girl， I saw that she was kind of perched on her chair. I then realized she had no arms or legs， just a head， neck and torso. She was wearing a little white dress with red polka dots.

As the couple wheeled her up to me I was looking down at the register. I turned my head toward the girl and gave her a wink. As I took the money from her grandparents， I looked back at the girl， who was giving me the cutest， largest smile I have ever seen.

All of a sudden her handicap was gone and all I saw was this beautiful girl， whose smile just melted me and almost instantly gave me a completely new sense of what life is all about. She took me from a poor， unhappy college student and brought me into her world; a world of smiles， love and warmth.

That was ten years ago. Im a successful business person now and whenever I get down and think about the troubles of the world， I think about that little girl and the remarkable lesson about life that she taught me.

纵观历史长河，数风流人物，多少豪杰不曾在少年时出类拔萃。以闻鸡起舞的美谈闻名于世的东晋著名将领祖逖十六岁才开始读书;一鸣惊人的齐威王成为霸主之前碌碌无为，治国无方;及锋而试的刘邦曾是一个游手好闲的街头混混……若是依照他们在起点的表现恐怕只能令人摇首叹息“朽木不可雕也”，然而脱离了平庸的起点，他们奔跑的姿态却愈发矫健，信念愈发坚定，当行至终点时，吴下阿蒙不复，他们成为了当之无愧的胜者。也许正是由于对自己在起点的表现不满意，他们的进取心才被激发，原本不起眼的轨迹也变得伟大起来。

反观许多在起点处就熠熠闪光的人们，他们的人生结局又是怎样?天赋异禀的方仲永曾令乡里折服，却最终泯然众人矣;才华横溢的江郎华采不再，落得个才尽的下场;而好莱坞那些在电影电视剧中时常露脸，习惯在镁光灯下长大的小小童星们，常常卷入吸毒、绯闻的漩涡中无法自拔。某位作家的话说得好：“早衰的代价是早亡。”过早显露锋芒的人生往往会被人群的喝彩扰乱，最终偏离正确方向。

前不久，某机构的一项调查显示，中国近三十年来各地诞生的几千名高考状元中，仅有一名在所在领域有所建树，剩下的状元们有的回母校做了教师，有的当起了普通公务员。无论个中缘由如何，总之，他们的成就远远低于社会预期。这些在起点跑得飞快的镀金状元证明了起点也并非决定最终成绩的不二法门。

人生的起点上，领先抑或是落后都无法影响前方漫长赛道上的表现。只有不懈地付也，不断地加速，方能摘取最后的胜利。

就让起点只是起点吧，无论优劣，人生的终点永远不可能被这最初的开始所左右!
