今年暑假我参加了一个拓展夏令营。其中有一项运动就是儿童攀岩比赛。高高的攀岩墙像一座山一样矗立在我面前。在它面前我显得那么渺小，我下意识地往后退了两步。“你上哪?”在一旁保护的老师说。“我，我……”我张口结舌不知该怎么办。这时候老师一边帮我系上安全带一边鼓励我说:“别怕，我会保护你的。你是个勇敢聪明的孩子。鼓足勇气，用你的智慧，就可以到达岩顶。”

这时候身后又传来同学的鼓励声:“勇敢点，别怕……”听了老师和同学的话我似乎有了勇气。“不入虎穴，焉得虎子。上!”我一边想一边伸脚迈向了攀岩墙上的第一个凸起。一步，两步，三步。一个漂亮的开头。没几下我已经爬到攀岩墙的中间了。我真的能行，勇气回到了我身上。正在激动，忽然发现前面已经够不着凸起了，又回到了第一次攀岩时的窘地，一只脚离地悬空1米左右，顿时冷汗就从头上流了下来。“啊!怎么办?……”我绝望地喊着，勇气早已跑得无影无踪了。“稳住，别怕，我会保护你的。”老师在给我打气。身后又传来同学们的鼓励声:“别害怕!别往下看!”

“勇敢点，我不能在同学面前丢脸。”自尊在心里为我鼓气。我深深地呼气深深地吸气，估计停留了几分钟，好像才找回了我的勇气。老师指导着我:“攀岩不一定只往上爬，没路的时候可以试着退回来看看。”按照老师的指导，我运用自己的智慧不断调整着前进路线。10公分，20公分，……，终于摸到了岩顶。“成功了，成功了……”

勇气和智慧是攀岩者的灵魂。我要感谢老师和同学，在他们的帮助下我找回了勇气。同时，我也要为自己高声喝彩，因为我靠自己的勇气和智慧攀上了岩顶，赢得了成功。

Everyone admires beauty. Everyone has his own standard about beauty.

Nowadays some people tend to think that they own beauty if they have a good

looking. They are not satisfied with their appearance. They spend much money

taking a kind of operation. Can beauty really be man-made? If so， everybody can

get beauty. As a result， there is no beauty at all.

The appearance is given by our parents and is unique in the world. Everyone

should value it. Id rather prefer nature as the standard of beauty. Just accept

yourself， accept everything the god gives to you， and create the beautiful life

belong to you.

Many heroes dont have beautiful surface. However， their beautiful images

often come to our minds. Their beauty comes from their contributions to the

society.

Dont be eager to judge whether a person is beautiful or not without a

thorough understanding of him. A beautiful person is not the one with a good

looking， but with a broad and kind heart.

Good looking is pleasant while spiritual beauty is more important. As an

我家的水族箱中养了七条鱼，分别是两条虎皮、两条彩裙、两条米奇和一条青苔鼠。

两条虎皮性格不一样，大虎皮活泼勇敢、身体健壮、花纹清晰明亮，比真老虎的花纹还好看。它还是水族箱里最凶猛的一个，水族箱的底部就是它的领地。当其它鱼入侵它的领地时，大虎皮就会赶它们走，赶上了就咬一口，几乎每天大虎皮都要这样“打扫”好几次“卫生”。小虎皮很瘦小，花纹也不很好看，还胆小怕事。但它很执着，总是呆在大虎皮的领地里休息，大虎皮怎么赶它也赶不走，就像大虎皮的一个“清不掉的垃圾”一样。彩裙很漂亮，是粉红色的，肚子是透明的，能够看到内脏和骨头。它们游起来像穿着粉色裙子的小姑娘在跳舞。它俩的关系很好，总喜欢在一起玩，而且我发现大虎皮从来不把它们赶出领地，难道是大虎皮见彩裙们太漂亮了，就主动给它俩“领地出入证”了?米奇的身体全是橙色的，唯独尾巴根儿那儿有个黑色的图案，特别像动画片中米老鼠的头像，怪不得叫米奇。小的米奇只有大米奇身长的一半，是水族箱中最小的一个。它游起来很快，比大米奇机灵，样子很可爱。大米奇身体很长，是水族箱中第二长的，仅次于青苔鼠，而且很肥，游动起来很笨拙。青苔鼠是黄色的，眼睛上有个小尖角，面目像老鼠，而且它只吃青苔，不吃别的，所以叫青苔鼠。它的嘴巴是个大吸盘，可以吃青苔，也可以吸在水族箱的壁上休息。它现在已经吃了很多青苔了，肚子都透出绿色了。

鱼儿们吃食儿的场景是非常精彩的。当我把鱼食撒下去时，大虎皮也不“打扫卫生”了，像一只箭一样冲上来，这儿吃一个，那儿塞一个，一下子往嘴里塞了五六个，成了个大猪嘴，就这样它还想往嘴里塞，塞不进去吐出来的它还会再试着塞进去，特别贪婪。让我惊讶的是平常挺温柔的彩裙，在吃食儿时却变得异常凶猛，也是一个箭步冲过去吃掉一粒鱼食，但是它们跟大虎皮不一样，是吃掉一粒再吃另一粒，速度很快，连大虎皮也抢不过它们。小虎皮吃食儿里也是一粒粒地吃，但只吃附近的，不吃离它远的。大米奇最笨了，因为速度慢，所以一个也抢不着，只能吃其它鱼的“剩菜剩饭”。小米奇总是躲在一个角落里偷偷地吃，因为它不能一口吞一个，所以它怕在光天化日之下自己的鱼食儿被别人抢走了。

这些鱼儿中我最喜欢大虎皮，因为它活泼、漂亮，而且勇敢、凶猛，它就是我家水族箱中的霸主。希望它们都能在我家快乐地生活。

在生活中人们都会不可避免地遇到对手，有的人将其视为不可逾越的鸿沟，望而却步，不战自败；而有的人却将其视为一次挑战，乘风破浪，奋勇直前，最终取得成功。可见，想要战胜对手，踏上成功的彼岸，就必须正确对待对手。那么，我们该如何正确对待对手呢？

要正确对待对手，就必须要了解对手。俗话说：“知己知彼，百战不殆。”只有全面了解了对手的情况，才能根据对手的优势和劣势制定出自己的方案，扬长避短，正确对待对手，将对手击败。“寡人不知其力之不足也，而又与大国执雠，以暴露百姓之骨于中原，此寡人之罪也。寡人请更。”正如勾践所说的，自己不了解吴国的情况，因此不知越国的势力大小。这导致了他兵败退守会稽山，派人请服的结果。随后，勾践将自己“寡人请更”的话付诸了行动。虽然亲自为吴王夫差作马夫，但却完全了解了夫差胜利后的享乐生活及吴国的国情。在国内，“令壮者无取老妇……非其身之所种则不食……”如此休生养息二十年，最终有了“苦心人，天不负，卧薪尝胆，三千越甲可灭吴。”的胜利，也赢来了“战士还家尽锦衣”的辉煌。由勾践的一败一胜，我们不难看出，了解对手对于正确对待对手是多么的重要。

要正确对待对手，还必须有战胜对手的信心和勇气，这样，对手便成为自己取得成功的助推器。为什么这样说呢？因为既然称之为对手，那么对方便拥有与自己旗鼓相当甚至超过自己的实力，想要战胜对方，肯定不会一帆风顺的。如果自己在对手面前退缩，没有比试便打退堂鼓，那么，自己将永远不会超过对手。相反，如果自己有了战胜对手的信心和勇气，便会积极地同对手竞争，并时时以对手为明镜，映出自己的优劣，加以改进。正是在对手的推动(应为“有对手的压力”)下，自己才会将自身的潜力挖掘出来，达到技高一筹的水平，最终战胜对手。奥运男子110米栏冠军刘翔在雅典奥运会之前与美国对手阿兰·约翰逊的比赛中屡战屡败，但最终在奥运会上一举击败对手，以12秒91的成绩破奥运会纪录，夺得金牌。是什么使刘翔最终击败了对手？是他的自信心和勇气。在他失败之时，他并没有陷入屡战屡败的阴影中，而是抱着战胜对手的自信心和勇气在以后的训练中更加刻苦，并以对手的强大来常常鞭策自己，以对手的存在来警示自己，“十年磨一剑”，经过长时间的训练，最终在奥运会上战胜对手。由此可见，拥有战胜对手的自信心和勇气，对于正确对待对手又是多么的重要。

As the Christmas Day is coming, our class decided to send some gifts to our

teachers, because we wanted to show our gratitude to them. At first, we had no

idea what to buy, because we wanted to do something special. So at last an idea

came to my mind. I advised to write a card, pasting some pictures of classmates

on it. Everybody agreed with me, so we spent a day to take some funny pictures,

and everybody wrote down their names on the card. When we sent this gift to the

teachers, they loved it so much. They were so impressed by this precious
