感恩家乡。作为云南人，我有幸从小在美丽的自然风光环绕下长大，在丰富的美食给养中长大，自从高中毕业离家去上海读大学，每年仅有两次回家机会，如今工作 了，离家更远，很可能一年才得回家一次。在许许多多人眼中，云南是一个偏远、落后的少数民族聚居地，那里有美丽的自然风光，也有恐怖的毒枭。我曾因自己来 自云南而自卑，曾嫌弃家乡经济落后。随着我思想逐渐成熟，我为自己对家乡的偏见感到惭愧。我懂得：云南，我的家乡，不应和其他经济发达的省市拼GDP，受 限于地理环境和国家宏观部署，它永远不可能成为经济强省。也正因为这样，它才能较好地保存其美丽的自然环境和淳朴的民风，而这是当代社会最稀缺的!看到片 中找松茸的卓玛，我想到了终生在农村耕作的爷爷奶奶，没有他们的辛勤付出就没有我的今天。无论我走到何处，最开心的是看到别人知道我是云南人时诧异的表情，“怎么可能，你普通话说得那么好;你的英语说得那么好;你居然跑到那么远的地方来……”没错，我是云南人，我离开家乡不是嫌弃它落后，而是那里的生活 过于安逸，年轻的我要追求挑战与超越，我要让云南人的名字传遍中国，传到海外。总有一天，“彩云子弟”会回家……

感恩祖国，感恩人民。无论是采摘松茸的卓玛、出海打渔的林红旗、年迈的鱼把头，还是挖藕的兄弟俩，亦或是种笋的老包、阿亮，研制火腿的诺邓父子……他们都是平凡的人，为了生活干着平凡的事业。但正是这些生活简朴的中国人的辛勤劳动让我们能够享受到一道道人间美味。

感恩自然。人与自然的关系可以用“皮之不存，毛将焉附”来形容，是大自然赐予了我们生命，自然是我们人类真正的母亲。

作为一个忠诚的吃货，不可能在《舌尖上的中国》这部纪录片如此火爆时无动于衷。当我屁颠屁颠流着哈喇子观看着那一种种闻所未闻色味俱佳的美味的同时，流着口水的同时还有泪水。也许我体会到了那比吃更可贵的情感……

无可否认的是，这部纪录片在“勾人馋虫”方面做得非常出色，网友们大呼“受不了”，不看《舌尖上的中国》不知道全中国竟然有那么多闻所未闻的美食：炸乳扇、炒麻食、鱼头泡饼、汆乌鱼子、黄鱼鲞；还有那些听着就口水吧嗒的菜：腊汁肉夹馍、醉湖蟹、梅菜烧肉……看完这部片子，大家的口水都止不住了！《舌尖上的中国》，讲的是天南地北的中国美食，可谓包罗万象，此片看后必然让你垂涎三尺，都说民以食为天，想要减肥的朋友们看片要三思哦！至于我，反正没hold住~~

但是，《舌尖上的中国》给人带来更多的是感动。看着冬笋挖出来，火腿吊起来，渔网里闪闪发亮，揭开蒸笼冒着白花花的蒸汽的馒头，拉面摔打在案板上的脆响，挖藕人吃着用自己双手挖出的藕的朴素的笑，都让人激动得想落泪，多可爱的中国！

那是一个令我记忆犹新的片段。从每年农历十一月初开始，老黄每隔三天，会拉着自己家里做的七百个馍馍，骑一个半小时的三轮车，到县城里去卖。一年中最冷的两个月，老黄可以卖出15000个黄馍馍，老黄卖的黄馍馍，就是用糜子面做成的馒头。是陕北人冬天最爱吃的一种主食。上碾，揉面，发酵……每一个过程都让人感到温暖。当老黄赶着驴磨糜子时，当清晨第一缕阳光照在老黄驮着700个黄馍馍的车子上时，当老黄拼命蹬着车子赶路时，当有人买老黄的黄馍馍时，当老黄自豪地说自家的黄馍馍最好吃时，当老黄卖黄馍馍吆喝时，那笑容，是我们这些生活在快节奏生活中，生活在繁华浮躁的城市中，久违的真诚的笑容！那从片段中流露出的人文关怀与脉脉温情，令人回味……

《舌尖上的中国》呈现的不仅仅是美食，还有用具体的人物故事串联起的中国各地美食生态，这其中，有制作的技巧，有艰辛的劳作，有相濡以沫的真情，有端上桌的美食，也有食物的演变过程，有方寸间的方桌厨房，也有广袤的祖国山河……《舌尖上的中国》存在的意义已经超越了美食纪录片，它告诉我们一个真实的、原味的中国，带着土地的气息和米面的甜香。

这是盐的味道，风的味道，山的味道，云的味道……这也是时间的味道，人情的味道，久违的味道~~这些味道，在漫长的时光中，与故土、乡亲、质朴、勤俭、坚韧等等情感与信念混合在一起，才下舌尖，又上心头！
