My mother and I bought a lot of New Years goods including melon seeds, peanuts, chickens, ducks, fish, meat, ham, cola and all kinds of famous tobacco. We also bought a lot of fireworks. Haha, we are so happy. At home, my mother swept the floor, my father wiped the floor, and my brother put the Spring Festival couplets on it. The Spring Festival couplets are written to congratulate you on your fortune and good luck. The sister posted the window flowers. My mother even brushed the wall white for the Spring Festival. Today was Sunday, I was so happy because our family had a big meeting, we went to the park to have the barbecue. We called our relatives to join us, it was such a great party. In the park, I played with my cousins, we were taking a visit of the park while the parents were doing the barbecue.

When my counsins and I played so tiredly, we went to join the grow-ups’ activities.

The fathers were talking about the business stuff, while the mothers were talking about the children and their daily life. Our family was so harmonious, we shared the things together and helped each other. I like this activity so much, I wish my families can have more time to be together.

Sichuan is located in the Upper Yangtze Valley in the southwestern part of the country. ChenMo is my desk mate who is a good student in the eyes of classmates andteachers.

She is the first one to get to school every day.

Usually, she spendshalf an hour in learning English that takes us much to remember vocabularies andread the articles. Moreover, she not only focuses on her own study, but alsohelps other students in need.

Classmates like asking her for help, because sheis always ready for help.

However, I prefer to regard her as my friend ratherthan desk mate.

We communicate with each other frequently after class.

We discussour study as well as share our lives. She is desperately interested in playingbadminton, so do I. We would play badminton very Friday after class, whichhelps us relax ourselves as well build our body. It’s so great to have a deskmate that has interest in common.

陈茉是我的同桌，她是老师和同学眼里的好学生。她每天都是第一个到教室的。

通常，她会花半个小时学习英语。英语需要花比较多的时间去记单词和读课文。陈茉不仅专注于自己的学习，也积极帮助其他有需要的同学。

今天是年初七，我跟表姐一起到大冲镇的卓旗山庄观看了一场精彩 “贺新春杂技汇演”。我们来到之后，先找到表演杂技的地方，找个位置坐下，再耐心的等待着表演开始。

“表演开始了”，不知道是谁大喊一声。我们立刻回过神来。

第一个节目是，小猴子骑老山羊走绳子。只见老山羊背着小猴子一步一步地走在绳子上，嘿，过了。真令人惊讶呀！接下来的节目更精彩！比如说：走钢丝、老虎跳火圈、狮子老虎跨美人滑秋千、狗熊做运动、空中秋千……等等 这 “贺新春杂技汇演”的主角主要是动物们。

这次的“贺新春杂技汇演”真是有意义啊！
