People always say that we are lacking of the eyes of realizing the beauty in life. I cant agree with it anymore. Last week, I woke up very early in the morning, so I decided to take a walk. 有一句话是说：“毕业等于失业。”是的，在学校，我们住学校的，吃父母的，生活无忧无虑，面临毕业，我们就面临要接受生存的考验。在当今这个就业形势非常严峻的今天，大学生对将来的生活很茫然，对找工作也充满了恐惧感，但是，不能因为害怕避而远之，今天，我们要讨论的就是：大学生就业的问题。

记得小时候，老师让我们谈理想，我们有的想当科学家，有的要当医生，有的要当老师，我们有远大的理想，但是现实是，随着年龄的长大，我们不得不意识到，并不是科学家适合你，你也不一定适合做老师或医生，每个人都要有合适自己的职业。

此时此刻，我想给大家讲一个故事，这是发生在元朝初期的故事。一个风和日丽的下午，一个年轻人跋山涉水，他走过居庸关，跨过蒙古草原，一直来到了正在关外带兵作战的成吉思汗的帐篷外，年轻人向卫兵说明来意后，卫兵仔细搜查了他的身上是否是武器，发现没有，然后让他走进帐篷。成吉思汗见来人很有礼貌，询问之后才知道，原来这个年轻人是来投奔他的。这个年轻人叫做耶律楚才，是个契丹贵族，生长在燕京，也就是今天的北京，他的祖先耶律阿保机，是赫赫有名的辽国辽太祖。经过这次见面，成吉思汗给他安排了一个职位，一个每天写会议纪要的书记官，偶尔也为蒙古贵族算算命，占卜占卜一下星相什么的。耶律楚才没有因为拒绝，他欣然接受了这个工作，后来，他从一个小小的官做到宰相，而且一做宰相就是元朝的名宰相，为元朝的发展做出了巨大的贡献，也实现了自己的人生价值。

从这个故事当中，我意识到大学生找工作要从三个方面考虑，第一应该敢于主动去找工作，敢于主动去寻找机会就业;第二不要眼高手低，任何工作都需要持之以恒、工作是不分贵贱;第三，不要认为自己的起点高，就一定要从事高等的工作，放低自己才能找到合适的。现在的竞争很激烈，大学生有去洗脚有去做服务员的，每一份工作都是一个机会，机会也不是到处都有。我们大学生要真正走出象牙塔，就要主动出击，主动寻找就业机会。有这样一个现象，有的大学生抱怨自己没有关系，抱怨父母不给安排好工作，在现在的社会，机会不是别人给的，而是自己去找的。每当机会降临的时候，我们不能眼高手低，也不要吃着碗里的，看着锅里的，任何工作我们都要任劳任怨，勤勤恳恳的坚持下去，总有一天，我们会得到社会的认可，用我们所写的知识，实现自己的价值。

我按平时的规律吃晚餐、打扫屋子、写作--做着日常事务。然后我躺下，希望能快点入睡，新的一天就能快点到来--拥有新生太阳的崭新的一天。可当我躺在那儿，等待着世界的日夜回转时，我想到了她。有时我会笑起来，有时那微笑变成了窃笑，然后窃笑又常常变成爆笑。

今年暑假里，我同爷爷奶奶一起到北京参加为学杯作文决赛夏令营活动。

2014年7月13日的晚上， 在主题为《坚持的力量》励志演讲的报告会上，张立勇以自身为例，围绕“惜时、勇气、坚持”六个字，用朴实无华的语言，向我们介绍了他自己如何从一名因家庭贫困高二辍学的学生，从一名农民工，一名普通的厨师，在信念的支撑下，数十年如一日地坚持自学英语，自学通过英语等级考试，托福考试取得630分的骄人成绩，完成了人生的一次次超越的故事令我难忘。

张立勇老师说：“在我学习的时候，最大的困难是有人嘲笑我癞蛤蟆想吃天鹅肉。可是我没有在他们的嘲笑声中退缩，而是更加坚定了自己自学的决心。我学了一段时间之后，感觉还不错，于是，我又动了想参加自学考试的念头，为了实现这个梦想，我为自己制定长大了学习计划。“

有人问他，你是怎么实现自己的学习计划的?张立勇老师又说：”我是一个厨师平时要买菜做饭，没有整块的时间让我学习，我就利用一天三顿饭的时间学习，我给自己规定别人吃饭15分钟，我只用7分钟的时间，剩下的8分钟用来学习，一天就有24分钟的时间，这些时间，我都是躲在碗柜后面学习，为的是不让别人看见。三年的时间，我读了清华大学的新课程教材，背英语都是在 饭后8分钟时间完成的，功夫不负有心人，在大学英语四级考试时，我以637分的高分拿到了四级证书。“

张立勇老师接着又说：”考了四级证书之后，我又有了想法，考托福。人们都说考托福难，我认为：不是美国人出的题难，而是你能不能坚持到底，永不放弃!”他接着说：“我想懒是实现梦想的最大的障碍勇气与坚持可以改变自己，有知识才有勇气，勇气也等于运气。张立勇说：”勤奋+勇气+运气+坚持=成功。你要想成功请你享受人间的痛苦与困难吧!享受困难享受煎熬，油炸与水煮的东西就是不一样因为油炸都将水分炸掉了克己才能在自己的字典里永远没有失败!我是一个厨师，一天到晚我喝的是坚持牌自来水用的是爱心牌味精爱的调料健康牌锅。最终我以630的成绩，比清华大学的学生整整高了30分轰动了整个清华大学。

听了张立勇老师的报告之后，我与张立勇老师合影，张立勇老师又为我签名，并且送给我“坚持” 两个字。

在这次演讲中，张立勇老师强调了三点：1、在学习中一定要有胆识，要相信勇敢的力量。2、要做时间的经纪人，要学会安排管理自己的时间。3、要相信坚持的力量，Nothing is impossible，不管做什么工作，在什么样的环境之下，只要有一颗愿意上进的心，保持一种上进的状态，然后付诸自己的实际行动，想做的事，就都是可以实现的。演讲中张立勇与我们热情互动，交流英语学习心得，介绍他自己学习英语的实用学法，通过自己几段有趣经历阐述了英语在工作生活中的重要性，他用自己刻苦自学来鼓励我们坚持学习，提倡学习改变命运，奋斗成就人生，知识就是力量，张立勇的学习韧性和执着精神令我终身难忘!

那就是张立勇老师的报告，让我明白了一个道理：学习改变命运，奋斗成就人生，上帝对待每一个人都是公平的，它会用不同的方式对你付出的艰辛和努力给予补偿。但上帝只钟爱那些自强不息的人，如果你不努力，不拼搏，所有的机会都会和你失之交臂。如果放弃了对人生理想与人生价值的追求，那么当机遇到来的时候，又怎么可能把握得住呢?

张立勇老师勤奋读书、勇于拼搏的精神深深地震撼了我的心灵，极大地激发了我的学习热情，我要珍惜眼前的大好时光，反思自身平时的不足，张立勇在那样艰苦条件下能成才，我没有理由不好好读书!

我将迎来人生一次次“考试”，只有在关键时刻更加勤奋努力、扎扎实实地学习，才能有象张立勇老师一样创造奇迹!

Learning English is a hard but meaningful thing. I had access to English when I was seven years old. I was taught to study words first. It was difficult and I learned them every day. Then, I started to learn short conversations. After practicing, I can talk with my friends. Suddenly, I was pride of my English because I can use them to talk .No pains, no gains.
