Students in our school have one thing in common- an interest in sports. According to their different intentions in taking part in sports, they fall into three groups.

They are very careful in choosing the kind of exercise they do, and are afraid that certain sports may ruin their figures. Horizontal bars and parallel bars are the boys choice, and the hula hoop is now the girls favorite. The appropriate name for this group may be beauty - oriented sports participants.

No matter which group we belong to, we all benefit from sports. If you look around the campus, you will find that bookworms have disappeared, and, instead, there are healthy, strong, clever, modernized students everywhere.

我可以飞越大海，下面的彩虹，穿过森林，我可以看到所有的美妙景色。但我知道它永远不会被别的替代。我想有一个自己的飞行。飞机必须非常小和轻。它只能携带一人。它可以飞风或阳光。它可以飞很长时间。最重要的是，它必须非常节省。

I’m sure I can have this plane some day. And I can have fly to everywhere I want.

我相信有一天我能有这架飞机。我可以到处飞，我想。

书：你好！

我：让我们沟通沟通好吗？为什么我的一些同学一见到你便头晕，还说什么你很没趣呢？我好奇怪讶！

书：古人云，开卷有益．多多看书，不仅可以增长知识，还可以陶冶你们的品格噢！你的那些同学可能是见到书上好些字词不懂，得去查字典，很麻烦，所以对我不感兴趣把！不过，字典也是书呀！跟我们是同家族的呀！它不是教你们学字词的好老师吗？

我：是啊！要不是我多看书，我的写作能力怎么能逐渐提高呢？

书：读书破万卷，下笔如有神嘛！

我：那什么书我们最适合看呢？

书：健康有益的书籍最适合你们看啦！有句话说的好：鸟以羽毛为美，人以知识为荣．多看健康的书籍，你们便可以得到好多知识．

我：高尔基说过，书籍是人类进步的阶梯．只要我多看书，我就可以进步，得到好多知识啦！

书：学海无崖，光靠看书来获得知识可不够，你还应该当一个生活中的有心人，处处留意每一样东西，细心观察，你就能体会到生活的乐趣，还能学到好多知识．生活处处有学问嘛！

我：我明白了！俗话说的好，读一本好书就像交了一个益友．让我和你成为好朋友，永远在一起吧！

Water is very important to us. If you don’t have water for three days, you will die. We can use water for flowers, swimming, washing and many different things. We use it to cook, make electricity, and put out fires and so on. We use millions of liters of water every day.

Do you know how does the water come to your home? It travels through water pipes. Some are long and wide but some are short and narrow. Then the water travels through the water pipes to the reservoirs. Then it travels through the water pipes to the river and to the special factories that purify the water. When the water is purified, we can drink it. Please don’t leave garbage in the water on which we line, and keep the water clean.
