7月25日---8月3日，XX中学组织2014级高一新生80人在XX工商职业技术学院内开展为期10天的夏令营活动，根据活动安排，我负责对学生进行英语学法指导，根据新生特点，我提前制定了教学计划、教学目标。本次参加夏令营的学生为高一年级排名靠前的新生，为培养他们良好的学习习惯，坚强的学习意志，迅速适应高中学习，将来把他们打造成为品学兼优的尖子生。学生们的中考成绩虽然较好，但是英语综合运用语言的能力还很差，一到高一就会迅速滑坡，因此上好初高中的衔接课至关重要。

为使学生了解高中英语学习特点，在四节指导课中我以写作指导贯穿始终，通过听说读写训练，开阔视野，激发英语学习兴趣。通过语言实践，培养学生运用语言的能力，并运用已知的语法知识发现错误，纠正错误。帮助他们树立信心，从容应对新学期，新学习，新挑战。引导学生运用英语进行交流，写作，并且有意识的进行自我修正，培养发现问题，分析问题，解决问题以及自主学习的能力。

4节课内容初步安排如下：

第一节课

第三节课

四节课的指导收到了较好的效果，学生从不愿意开口讲英语到能够比较积极的参与课堂活动，能够比较认真的完成布置的任务，大部分学生英语写作能力较好。

但是，在教学中也暴露出了他们的一些不足：

1. 学习的主动性和积极性还有待大大提高，良好的学习习惯还有待养成。比如在课堂上教师所讲的内容大部份学生还没有形成及时记笔记的习惯，老师提醒记下来才动笔，没有记完全的内容课后也不会找其他同学的笔记补充完整;老师要求上交的学习任务只有一半的学生能够按照规定时间上交，其余的是拖延一天才完成，学习上的紧迫感和竞争意识不强。

2.自主学习能力和合作学习需要花很大功夫培养。可能因为初中的学习多数时间都是在完成老师的任务，按照老师的要求做，很少有自己的“主见”，所以遇到放手自己安排学习和同伴合作时就无所适从，做得很不好。而到了高中学习阶段，这两方面的能力不能大幅度提高的话，学习的效果不会太好。

3.课外知识严重匮乏。主要体现在老师问到很多常识绝大多数学生都不知道。以往的学习还是只停留在书本知识上，可见有用的课外书的阅读量太少，知识面太窄。

这些不足将会严重影响他们今后学习迅速的提高，在今后的教学当中要针对性的，有目的的进行训练，要想又快又好的出成绩，老师的任务任重道远。

While some of man’s accomplishments, such as the building of transportation systems and the consistent supply of potable water, have made Earth a better place for people to live, they have not come without cost. Overall, it seems that human activity harms the Earth more than it benefits it.

For example, the transportation systems that benefit mankind also create pollution and use up valuable energy resources. While we cannot do without transportation these days, we cannot ignore the fact that it has an adverse effect on the planet. Furthermore, those advances that benefit people do not benefit al the life on Earth. Deforestation endangers many animals, and mankind’s great thirst for water and other resources leads to the extinction of many plant forms. In addition, accomplishments such as the supply of potable water to a community are only response to problems that mankind created in the past. It was man that made the water unfit to drink in the first place. Finally, the damage that human activity causes will eventually have a negative effect on people. 我们通过此次活动，获得了一些宝贵的经验，通过和师生交流也发现了一些问题。这对以后的教学工作和类似的活动的开展都有有益的指导意义。成功的经验是要夯实基础知识，丰富教学形式，引进教学方法，激发学习兴趣，提高学习能力。发现的问题是学生们的英语基础知识薄弱，如不能根据音标识读单词，没能掌握语法基础知识(句子成分，词类等)。在以后的教学工作中，我们要注重基础知识，多给英语老师自主权，让其尽展才华，丰富教学方法。在以后类似活动中，我们应注意立足本校实际情况，同时积极配合志愿者组织安排活动内容。

此次活动总体上是成功的，我们希望以后能有更多类似的活动来丰富学生们的学习生活。

Campus activities have been organized in many universities and colleges。 These activities range from academic to recreational， such as academic reports， social consulting services， speech contests， poet’s club， painting clubs， singing and dancing groups， etc。

These activities provide students with two major advantages。 First of all， they play a positive role in improving students’ studies。 Due to their heavy schedules， students are often busy themselves with textbooks and seldom expose themselves to a colorful life。 But the variety of the activities provides opportunities for them to relax themselves and enrich their minds and knowledge。 In addition， the activities also serve students living in the “ivory tower” have little chance to get in touch with society。 Now the activities open the door for participants to leave their classrooms and get to know society。

All this offers an important means for students to broaden their horizons。 They believe with the right kind of guidance and help campus activities will continue to grow and flourish。

冰桶挑战风靡全球。通过网络媒体的迅速传播，作为新型的慈善活动，一改慈善传统慈善募捐方式的单调乏味，冰桶挑战成功吸引了大众的眼球。然而，如此引人注目的究竟是“慈善”还是“活动”。

以“冰桶挑战”为关键词百度了一下，除了第一个词条是名词解释外，其余的放眼望去都是“某某冰桶疑造假”“某某女团集体湿身”一类的标签。问了问身边的人，大多知道冰瞳挑战的都说不出被称为“渐冻人”的疾病名称，可见这一形式无异于喧宾夺主。

慈善活动本旨在关爱与募捐。然而ALS公益协会却像是附属品一样被甩在了名人游戏的后面，对于患者来说这样的“关爱”颇具讽刺意味。忍受着疾病的痛苦，还被当成名人游戏的名号，被迫接受虚情假意的关注，看别人欢乐地体验“渐冻的痛苦”，想必这对患者心理上的负面作用，远比他们感到的温暖沉重的多。

原本的游戏规则给了被点者两个选择，要么在24小时之内发布被冰桶浇身的视频，要么捐出一百美元，而实际上它却被人为地指向了一个。稍有一点功利之心的人都会在比较了“高调的晒视频”与“低调的捐款”之后，选择前者——一桶水就自己看起来像个英雄了，默默捐款又无人知晓，何必再“画蛇添足”呢！另外，“观众”们的口味也趋于前者，因为有白看的热闹。美国总统奥巴马公开宣布自己选择捐钱而不是倒冰水，却招致了许多批评，他们好像认为只有不懂得慈善为怀的恶人才会这么做，殊不知募款才是ALS协会推动这一活动的真正目的。

除此之外，作为一个活动，“冰桶挑战”也在存在着许多问题。炎炎夏日，一桶冰水劈头而下，这骤冷骤热的差别无疑会给参赛者本身造成伤害；美国男子助好友完成挑战时由于水导电而发生触电事故，更可见对于挑战者周边人物也存在着安全隐患；此次活动还遭到了旱民的严重抗议……

由此可见真正风靡全球的只是个披着慈善外衣的活动，是娱乐化、商业化的活动。人本就有同情善良之心，关爱渐冻人实在是不必整成如此花哨的形式。

My teachers and fellow students，

In a couple of weeks， we’ll say goodbye to our mother school. How time flies! Now It’s really hard for me to put my feelings into words. The past three years has been really a wonderful journey with you guys， full of laughter and tears。

To make the journey safe and fruitful， our great teachers contributed their time， energy， love and the whole heart. Here， we are extremely grateful for all that you， dear teachers， have done for us。

It’ll soon be the time for us to depart， though unwillingly. But it is not the end. It just means that we’re going to begin a new journey。

Finally， on behalf of all the graduates present here， let me extend our sincere wishes for our mother school and respectable teachers. Thank you!

When the bell rang, the students stepped out of the classroom and went to the playground to take part in their favorite activities. The campus is boiling up immediately.

On the west side of the campus, there are four basketball frames. The basket sitting next to some of the students, from time to time came the cheers and laughter. Look, how hard the basketball players are! A decision win, but often play a long time end neither in victory nor defeat.

The basket around the East, some of my classmates. They are skipping rope. One of the students just stopped, and another student picked up him and went on.

The football students play the most. On both sides of the ball, the students worked closely to keep the other team from getting the ball. The ball flew over the air. One of the students came to the air and kicked the ball into the other teams goal. "Oh! We won. " The winning player cheered.

Our extracurricular activities are really colorful. Some jump rubber band, some shuttlecock, some running. The most interesting is the children of the kindergarten.  Under the guidance of Big Brother Big Sister, they are playing the game of catching chicken with the eagle!

Last week, my teacher told us that we would have a practical activity. At first, we were happy to hear it, all of us thought that must be very funny. But when we heard that we needed to assist the cleaners with their work, we felt lost. It must be the dirty work. However, the cleaners were very nice to us, and they did their work with passion. We tried to help them as much as we could. We talked happily. Suddenly, I was so grateful to them, as they were the city’s decorators. What they did meant so much to the society. We should respct them and understand their work.

人人都有一颗心，大多是善良的。在别人有难的时候，我们献出一点爱心，也许就能挽救一条生命。

近几天，四川发生了大地震，死了很多人，我很难过。

老师从办公室回来的时候，脸色铁青。她说：“现在四川的同学没有了家，他们连吃的都没有。一方有难，八方救援，我建议同学们少吃点零食，向四川人民献点爱心。”

回到家里，我对妈妈说：“我们要捐款，给四川地震灾区。”

妈妈说：“好事，四川的人也真够可怜的。”

我问：“妈，我捐多少呢?”

我妈说：“就用你这星期的零花钱吧，家里也没有钱了。”

第二天上学，我们开始捐款，有的10元，有的20元，我钱少有些不好意思，后来想五元也能帮灾区人买五瓶水呢。赵欣捐了100，老师问：”是你自己的钱么?“赵欣说：“我出一半我妈出一半。”老师说：“你做得很好，提出表扬。”

我捐得不多，但我也有一颗爱心。只要献出了爱心，就能让别人温暖一些。

Here is an introduction of my schools part time activity.It is my honor to show you .and today I would like to tell you something about the part time activities in my school. Our school has various activities outside class.the activities begin at 4;20 and end at 520 everyday.the groups on different subjects including go out visit, sightseeing, speech contests, art festival, volunteer activities, sports meeting and so on.

Among them, I would like to take part in the sightseeing and  art festival the  most. Because the activities are wonderful.

So I really hope that we can have less homework so we can have more time to participate in the part time activities to have a relax . hope you join us and enjoy every moment in my school !
