星期天，我们家开展了一次“家庭厨艺大赛”的活动。爸爸妈妈各自担任两方的选手，而我，则做为本次比赛的裁判。

一切准备到位后，比赛就要开始了，一旁的爸爸妈妈也早已跃跃欲试了。“开始!”随着我一声令下，双方便都开始忙碌起来，锅碗瓢盆的声音“乒乒乓乓”地响起来，宛如一支交响乐。“选手们请听好!”我双手背后，在地板上反复踱步，故意提高了嗓音，装作一个小大人，“本次比赛主要关于爸爸妈妈两位选手的‘厨师王’之争，两人各选一个拿手菜来做，做好后由本评审品尝，决定谁是本次的‘厨师王’。但前提是要在30分钟内完成，如果搞破坏直接取消资格!”

爸爸做得是“酸菜鱼”。只见他先将鱼肉放入碗中，辣椒等调味料拌好放在一边。又将鱼骨头和酸菜炒好后，将鱼肉放入锅里煮……很快一道美味的“酸菜鱼”就做好了，可真是色、香、味俱全呀!

妈妈正在做“蛋黄南瓜”的配料。要知道，这道菜的重点在配料上，若是配料没做好，那这道菜就做失败了。只见妈妈将咸鸭蛋黄挑出，放入糖、盐、味精等调味料拌好放在一起。又将早已切好条状的南瓜放入锅里炸，当南瓜呈金黄色时将它捞出，最后将配料洒上去。一道香喷喷的“蛋黄南瓜”就做好了，一阵阵香味扑鼻而来，我早就垂涎欲滴了。

30分钟很快就到了，爸爸妈妈的两道菜也都做好了。我先品尝爸爸的酸菜鱼我夹起一块白白的鱼肉放入嘴中，顿时感觉滑溜溜的，酸酸辣辣让人胃口大开忍不住再吃一块。接下来品尝的是妈妈的蛋黄南瓜，我夹入一块放入口中，先感受的是配料咸鸭蛋黄独有的咸咸的味道，紧接着是南瓜脆脆的外壳带来的香味……“那么谁是本次的‘厨师王’呢?”妈妈显得有点迫不及待了。我用手托着下巴闭上眼想了一会，最终得出了一个合理的答案。
