一、“年、月、日、小时”的表达

(一)表示“在某年”：

① in + 阿拉伯数字(读的时候用基数词，从后到前，分两截来读)。如：

而之所以心生如此疑虑，原因又在于二：首先是对案情的有偏向地获取，比如简单地理解为“抓了几只鸟”，然后再在先入为主的影响下，搬出“保护野生动物的价值认可度并不高”的托词。但实际情况是，这个大学生并非一时顽劣，而是对所抓的鸟有清晰的了解，并且参与到捕猎、收购、倒卖整个环节中，据说他还是“河南鹰猎兴趣交流群”的一员。换句话说，这个大学生的“抓鸟”行为，从最朴素的原始情感出发，这至少不是值得原谅的无心之举。

而再回到现代法治社会的语境之下，保护野生动物的意识或许是个普遍存在的问题，但是，当我们以立法之名，对野生动物进行保护时，无论是从法律实施目标，还是从法律精神的层面来讲，所要恪守的应该是严厉的“罪刑法定”原则。既然刑法中已经对破坏野生动物做出了罪行设置，那么刑法的威严就应得到最大程度的尊重，用法律专业术语说，也就是刑罚的确定性。

花凋谢了一地，遗落了满地的记忆。曾经的梦，很甜，但没有那样的晶莹，我把曾经写作一首动人的曲子，时常哼着一半的调，却不懂得释怀。有人告诉我说：“微笑，比什么都重要，至少这个世界还很美妙。”

我不停的哼唱着只有一半而并不完整的曲子，不停地调整着音符，摆正着旋律。边哼着，一个个动人的音符在我的生命里浮现，如此熟悉，旋律不停地转动，这首歌是我轻描淡写的回忆。终于落下休止符的那首歌，我听着每一个音符流过的回忆，而这些，这段不完整的旋律没有句点，回忆充斥了所有……

曾经，我的天空总是变得灰蒙蒙的，我一个人站在雾里，迷失了方向，迷失了自我。曾经的那些，总是那么沉重，却没有人知晓。没有星星的夜空，没有光亮，没有希望，我只会沉浸在黑夜里……

谢谢你的那句“微笑，你什么都重要。”让我摆脱了一个沉重的包袱，让我不再去刻意的释怀过去那些悲伤。

现在，是现在，我的脆弱，我的逞强都需要磨练，即使是乱了节奏。现在，回收我所有的往事，所有的痛苦和悲伤，告别那些可以回想起的过去，珍惜仅有的现在……

时间在雨滴声、雷声的伴随下慢慢过去。转眼就到了听写的时间，我们极不情愿的关上课本，拿出牛皮听写本，静静等待老师的第一声命令。随着老师的一声令下，我们的神经开始紧绷起来，谁也不敢再去关注窗外的雨声、雷声。我们精神高度集中的听着从老师嘴里蹦出来的每一个字，一笔一划的写着。当老师要求收本子的时候，我们才抬起头，发现雨竟然不知不觉地小了，闪电雷声也消失不见了。如果说刚刚的大雨是一位狂躁的小伙子，那么现在的雨就是一位无比乖巧的小姑娘，尽显温柔。

放学的时候，雨无比温柔的落着。空气里弥漫着一股雨后特有的土腥味，桂花树的叶子经过了大雨的洗礼，变得更加油亮了。校门口已经围满了送伞接孩子的家长们，大家好像心情都还不错，大概是这场突如其来的大雨赶走了炎热，带来了凉爽。
