The day before Christmas, I gave Santa wrote a note. Wrote: "Santa Claus, I want to have a remote control car, finally is wishing you all a merry Christmas and a healthy body." Santas reply was, "thank you, you already have a remote control car, so I send you a Mickey Mouse." I even write my homework helping open directly, and it is a Mickey Mouse. Underneath there is a button, and then sing "the moon". When I heard this song, I feel like as happy to see Santa Claus.

Second is December 25 last year, and the last time the same, the same gift. I feel this is mom and dad gave me. But dad with an honest face told me: "Santa Claus has a real". I also mentioned this matter with classmates, classmates said affirmation is a mom and dad to buy me. Solve this problem is hard to over the past two years, I am a grain of salt. Today, I write this, my sister told me a story, named "the origin of Christmas old man" (true story).

In a long time ago, Santa Claus is a relatively wealthy people, every year December 25, his gifts to the poor. Later, he was dead, in order to commemorate him, there are a lot of people learn to do Santa Claus, gifts for the children (toy). Christmas is so memorable to me, how let me excited. Today, I finally solved the mystery, Santa Claus is really some, how much he care about me, my in the mind is how love him, when Christmas memories, I would sincerely a knowing smile.

第一次是在前年的12月25日。那天傍晚，我放学回到家，刚一进门，我想不到的是灯上挂着圣诞礼物，还有一封信。圣诞节的前一天，我曾给圣诞老人写过条子。写的是：“圣诞老人，我想要一个遥控车，最后祝圣诞快乐，身体健康。”圣诞老人的回信是：“谢谢，你已经有一个遥控车了，所以我送给你一个米老鼠。”我连写作业都顾不上，直接打开，果然是一个米老鼠。底下有一个按纽，一按，便唱起了《月亮之上》。听到这首歌，我感觉好像见到圣诞老人一样高兴。

第二次是去年的12月25日，和上次相同，一样收到礼物。我感觉这是爸爸妈妈送给我的。但爸爸露着一张诚实的脸告诉我：“圣诞老人真有”。我与同学也提起过这件事，同学都说肯定是爸爸妈妈给我买的。这两年解答这个问题也很难，我是半信半疑。今天，我写这篇文章时，姐姐给我讲了一个故事，名叫《圣诞节老人的来历》(真实的故事)。

在很久很久以前，圣诞老人是一个比较富裕的人，每年12月25日，他都给穷人送礼物。后来，他死了，为了纪念他，有很多人学做圣诞老人，给孩子们送礼物(玩具)。圣诞节是多么令我难忘，多么让我激动。今天，我终于解开了这个谜，圣诞老人是真有的，他是多么的关心我，我心里是多么的喜欢他，每当回忆起圣诞节，我就会由衷地发出会心的微笑。

Christmas Day is on December 25th, though it originated in the western

country, now it is popular around the world. In China, people will spend that

day happily, they will eat apples on Christmas Eve, the children will put the

socks so that they could get the presents from Santa Claus. When I went to

college, I had an unforgettable memory about my first Christmas Day.

As my major is English, I have many foreign teachers, so that I could have

access to the local culture from them. Christmas Day is a big day for them, when

the day came, they asked us to spend the day with them, because most of them

left home and did not have families around. My classmates and I went to the

foreign teacher’s home at that day, we brought some presents, when we arrived at

his house, we found a beautiful tree with shinning lights. My teachers taught us

how to cook all the cookies, we were having such great fun. I made the cookies

with many favors. We talked happily and sung Christmas songs.

I learned how the foreign people spend their big day, it was such

unforgettable for me.

That was the first time that I celebated Christmas Day. My friend aksed me to take part in Christmas party. At the party we danced and celebrated with carols. I knew some new friends. We exchanged gifts and said best wishes to each other. I had a pleasant time.

at one counter an old lady was choosing gloves red ones for her daugher in law, light blue ones for her niece, pink ones for her grand daughter, green ones for her sister and by the time she had found what she wanted, the counter was covered with pairs of all colors and sizes.

when the salesgirl had finally written out the bill and was about to turn to the next customer with a tired voice. "thank you very much, madam," the old lady suddenly cried out, "oh, i almost forgot..."——"anything else, madam?" said the girl, "yes," began the old lady, "id like to buy another pair, but i m not quite sure about what exactly i should cloose. i wonder if you could help me." "certainly, madam", was the girls reply. the old lady then went on to explain that what she was looking for was a pair of gloves for a girl of her age. she was not at ail sure what color to choose, and the design was a problem too.

the tired girl did her best to help the old lady make up her mind, showing her ail kinds of gloves.

at last the chosen pair of gloves were wrapped up and paid for as well, and as the girl was about to turn to the next customer, the old lady handed her a little parcel and said, "these now, dear, these are for you and thank you for being so patient. i do hope you have a merry christmas !"

Christmas is a time for miracles

Christmas is a time for miracles.It is also a time when the dull things of daily life and the forecast of human hature gives way to a spiritual awakening.Allow me to share with you one truly wonder of Christmas.

Our miracle story comes from an incident that occurred in Flanders, Belgium, at the dawn of World War I. On December 24th ,1914, German and English troops faced each other from the relative safety of their ditches across which no mans land lying between them. Suddenly, the silence was broken, not by gunfire, but by the strains of Silent Night arising from the German position. It wasnt long before the English troops responded with a Yuletide hymn of their own. Then an amazing sight surprised the eyes of the English soldiers. A German soldier holding a small tree arranged with lighted candles began to walk across the land toward the English lines. This miraculous scene occasioned the declaration of a truce followed by English and German troops greeting one another, exchanging small gifts and singing songs of Christmas. Word of this incredible phenomenon reached the High Command of both sides.

On Christmas Day, both armies moved from their positions to engage in the killing of war at other battlefields. However, on Christmas Eve 1914 on a field in Flanders, there was Peace on Earth.

Christmas is a truly amazing phenomenon. The day and season perpetuate a miraculous, historical event as an annual presence that challenges an often rough, cruel, and egotistical creature -- the human being -- to become open and amenable to their Creators vision. The great miracle of Christmas continues in the performance of humane acts, moral honesty, and in the spiritual awareness of millions struggling to lead a life of grace.
