暑假期间我有幸在学校的组织下参加了初中骨干教师培训，在这次培训中无论是各所中学的骨干教师还是他们所讲的课程都在自己心目中留下了深刻的印象，即便是现阶段这次培训结束以后也能够在脑海中浮现一些专家教授讲的知识点，我在将这次培训中讲到的一些知识点进行总结以后也得出了相应的经验，至少在我看来这次培训获得的心得体会足以将自己的教学水平提升到一个新的高度。
