这个周日的早晨，天空很暗淡，微风轻轻地拂过我的脸颊，我悄然打开了奶奶的房门，奶奶正在按摩她的脚。“奶奶，我来吧。”蹲下身子的我小心翼翼地把手放在奶奶的腿上，开始像弹钢琴般熟练地按起来。

好一会儿，抬起头来看到奶奶呈一脸陶醉状态，心里突然百感交集，长这么大，第一次给奶奶捶腿，觉得自己不太孝顺，泪水在眼眶里打转……“奶奶，舒服么?”“嗯，嗯。”奶奶高兴地绽放了笑容。“过不久，奶奶的脚就会好喽，上下楼梯就会腿脚利索了。”“哪有那么快呀?”“怎么没有，有我徐医生每天免费给您治疗，肯定没问题!”“呵呵……”笑声从奶奶的房间里传出来，给外面的世界增添了一道亮丽的色彩。

在我的精心照料下，奶奶的脚一天天好起来，爸爸说吃些药再加上我的照料一定会好得更快的。奶奶顺从了我们的意思，安心地享受著我们对她的爱。

一天早晨，我正在吃早餐，奶奶从房间里走出来高兴地对我说：“你看，我的脚真的好了耶，走起路来好轻松啊。”看到奶奶笑得像小孩子一样可爱，真不忍心打断奶奶的笑容。“那奶奶，待会我们出去走走?”“好，好!”奶奶的笑容印在我的脑海中无法抹去，突然感到自己是那么幸福，就像是春雨里洗过的太阳一样。

走在路上，奶奶笑着对我说：“哇，你今天的脸蛋粉粉的好可爱。”“这不都是托了奶奶的福嘛。”爽朗的笑声又在我们耳边回响。是啊，我幸福的颜色，就是奶奶恢复时的粉红!

阳光又照射到我的脸上。呵，太阳出来了，阳光的照耀使我的心情格外好呢。

小每个人的一生都会经历许多挫折和失败，但我们不会哭泣，因为那是上天对我们的考验，有了挫折我们的生活教会更加精彩，有了失败我们才会更坚强更勇敢。 Everyones life will experience many setbacks and failures, but we will not cry, because it is the test of Heaven.Wonderful, we will be stronger and brave with failure.

每一个生物都有不同的生活方式，但正因为有不同的生活方式世界才会多姿多彩，生活才会更有意思，人生才会更加精彩。

生活看似简单但却很复杂，生活中有许许多多令人惊奇的事等着你去探索，去发现，去体会，如果你用心去体会，你会发现生活原来如此美好，生活中的一些小事都那么有意思，美得让人想投入，想占据。

看，一只苍鹰为了生活正在强身健体，两只企鹅为了生活正在商讨如何分配家务活，两只不同各类的昆虫为了生活正做着斗争，一群蜜蜂为了生活正在辛勤的劳动，人类为了生活每天早出晚归，生活如此美好，让他们那么向往。

听，小鸟为了快乐的生活正在枝头唱着悦耳动听的歌，蛐蛐和蝈蝈为了生活更加美好正在放声歌唱，小树为了衙的趣事正在鼓掌，生活那么迷人，让我们全身心的投入。

为了明天更美好，生活更美好，所有的生物都努力着，奋斗着，探索着;为了生活他们忘我的工作，尽情的歌唱，欢乐地舞蹈;为了生活，他们不断拼搏，让自己更强大，科学更发达，世界更美好，生活也因此更加多娇，五星红旗正迎风飘扬。

生物因有趣的生活而拼搏，而生活也正是因为有了生物的眷恋而存在，他们是并存的谁也离不开谁，他们彼此搀扶共同生存。

呵呵，生活真是有趣，让我们一起去体会生活中每一件小事后的乐趣，只要你努力，胜利终将会属于你。奋斗吧，明天会更美好。

暑假时，我过十岁的生日。那天，天是那么蓝，水是那么清，我的心情像一只自由飞翔的小鸟。妈妈把全部事情帮我弄好了，可在生日那天，妈妈却突然说要去参加同学聚会，让我自己做菜给朋友吃，还神秘地对我说：让我“锻炼锻炼”。什么?让我炒菜!我“蒙”了，真是崩溃了，毫无炒菜“实战经验”的我，感到从天堂掉进了地狱，苍天啊!快救救我!我用我的“独门绝技”萌萌的大眼睛盯着妈妈，想“萌”动妈妈，可妈妈似乎对我的“杀手锏”天生具有免疫力。哎，就当在鬼门关里走一回吧!

我走进了厨房，呆呆地将那些琳琅满目的厨具扫视了一遍，正不知所措时，妈妈耐心地教了我一遍炒菜的过程，还叮嘱我实在不会，可以打电话问她。我终于鼓起勇气，卷起袖子，从冰箱里拿出了一棵小白菜，放在“刑场”(案板)上，再“抡”起“凶器”菜刀，可我的手颤抖得像一个波浪鼓，生怕一个不小心，把我的手砍掉，那我还怎么弹琴啊!

终于我做好了一切心理准备，把小白菜切成了几断，咦?是不是太大了?不好，要切碎一点，“当当当”，我“快刀斩乱麻”一阵乱切之后，可怜的小白菜已经“碎尸万断”。哎呀，好像切得太碎了，不过只能将错就错了，我拿起锅，倒了一些油，“三、二、一”、“点火”，钮动旋钮，锅底下立刻窜出了一圈火苗，过了一会儿，香油发出了一阵“歇斯底里”的惨叫声，我吓得“魂不附体”，是油温太高了，我赶快把小白菜倒进锅里，翻炒了几分钟，嗯，应该熟了，我用筷子夹起一块白菜，咦?咋没味呢?原来是没有放盐呀!赶紧放上盐，就OK了。

五点多钟，朋友们都要来齐了，我把菜端上来给他们吃，他们个个都竖起了大拇指，我高兴得像一个凯旋归来的将军，这一刻，我紧张的心才放松下来。

勇气，只不过是自己独自一人学会炒菜啦!

生活，往往像一本书，而每个人都是这本书的作者，每个人都会“绘写”出精彩出色的文章。

晚上，我和表姐(彤彤)表弟(乐乐)正玩电脑玩得起劲儿呢!爸爸连声叫我们过去，我跑过去，问他是怎么回事：原来，爸爸说我们几个不要玩电脑玩的太久，他想了一个办法，就是帮他把鞋底料搬到二楼去。

爸爸说：“我给你们搬这个鞋底料，一箱两块钱，怎么样?”我一看，啊，怎么这么大箱啊!我又试着把它抱起来，啊!好重啊!爸爸看着我，笑了笑：“我不是让你一个人搬一箱，而是让你们三个一起搬一箱，一个人可搬不动。团结才是力量。”

彤彤说：“好，那我们姐弟仨努力吧!”乐乐说：“嗯!”我说：“好!”

我们三个开动了：彤彤把鞋底料箱倾斜过去，我过去把下面的部分捧住，乐乐负责把箱子抱起来，我喊一二一，于是，我们三个人齐心协力喊着口号，不一会儿，我们几个人就把所有的鞋底料(六箱)都搬到二楼了。

最后，我们每人获得了4元钱，此外，还每人各意外地得到了爸爸奖赏的草莓慕斯。

我们终于知道了爸爸叫我们帮忙的目的，他要教会我们的一个道理：团结就是力量!

从这件事中，我得到了两个启示：一、团结就是力量二、钱是从劳动中获取的。

My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!

With the spread of the consciousness of environmental protection, the word

“low-carbon” has been very popular in life. We can find it in many aspects, such

as low-carbon products, low-carbon consumption, and low-carbon travel and so on.

Generally speaking, more and more people are advocating “low-carbon”

lifestyle.

As implied in the name, “low-carbon” lifestyle is a kind of new pattern of

lifestyle which aims to lowering the carbon dioxide emission in living as much

as possible. For example, some office workers are not proud of driving private

cars from work to home any more but pride themselves on riding or taking public

transportation. In addition, they advocate recycling water and saving energy as

much as they can.

As college students, we also make some contribution in our daily life to

reduce the emission of the carbon dioxide. For example, switch off the light

when leaving and save water. In addition, we should use our knowledge and action

to arouse others’ concern about the importance of lowering emission of carbon

dioxide and lead them to lead a “low-carbon” life.

有两个好朋友一起去爬山，到了山的顶峰时，美景尽收眼底，可是，不料一场暴风雨来了，他们被困在了一个小洞里，等待着救援。当他们的肚子饿得咕咕叫时，才发现：他们带的干粮只剩下半袋了，这时，第一个朋友悲观地叹息道：“唉，看来我们只能活活地饿死了!”

第二个朋友却乐观地劝道：“不会的，我们一定能坚持下去的，暴风雨过后，一定会是阳光明媚的晴天，那时，总会有人来就我们地。”第一个朋友又叹了一口气：“就算不饿死，这么大的雨，也会冻死的。”第二个朋友依然很乐观：“没事，只要心里暖，就不冷。朋友，相信我吧。”第一个朋友说不过他，只好罢休。

之后，他们每天只吃一点东西，饱受着艰辛，可是暴风雨依然没有停。终于在第三天，第一个朋友带着他悲观地心情离开了这个美丽的世界。第二个朋友虽然很伤心，可是他依然相信：暴风雨总会停的，上帝不会忘记他这个可怜的人儿的。果然，在第五天，雨停了，救援队发现了他，并将他救了出来。当记者问他是怎么活下来的，他说：“是一颗乐观快乐的心。”

的确，每个人都应该有一颗乐观的心，快乐是生活的必需品，没有了快乐，就等于没有了生命友情、亲情……哪一个不会让我们快乐?强者是赫赫出众的，但在与此同时，却是孤独的，所以，强者没那么快乐，应为他是一个人，一个孤独地站着的人。当他打败所有人的时候，他也累了，这就是快乐吗?不，不是!快乐就是在你哭的时候，不一定有一个人安慰你，但有人愿意陪你一起哭;快乐就是当节日的时候，有人能够给你说一声节日快乐;快乐就是，在你站在心情的岔路口时，选择快乐的那一条路。

你快乐吗?问问自己，你会发现，你有一颗乐观的心，让这颗心保持下去，告诉自己：我很快乐!
