那晚，我一直不停的咳嗽，又还不时的乱动，翻来覆去的捣腾了一夜，寝室长一定没休息好。而寝室长又还是篮球队的，第二天一早还得训练，可她毫无怨言，第二天早上还帮我准备好了才去学校。在爸妈还没到医院的时候，班主任一直在医院与学校之间穿梭，尽管他已经安排同学陪我了。每次都来去匆匆，因为在学校，还有四五十个孩子需要他。

下午，看到爸妈走进医院的时候，我有些不太欣悦，可现在想想，又不禁有些自责。毕竟爸妈接到电话的那时候，爸也还在石门住院啊。爸听说我生病了，倔着第二天要出院，要回来陪我。爸平时看起来很严格，不善言谈，但这也许就是父爱无声吧!

那次感冒，虽然身体上很难受，但心灵上、精神上带给我的是莫大的慰藉，我从未有过如此的幸福感。

幸福其实很简单，父母的一句叮咛;老师一个关注的眼神;朋友的一声问候;陌生人的一次帮助……这些又何尝不是幸福呢?幸福有时却又挺复杂的，他需要我们用心去体会，它甚至会让我们在不经意间成熟、懂事，它是一种感受，一种爱的感觉。

通过研究者10年来的跟走调查发现，与非常悲观的人相比，非常乐观的人死于任何疾病的危险，要低百分之五十五。所以呢，我们为小命能再长一点，就应该抛弃悲观，选择乐观。

事实证明用乐观的态度看待挫折，就会让头脑变得更灵活。更重要的是，益田路走不通，乐观的人不会“撞了南墙也不回头”而会转向其他工作，他们希望成功，一件事没有做好会激发出从事另一项工作的创造力。
