我试图重新开始，可是未果，刚开头就又断片了。我把求救的目光投向了慈祥的老师，老师冲我点点头，给我做了个加油的手势，就在这时，不知道究竟是谁，在教室后面的角落，带领大家鼓起掌来，掌声越来越热烈，持续了很久。

此时，我感受到了无比振奋，心里像吃了蜜一样甜，我知道，老师和同学们都没有看不起我，他们等着看我的表现呢。我调整好自己的心态，长舒了一口气，锲而舍之，朽木不折;锲而不舍，金石可镂开。我自小就喜欢荀子的这句话，我绝对不能半途而废啊!我紧咬着牙关，又继续讲下去。虽然过程中纰漏不断，但是没有一个同学走神，老师就坐在第一排，冲我微笑着，不停的为我加油打气，眼神中含着对我认可和赞扬。这让我感受到了集体的温暖，这让我找到了精神的力量!

在童年时，我们也要感受生活的挫折。淘气的我们要学习骑自行车，可技术不好的我们每次骑自行车都要摔个四脚朝天，垂头丧气的我们一时放弃了学骑自行车，可当我们看到自行车时，心里都会萌发一个念头：为什么别人能骑自行车呢?我却不会?不行!我一定要学会骑自行车，当我们下定这个决心时，不管我们摔了多少次跤，擦了多少药，都一定要学会骑自行车。皇天不负有心人，在我们的坚持和努力下，我们终于学会了骑自行车，路边的花也为我们喝彩!

在我们逐渐长大时，我们会遇到学习上的挫折，可每次我们下定决心，努力学习时，我们的成绩又逐渐上升!当我们长大后遇到找工作的困难时，我相信只要我们有决心、信心和努力，一定会迎刃而解的。

我在这一个多月的生活中，收获的最多的是失败。法国着名道德家拉布吕耶尔曾说：“没有十全十美，也没有人不可或缺，每个人都有这种或那种弱点。当他失败时，这种弱点将会缓解他的沉痛之情。”

是啊!人生怎么可能完美呢?

在短短的.一个多月之内，我就已经领略了人与人之间的差异，明白了“天外有天，人外有人。”的道理。以往，自己总以为自己的学习很好，无论学什么都很轻松，只可惜，幻想在不经意间破灭。原来自己以前是夜郎自大。

让我从一次次的失败中，领略了“虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后”。不过，正所谓失败乃成功之母，自古以来，知名的成功人物谁不是经历了“欲渡黄河冰塞川，将登太行雪满山”的磨难呢?阿基米德，爱因斯坦还是牛顿…。。?

所以我收获了失败，让我不要沉迷于一时之乐，而将自己陷入万劫不复之地。如今的社会亦是“物竞天择，适者生存”，社会中处处充满着危机，人人都学会了你争我夺，尔虞我诈。让人对这个社会感到悲凉。只可惜，每个人都是生活在这个社会中的人，不可能远离社会，只会被社会这个大染缸染成五颜六色，造就不同方面的“人才”。

中国乃是名副其实的人口大国，其中的竞争亦愈演愈烈。社会不停地衍变，使不同的阶层成为不同社会。高中就是其中之一，刚进入其中便失败，便代表着比其他人多一些经验，会多思考。比之那些一帆风顺的人，会更好，因为他们一旦失败，不会在意只认为是粗心大意，这样只会令自己成为最后的失败者。

失败给予我动力;失败给予我虚心，失败给予我成功。

失败，我很高兴我收获了你，让我在这个世态炎凉的社会中谨慎小心;让我在这个硕果累累的季节中不断成长;让我再繁重学习的生活中走向成功……

善良的人会把别人的幸福当作他自己的幸福。他把鲜花奉献给他人，把荆棘留给自己，这，就是善良的魅力。 Good people will treat others happiness as his own happiness.He dedicated the flowers to others and left the thorns to himself. This is the charm of kindness.

一个善良的人，不会因为别人衣着破旧，散发出难闻的汗臭，就冷眼相看，也不会因为别人是个干脏活的人就心存鄙视，恶语相加。相反，他会根据自己的能力，适时表现出自己的友善，施以援手。他怀着巨大的悲悯，用一颗包容一切苦难的心，看待所有的世人。因为在这个世界上，有时并不单纯需要金钱!

事实上，每个人都会遇到不如意的事情，都渴望得到帮助、理解、同情与爱护，而心地善良的人，决不会吝啬给予这些。他觉得能为别人做点什么是他的快乐，而他给予别人的同时，自己也在享受，享受着奉献的幸福。善良的人本身就象一个会发光发热的太阳，无论走到哪里，都能把光明和温暖带到哪里。他在燃烧自己的同时，也用爱的光芒照耀着他人。

一个善良的人不会只盯着别人的缺点。他能从细微之处发现别人的优点和长处，并不失时机的给予鼓励和赞美。因为他相信任何的鼓励和赞美比讥笑和斥责更有利于树立一个人的自尊和自信。他会细致入微的体贴别人的难处，并诚恳的乐于为别人分忧。因此他更赢得别人的尊重。或许，有人说：善良不一定都是好事，不一定都有魅力，不一定都会令人感动。

善良的人都通常有一颗炽热的心，以让他们的温暖从心中散发出来。善良的人都是十分可爱，因此在他们生活的环境当中受人欢迎。我曾经见过一个热心帮人的善良大叔，已经73岁了，还用他仅有的一点退休金帮助贫困学生，大叔脸上布满皱纹、满头白发，可是人们都说他还很年轻、很有魅力。

正因为善良，所以才有了魅力。
